The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch is characterized by comprising a control module, a detection feedback module, a reducing adjusting module and an alarm module, wherein the control module is used for controlling the cable arranging or drawing action of the vertical reducing cable winch, and the detection feedback module is used for collecting information in the cable arranging or drawing process of the vertical reducing cable winch and feeding the information back to the control module and the reducing adjusting module to finish the cable arranging or drawing of the reducing cable;
the detection feedback module detects an abnormal signal and feeds the abnormal signal back to the control module, the control module stops the cable arranging or drawing action of the vertical reducing cable winch, and meanwhile, the control module sends a signal to the alarm module, and the alarm module sends an alarm signal.
2. The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch according to claim 1, wherein the control module comprises a cable arranging control switch, a PLC (programmable logic controller), a servo controller and a cable arranging servo motor;
the detection feedback module comprises a drum encoder for measuring the length, the layer number and the position of a winding rope on a cable storage drum in real time, a cable arranging encoder for measuring the position of a cable on a cable arranging device in real time, a cable diameter detection module for measuring the diameter of the cable in real time and a tension detection module for measuring the tension of the cable in real time;
the variable diameter adjusting module comprises a size rope pressing wheel switching mechanism matched according to the diameter change of the cable, a variable traction conveying adjusting mechanism adaptively adjusted according to the diameter change of the cable, and a traction tension adjusting mechanism automatically adjusted and adapted to the cable according to the different diameters;
starting a cable arranging control switch, wherein the PLC collects information from the reel encoder for measuring the reel winding and unwinding rope length in real time and the cable arranging lead screw current position in real time, and sends an instruction to the servo controller to control the cable arranging servo motor to drive the reel to rotate so as to complete cable arranging or cable winding actions; when the cable diameter detection module detects the cable diameter change, the cable diameter change is fed back to the PLC, and the PLC sends instructions to the large-small rope pressing wheel switching mechanism, the variable traction conveying adjusting mechanism and the traction tension adjusting mechanism, and the variable diameter of the cable in the cable arranging or drawing process of the vertical variable-diameter cable winch is completed through self-adaptive adjustment according to the cable diameter change.

The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch according to claim 2, wherein the control module further comprises a cable arranging position calibration switch, the detection feedback module further comprises a cable arranging speed detection switch, the cable arranging speed detection switch feeds back signals of the current vertical reducing cable winch after detecting that the cable arranging state of the cable is in a leading or lagging state to the control module, and the control module controls the cable arranging position calibration switch to be started to adjust the current cable arranging state.

The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch according to claim 3, wherein the calibration method after the cable discharge position calibration switch is turned on comprises calculating the theoretical position of the cable discharge device in the current cable position state of the winding drum through a numerical model, accurately measuring the winding and unwinding rope length of the winding drum through the winding drum encoder, accurately measuring the current position of the cable discharge device through the cable discharge device encoder, calculating the cable discharge device position under the control of the speed ring and the cable discharge device position measured in real time and cable length data of winding and unwinding of the winding drum through the CPU, and adjusting the speed of the cable discharge device so as to keep the synchronization of the cable discharge device position and the cable position on the winding drum.

The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch according to claim 2, wherein the detection feedback module further comprises a motor temperature rise detection module for detecting the temperature of the cable arrangement servo motor, when the temperature exceeds the allowable temperature, the detected signal is fed back to the alarm module, and the PLC controller controls the cable arrangement control switch to stop the cable arrangement or cable collection operation of the vertical reducing cable winch.
6. The vertical variable diameter cable winch control system of claim 2, wherein the detection feedback module further comprises a limit protection switch, the limit protection switch comprising a proximity switch and a limit position travel switch for limiting movement of the cable arranger.

The vertical variable diameter cable winch control system of claim 1, wherein the control module further comprises a flush valve switch, wherein the flush valve switch is used for flushing seawater and sundries from the cable array during the cable winding process, and the flush valve switch is electrically connected with the flush solenoid valve.
8. The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch according to claim 2, wherein the diameter detection module is a photoelectric sensor or an ultrasonic sensor, so that real-time detection of the diameter of a cable is realized.

The control system of the vertical reducing cable winch according to claim 1, wherein the cable storage drum of the vertical reducing cable winch is a structure in which a small-diameter groove and a large-diameter groove are concentrically arranged, and the small-diameter groove is positioned on the inner side of the large-diameter groove.
