Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile glass, in particular to a protective composite glass structure and an automobile.
Background
The special protection vehicle is generally based on a common vehicle, and the special protection function is realized by additionally arranging a hanging armor on a vehicle body. Correspondingly, the door glass and the front and rear windshields are also changed into protective glass with bulletproof function. Such cover glass is generally laminated glass formed by combining a plurality of glass sheets with an adhesive layer between each two glass sheets. In the prior art, the edge of the protective glass is a weak protective area, and when a bullet impact is encountered, the bullet possibly penetrates through the area, so that the bullet or glass fragments enter the interior of the automobile, and the passengers in the automobile are injured. In order to avoid such a possibility, a specific protection structure is often required to be designed to protect the glass edge area, so that the special protection vehicle has a complex structure and increased weight, as shown in fig. 1; .
Chinese patent publication No. CN103429447a discloses a bulletproof glass plate and corresponding bulletproof device, the bulletproof glass plate comprises a ballistic block, a composite layer structure formed by a plurality of ceramic material or plastic material or glass plates connected together by surfaces, and a plastic material connecting interlayer inserted therein, wherein at least one bulletproof belt, particularly having a substantially rectangular cross section, is provided and covers the peripheral edge of the ballistic block of the bulletproof glass plate, the structure can withstand the bullets impacting on the outside edge portion or peripheral region of the bulletproof glass plate at an adverse inclination angle, and provides the required bulletproof property; meanwhile, the bullet-proof belt can also prevent fragments of glass in the edge area of the bullet-proof glass plate caused by bullet impact or greatly reduce the number of fragments; however, since the protection performance of the glass edge region cannot be ensured, the protective composite glass structure still needs a bulletproof armor device located in the vehicle, which extends into a region of the peripheral edge of the glass plate, and covers the bulletproof glass plate, so as to perform the bulletproof performance of the glass plate edge region, so that the structure is not suitable for assembly, is too high in manufacturing cost and is complex in structure.
