It should be noted that, the main support 431 is provided with a two-section structure, one section is a straight plate, two sides of one end of the straight plate are located in the wheel housing 41 and are fixedly connected with a rotating pin shaft, the pin shaft is movably connected with two sides of the inside of the wheel housing 41, the other section is provided with an arc structure and is located outside the wheel housing 41, the end of the arc section is in line contact with the arc outer surface of the wheel housing 41, meanwhile, a first guide groove is provided at the end of one side of the arc section of the main support 431, which is in contact with the wheel housing 41, a second guide groove is provided in the straight plate part of the main support 431, so that when the polishing structure 4 integrally rotates, the main support 431 can rotate with the structure thereon under the action of the rotating centrifugal force, and then the spring 437 is stretched, so that one end of the main support 431 located outside the wheel housing 41 is separated from the contact with the wheel housing 41, and then the port of the through groove 42 on the side is opened, thus, generated chips can be sucked into the wheel housing 41 from the first position in a large amount in a grinding process, the production workshop is avoided, and the rotating speed of the main support 431 is increased, the larger the rotating speed is used for absorbing the chips, and the chips are more severely and the chips are collected under the opening the overall rotation effect.
Referring to fig. 4-8, a batch polishing processing device for a lock assembly is disclosed, wherein a polishing belt is wound on a roller 433, two ends of the two rollers 433 are respectively provided with gears meshed with each other, the polishing belt on the two rollers 433 is wound on one side and is unwound on the other side at the same time, the polishing belt is movably arranged through a first guide groove and a second guide groove respectively, a connecting part of a butt screw 434 and a cantilever plate 432 is provided with a thread groove, a connecting part of the butt screw 434 and the roller 433 is a smooth surface, a limiting block 435 is arranged between the gears on one side of the two rollers 433, the limiting block 435 can be clamped between the two gears, and a spring 437 and a base plate 438 are arranged at the inner position of a wheel housing 41;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that, after the polishing belt in the polishing area is worn seriously, the limiting block 435 can be retracted into the cantilever plate 432 by pulling the knob 436 outwards, the limitation on the gears meshed with the end portions of the two rollers 433 is released, the roller 433 is rotated to rotate the worn part of the polishing belt in the winding direction, the new polishing belt released in the unwinding direction is rotated to the polishing area for use, the convenience of adjusting the polishing belt is greatly increased, and meanwhile, compared with the existing manner of wrapping the polishing belt on the polishing rollers, even if the polishing belt on one or more rollers 433 breaks, the polishing belt cannot be polished in the area as in the prior art, but the polishing head 43 can be continuously polished under the rotating action, the polishing effect is not influenced, and the applicability of the device is greatly improved.
Wherein, it should be noted that, the bottom of baffle 92 is provided with the rotation axis, and can rotate outward for the rotation axis and open, spacing handle 95 is a disc and a U font handle constitution, but and the handle runs through disc pull swing joint, the end of pull is located the back of disc and is provided with anticreep round bar, be located the tip of anticreep round bar simultaneously and be provided with the joint ring that internal diameter equals with anticreep round bar external diameter on the surface of frame 91, and two joint rings set up for disc axisymmetry, utilize two joint rings just so to the spacing of anticreep round bar can realize the rotation definition to spacing handle 95, thereby just realized indirectly the rotation definition to runner 93, and then guaranteed the stability of bearing mould 96 in the polishing process.

The working principle is that the lockset is put on the lockset placing seat 9652, then the whole supporting structure 9 is pushed to one end of the upper surface of the feeding seat 8 to be placed, the feeding seat 8 is driven to move linearly transversely and simultaneously move linearly and longitudinally, the feeding seat 8 moves linearly and reciprocally in the longitudinal direction, the transverse linear movement and the longitudinal linear movement of the feeding seat are the movement modes of the feeding seat in the prior art, the aim is to polish more comprehensively, the driving motor 5 and the exhaust fan are started simultaneously, the driving motor 5 drives the wheel shell 41 to rotate, the wheel shell 41 drives the polishing head 43 to rotate, the polishing head 43 rotates to drive the main support 431 to open under the action of centrifugal force and stretch the spring 437, the polishing structure 4 is used for carrying out height adjustment through an adjusting mechanism in the machine body 2, so that polishing belts outside the main support 431 contact with a lock body to polish and polish, chips generated by polishing suction are sucked into the wheel shell 41 under the action of the exhaust fan, and finally enter the air collection box 7 through the exhaust pipe 6;
when the abrasion of the polishing belt is serious, the knob 436 can be pulled outwards to enable the limiting block 435 to shrink inwards of the cantilever plate 432, the limitation on the meshing gear at the end part of the roller 433 is removed, the roller 433 is rotated, the polishing belt at the abrasion part is rotated towards the rolling roller 433, the unreeled roller 433 further releases the new polishing belt and rotates to the polished part, and then the knob 436 is loosened to enable the limiting block 435 to be clamped and limited with the gear at the end part of the roller 433 again;
when the lock needs to be turned over, the supporting main body 965 is inserted between the limit grooves 964 formed in the upper portion of the butt joint end 961, the U-shaped handle on the limit handle 95 is pulled outwards, the anti-falling round rod is separated from the clamping round ring, the U-shaped handle is rotated for half a circle, the rest rotating wheels 93 are driven by the driving belt 94 to synchronously rotate for half a circle, the supporting main body 965 which is originally positioned below the inner portion of the supporting structure 9 is rotated to the upper portion, the newly inserted supporting main body 965 is rotated to the lower portion to support the lock, the lock falls into the lock placing seat 9652 in the new supporting main body 965, and then the limit handle 95 is released, so that the anti-falling round rod is reinserted into the clamping round ring, and the whole batch turning over of the lock is completed.
