The welding method of the welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter is applied to the welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter, and comprises the following steps of:
s1: placing a welding gun between the two sleeve plates 29, closing the two sleeve plates 29, contacting and extruding the welding gun with the extrusion air bag 34, and realizing the fixation of the welding gun by matching the sleeve plates 29 with the extrusion air bag 34;
s2: the measuring tube is placed between the clamping plates 14, the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is regulated to drive the outer limiting plate 4 to move, so that the lifting friction plate 13 on each clamping plate 14 is contacted with the outer wall of the measuring tube, and after extrusion, the fixing of the measuring tube is completed;
s3: after the spot welding is carried out on the joint of the measuring tube and the flange through the welding gun, the second hydraulic cylinder 16 is regulated to drive the shaping frame 19 to move, the blower 23 is started, the blower 23 blows air through the blower hole 20 on the hollow blower plate 26, and the air blows the hot melt below the molten pool to stop the downward sliding trend and slowly flow upwards;
s4: the molding frame 19 is in contact with the molten pool, and the hot melt at the upper and lower ends of the molten pool is extruded toward the middle by the attaching extrusion plate 1902, and then the hot melt flowing toward the middle is molded by the protruding molding plate 1903.
When in use, a welding gun is placed between the two sleeve plates 29, the two sleeve plates 29 are closed, the welding gun is contacted with the extrusion air bag 34 and extruded, the welding gun is matched with the extrusion air bag 34 through the sleeve plates 29, the welding gun is fixed, after the welding gun is fixed, the measuring tube is placed between the clamping plates 14, the first hydraulic cylinder 5 is regulated to drive the outer limiting plates 4 to move, the lifting friction plates 13 on the clamping plates 14 are contacted with the outer wall of the measuring tube, the extrusion springs 35 are compressed in the contact process, the clamping plates 14 are tightly contacted with the measuring tube, after the measuring tube is fixed, after the welding gun is used for spot welding the joint of the measuring tube and the flange, the second hydraulic cylinder 16 is regulated to drive the shaping frame 19 to move, in the moving process, the hollow blast plate 26 is firstly contacted with the lower part of the spot welding, the reciprocating spring 21 is compressed, the blower 23 is started, the blower 23 blows air through the blowing holes 20 on the hollow air blowing plate 26, the air blows the hot melt in the lower part of the molten pool, the air stops sliding downwards, the air slowly flows upwards, then the molding frame 19 contacts with the molten pool, the molding frame 19 is composed of the bonding extrusion plate 1902, the protruding molding plate 1903 and the retention ring plate 1901, the bonding extrusion plate 1902 extrudes the hot melt in the upper and lower ends of the molten pool towards the middle, then the protruding molding plate 1903 shapes the hot melt flowing towards the middle, the solidified hot melt is positioned in the middle of spot welding, after welding, the fixing of the measuring tube is loosened, the hot melt is taken down together with the flange, and the operation is finished.

Claims (10)
1. The welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter comprises a base (1) and a guiding-out frame (2), and is characterized in that the outer side of the guiding-out frame (2) is fixedly connected with a deflection rod (15), a molten pool shaping component is arranged on the deflection rod (15), the molten pool shaping component comprises a shaping frame (19), the shaping frame (19) is composed of a retention ring plate (1901), a laminating extrusion plate (1902) and a protruding shaping plate (1903), the protruding shaping plate (1903) is positioned between the retention ring plate (1901) and the laminating extrusion plate (1902), one side of the deflection rod (15) is fixedly connected with a second hydraulic cylinder (16), the output end of the second hydraulic cylinder (16) is fixedly connected with an adjusting plate (18), one side of the adjusting plate (18) is fixedly connected with two connecting plates (45), the shaping frame (19) is fixedly connected with the other ends of the connecting plates (45), one side of the adjusting plate (18) positioned below the two connecting plates (45) is fixedly connected with an outgoing plate (17), one side of the outgoing plate (17) is fixedly connected with a plurality of air blowing springs (21) which are reciprocally connected with a plurality of air blowing holes (26) which are reciprocally and are equally spaced from the hollow air blowing plates (20), one side fixedly connected with slip rail (22) of board (17) being located in cavity blast plate (26) below, the inside sliding connection of slip rail (22) has sliding block (25), and sliding block (25) fixedly connected with bottom in cavity blast plate (26), and the bottom fixedly connected with frame (24) of slip rail (22), be equipped with air-blower (23) on frame (24), the blast end of air-blower (23) is through the inside of pipe connection in cavity blast plate (26).

The welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter according to claim 1, wherein lifting rails (11) are annularly distributed on the outer side of the base (1), the same annular electric guide rail (6) is slidably connected to the inner parts of the lifting rails (11), air cylinders (8) are annularly distributed on the top of the base (1) below the annular electric guide rail (6), and the output ends of the air cylinders (8) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the annular electric guide rail (6).

The welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter according to claim 6, wherein the measuring tube clamping assembly comprises an outer limiting plate (4), one side of the mounting rod (3) is fixedly connected with a first hydraulic cylinder (5), the output end of the first hydraulic cylinder (5) is fixedly connected to one side of the outer limiting plate (4), the other side of the outer limiting plate (4) is connected with two clamping plates (14) through a hinge, one side of the two clamping plates (14) is fixedly connected with a lifting friction plate (13) at equal distance, and the opposite side of the two clamping plates (14) and the outer limiting plate (4) is fixedly connected with an extrusion spring (35) at equal distance.

The welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter according to claim 7, wherein the top of the base (1) is fixedly connected with a hollow collecting frame (9), a plurality of waste collecting holes (44) are formed in the top of the hollow collecting frame (9), a water body is filled in the hollow collecting frame (9), and a collecting cover (7) is fixedly connected to the top of the hollow collecting frame (9).

The welding device for manufacturing and processing the liquid level meter according to claim 8, wherein limiting springs (41) are annularly distributed on the inner side of the hollow collecting frame (9), the other end of each limiting spring (41) is provided with a corresponding abutting plate (42), the abutting plates (42) are provided with the same telescopic guide belt (43), and the other end of the telescopic guide belt (43) is arranged at the top of the hollow collecting frame (9).

s3: after spot welding is carried out on the joint of the measuring tube and the flange through the welding gun, a second hydraulic cylinder (16) is regulated to drive the shaping frame (19) to move, a blower (23) is started, the blower (23) blows out gas through a blowing hole (20) on a hollow blowing plate (26), and the gas blows hot melt below in a molten pool to stop the downward sliding trend and slowly flow upwards;
s4: the shaping frame (19) is contacted with the molten pool, and the hot melt at the upper end and the lower end of the molten pool is extruded towards the middle by the attaching extrusion plate (1902), and then the hot melt flowing towards the middle is shaped by the protruding shaping plate (1903).
