step three, after the extrusion molding of the aluminum core rod is finished, as the extrusion mold 16 is overheated under the action of high extrusion force, in order to avoid damage to the extrusion mold 16, the temperature of the extrusion mold needs to be reduced when the aluminum core rod is extruded and molded next time, the used extrusion mold 16 is pushed back to the mold bracket 15 through a cylinder at the rear end and a butt plate, then the turntable 14 is driven to rotate for one hundred eighty degrees through the cooperation of the driving motor 30 in the starting adjusting assembly and the external tooth ring 31, so that the extrusion mold 16 on the other mold bracket 15 is conveniently rotated to the rear of the pushing block 29, and then the electric pushing rod 28 is started again to enable the pushing block 29 to push the other extrusion mold 16 to move to the discharge port of the vertical plate 2, and the next stamping molding operation of the aluminum core rod is waited;

And fifthly, after the device stops operating, the rotating disc 18 at the moment moves and resets under the action of the reset spring and the stabilizing rod 23.
