Description

Seaweed net cleaning device arranged outside ship body
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a seaweed net cleaning device arranged outside a ship body, wherein the seaweed net cleaning device is arranged outside the ship body, the operation space in the ship body is enlarged, and pollutants generated by cleaning are prevented from directly flowing into the operation space in the ship body in advance, so that a sanitary and clean operation environment is maintained, and the spraying angle of cleaning water can be adjusted to a required angle according to different salvaging angles of the salvaged seaweed net according to the type of the ship body, so that the optimum spraying angle is provided, and the optimum cleaning efficiency is maintained.
Background
In general, laver, which is a sea weed, is a living organism submerged in a flood tide and exposed to grow on the upper layer of an intertidal zone in a refund, which is cultivated by natural seedlings using a drain board, but recently, most of laver is artificially harvested using a net formed of synthetic fibers, and a floating net curtain and a roll-over net curtain have been developed and used.
On the other hand, when algae are cultivated in the net, the seeds attached to the net are cultivated in a state of being submerged in water at the time of tide rise, which causes the attachment of foreign matter such as sea mud to prevent the growth of algae.
Therefore, in a net hauling operation in which a net of seaweed is pulled toward a hull by a conventional seaweed collector provided on the hull (see patent document 1), a method has been proposed in which a worker directly operates a sprayer to clean the net of seaweed.
However, this involves an additional work of washing the seaweed net, which leads to an increase in work cost, and also causes a problem of requiring a long work time.
The above problems have been solved by a marine algae net cleaning apparatus for a ship body (see patent document 2) which the present applicant has preferentially authorized.
As described above, the marine alga net cleaning device for a hull is located on a hull, and includes a plurality of cleaning nozzles arranged on the upper side of the salvaged marine alga net for cleaning the upper surface portion of the salvaged marine alga net, the plurality of nozzles being located on the net upper surface side cleaning member and the hull which are arranged at intervals according to the width of the salvaged marine alga net, and the marine alga net cleaning device for a hull includes a plurality of cleaning nozzles arranged on the lower side of the salvaged marine alga net for cleaning the lower surface portion of the salvaged marine alga net, and the plurality of cleaning nozzles being provided with a net lower surface side cleaning pipe which is arranged at intervals along the width of the salvaged marine alga net.
Thus, the existing seaweed net cleaning device for the ship body provides the advantage that the seaweed net can be cleaned at low operation cost by the cleaning device capable of cleaning the seaweed net without cleaning the seaweed net by a separate worker.
However, in spite of the above-mentioned advantages, in the conventional seaweed net cleaning device for a ship body, the device for cleaning the seaweed net is provided in the ship body, so that the working space in the ship body is reduced, and there is a problem that the cleaner needs to be attached and detached when the ship is used for conversion.

Before explaining the structure and function of the embodiments of the invention in detail with reference to the drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is capable of numerous modifications and is capable of numerous forms, and that the following embodiments are made merely by way of illustration of the invention and not as limitations on the scope of the invention in any way of the specific disclosure, including all modifications, equivalents or alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
In the drawings, the size and thickness of structural elements are enlarged or simplified in view of easy understanding, etc., but the scope of the present invention is not limited to this, and the same reference numerals are given as much as possible to the same functions. Meanwhile, the terms used in the present invention are used only for illustrating the following embodiments, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, singular expressions include plural expressions.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the seaweed net washing apparatus provided outside the hull of the present invention includes a washing pipe 100, a one-side fixing member 200 and another-side fixing member 300, so that the apparatus for washing the seaweed net can be provided outside the hull, enlarging a working space in the hull and preventing a contaminant generated by washing from directly flowing into the working space in the hull in advance, thereby maintaining a sanitary and clean working environment.
First, the cleaning pipe 100 is provided at a lower portion of the hull S, and is a cleaning member in which a plurality of cleaning nozzles 110 for spraying cleaning water to the salvaged seaweed net lower surface portion are provided at predetermined intervals.
The both ends of the cleaning tube 100 performing the above functions are in an open state, and the cleaning tube 100 may have a square tube shape, and a plurality of cleaning nozzles 110 may be welded and fixed at predetermined intervals.
On the other hand, the shape of both end portions of the cleaning tube 100 may be specified to be circular in order to rotatably use a plurality of cleaning nozzles 110 fixed to the cleaning tube 100. In this section, the one-side fixing member 200 and the other-side fixing member 300 will be described in more detail.
Further, a guide frame 120 may be provided outside the plurality of cleaning nozzles 110 protruding from the cleaning pipe 100 to prevent the salvaged seaweed net card from protruding from the plurality of cleaning nozzles 110 protruding from the cleaning pipe 100.
As described above, the guide frame 120 is formed to be connected between the one-side rotating plate 210 and the other-side rotating plate 310, which will be described later, and is provided in pairs so as to be connected at a larger interval than the width of the cleaning nozzle 110.
The one-side fixing member 200 is a fixing member for fixing one side portion of the cleaning pipe 100 to one side of the lower surface of the hull S.
The other side fixing member 300 is a fixing member for fixing the other side portion of the cleaning pipe 100 to the other side of the lower surface of the hull S.
On the other hand, the fishing angle of the seaweed net fished by the hull S is 25 ° to 50 ° larger depending on the width or length of the seaweed net based on the sea surface.
Therefore, it is preferable that the wash pipe 100 is rotated in such a manner as to have an optimal injection angle corresponding to the fishing angle having a large difference.
For this purpose, the seaweed mesh cleaning device provided outside the hull of the present invention is specified as follows: the cleaning pipe 100 is rotatably connected to the one side fixing member 200 and the other side fixing member 300 which connect the cleaning pipe 100 to the hull S.
That is, the one-side fixing member 200 includes one-side rotating plate 210, one-side fixing plate 220, and one-side fastening member 230, so that the cleaning pipe 100 is rotatably coupled to the lower surface of the hull S.
First, the one-side rotation plate 210 is a plate member as follows: a rotation groove 211 having a ring shape is formed to be penetrated through one side portion of the cleaning tube 100 by welding fixedly connected to one side portion of the cleaning tube 100 such that one end portion of the cleaning tube 100 protrudes.
Here, the reason why the one end of the cleaning tube 100 is specified to be circular is to rotatably insert it into the one-side fixing plate 220 as described above, in that the tube is circular in shape outside the one end of the cleaning tube 100 protruding with reference to the one-side rotating plate 210 and square in shape inside the cleaning tube 100.
Also, the rotation grooves 211 may be formed in a pair so as to be symmetrical with the one-side rotation plate 210. This is to improve fixing performance when the one-side rotation plate 210 rotated at a desired injection angle is fixed to the one-side fixing plate 220 described later.
The one-side fixing plate 220 is a plate member as follows: the upper part is fixed to the lower surface side of one side of the hull S, a rotation hole 221 is formed therethrough, one end of the cleaning pipe 100 protruding is rotatably protruded, and a fixing groove 222 having a ring shape is formed therethrough at a position corresponding to the rotation groove 211 formed in the one side rotation plate 210.
Wherein the rotation hole 221 has a circular shape corresponding to one end of the cleaning tube 100, and guides the one end of the inserted cleaning tube 100 to be rotatably inserted and protruded.
Meanwhile, a side ball bearing 223 is fixedly coupled to an outer side surface, which is one side surface of the side fixing plate 220 where the rotation hole 221 is formed, so that the cleaning tube 100 can be easily rotated with less force.
The upper portion of the one-side fixing plate 220 is fixed to the one-side lower surface side of the hull S by bending the one-side bending bracket 201 in a "" -shape.
That is, the horizontal side portion of the one-side bent frame 201 is fixed to the one-side lower surface of the hull S in a bolt-fastening manner, and the vertical side portion of the one-side bent frame 201 is fixed to the upper portion of the one-side fixing plate 220 in a welding manner.
Alternatively, the fixing may be performed by a plurality of methods such as bending the upper portion of the one-side fixing plate 220 into a "-" shape and fixing it.
The one-side fastening member 230 is a member for fastening the one-side rotation plate 210 to the one-side fixing plate 220 by fastening the rotation groove 211 of the one-side rotation plate 210 and the fixing groove 222 of the one-side fixing plate 220, and may be formed of a bolt 231 and a nut 232.
The other side fixing member 300 includes an other side rotating plate 310, an other side fixing plate 320, and an other side fastening member 330, so that the cleaning pipe 100 is rotatably coupled to the lower surface of the hull S.
First, the other side rotation plate 310 is a plate member as follows: the other end portion of the cleaning tube 100 is fixedly coupled to the other end portion of the cleaning tube 100 such that the other end portion protrudes, and a rotation groove 311 having a ring shape is formed therethrough.
Here, the tube shape is circular outside the other end portion of the washing tube 100 protruding as a reference from the other side rotating plate 310, and the tube shape may be square inside the washing tube 100, and as described above, the reason why the other end portion of the washing tube 100 is specified to be circular is to be rotatably inserted into the other side fixing plate 320 described later.
Also, the rotation grooves 311 may be formed in a pair so as to be symmetrical with the other side rotation plate 310. This is to improve fixing performance when the other side rotating plate 210 symmetrical to the other side rotating plate 310 with respect to the cleaning pipe 100 is rotated by a desired injection angle and then fixed to the other side fixing plate 320 described later.
The other side fixing plate 320 is a plate member as follows: the upper part is fixed on the lower surface side of the other side of the hull S, a rotation hole 321 is formed therethrough, the other end portion of the cleaning pipe 100 protruding is rotatably protruded, and a fixing groove 322 having a ring shape is formed therethrough at a position corresponding to the rotation groove 311 formed in the other side rotation plate 310.
Wherein the rotation hole 321 has a circular shape corresponding to the other end portion of the washing tube 100, and guides the other end portion of the inserted washing tube 100 to be rotatably inserted and protruded.
Meanwhile, the other side ball bearing 323 is fixedly coupled to one side of the other side fixing plate 320 where the rotation hole 321 is formed, so that the cleaning pipe 100 can be easily rotated with less force.
The other side fixing plate 320 is fixed to the other side lower surface side of the hull S by the other side bending bracket 301 bent in a shape of "no.
That is, the horizontal side portion of the other side bending frame 301 is fixed to the other side lower surface of the hull S in a bolt-fastening manner, and the vertical side portion of the other side bending frame 301 is fixed to the upper portion of the other side fixing plate 320 in a welding manner.
Alternatively, the other side fixing plate 320 may be fixed by bending an upper portion thereof into a shape of "", or the like.
The other side fastening member 330 is a member for fastening the other side rotation plate 310 to the other side fixing plate 320 by fastening the rotation hole 321 of the other side rotation plate 310 and the fixing groove 322 of the other side fixing plate 320, and may be formed of a bolt 331 and a nut 332.
On the other hand, the seaweed net washing device provided outside the hull of the present invention uses seawater as washing water, and the above-mentioned washing water supply structure may include a washing water supply hose 410, a washing water inflow hose 420, and a water suction pump 430.
The washing water supply hose 410 is a hose member having one end communicating with one position of one end of the washing pipe 100 protruding through the one-side fixing plate 220 or the other end of the washing pipe 100 protruding through the other-side fixing plate 320.
Among them, the main reason why the guide washing water supply hose 410 may select one of the washing pipe 100 protruding from the one side fixing plate 220 or the washing pipe 100 protruding from the other side fixing plate 320 is to be connected according to whether an engine provided at each hull S is located at the left or right side of the hull S, because a suction driving force of the suction pump 430 described later is supplied from the engine of the hull S.
On the other hand, when the washing water supply hose 410 selects one position of the washing tube 100 protruding from the one side fixing plate 220 or the washing tube 100 protruding from the other side fixing plate 320, one end portion of the washing tube 100 protruding through the one side fixing plate 220 or the other position of the other end portion of the washing tube 100 protruding through the other side fixing plate 320 may be detachably sealed by the stopper 440.
Here, screw grooves may be formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of both end portions of the cleaning tube 100, and screw threads may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the plug 440, so that they may be detachably coupled by screw fastening.
Also, when connected to one end of the wash pipe 100 or the other end of the wash pipe 100, the wash water supply hose 410 may be fastened by an insertion manner, in which case the inserted end may be fastened in a bent state. In use, stress is concentrated on the bent portion of the washing water supply hose 410 to be accompanied by a risk of plastic deformation more rapidly, and thus, in order to prevent this phenomenon, a bent pipe joint 411 bent in a "l" shape may be connected between both end portions of the washing water supply hose 410 and the washing pipe 100 in a relayed manner to use.
The wash water inflow hose 420 is a hose member having one end disposed below the sea water surface.
The suction pump 430 is a suction unit as follows: one side communicates with the other end of the wash water supply hose 410, and the other side communicates with the other end of the wash water supply hose 420, and seawater is caused to flow from the wash water supply hose 420 to the wash pipe 100 side through the wash water supply hose 410 by a suction driving force.
Wherein the suction driving force of the suction pump 430 may be supplied from the engine of the hull S.
On the other hand, it is necessary to adjust the flow amount of the washing water flowing through the washing water supply hose 410. This is because there is a difference in the salvage angle of the net salvaged by the various hulls S, and it is also necessary to adjust the spray distance of the washing water according to the spore growth period and the density of the net attached to the net.
For this purpose, a connection pipe joint 450 is inserted into the cleaning water supply hose 410, and a flow on-off valve 451 for adjusting the amount of seawater to be flowed is provided in the inserted connection pipe joint 450.
The pipe joint 450 is connected to the branch pipe 460, and the drain on-off valve 461 for adjusting the amount of the seawater to be drained may be provided to the connected branch pipe 460. This is because the amount of the washing water is limited only by the flow-use opening and closing valve 451 of the pipe joint 450, and thus an additional washing water discharge valve is required.
Accordingly, a part of the amount of the washing water flowing in through the washing water inflow hose 420 is discharged through the branch pipe 460, so that the hydraulic pressure intensity can be finely adjusted, thereby having an advantage that the washing efficiency of the seaweed net can be maintained in an optimal state all the time.
On the other hand, the end of the branched pipe 460 is connected to the drain hose 470, and the washing water may be drained through the drain hose 470.
In the foregoing specification, the invention has been shown and described with respect to particular embodiments, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
