Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,涉及中药领域,在制备治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质中的应用。本发明治疗效果显著,可根据患者不同的免疫功能状态来选择免疫治疗及中医药增强体质,免疫治疗,兔疫治疗与中医药相结合恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗是通过调动机体内部防御系统功能(细胞免疫和体液免疫的作用),达到阻止肿瘤生长或扩散的目的。这一点与中医治疗时的状正作用相类似。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域,具体为一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着免疫学的迅猛发展,肿瘤免疫研究工作也有很大进展,免疫治疗相继开展。在我国,从中西医结合的观点出发,研究许多中草药的作用机理的工作虽然还刚刚开始,但已看到许多中草药正是通过增强肿瘤患者机体免疫力来达到抑制肿瘤、扶正法邪的目的。
中医治疗肿瘤以扶正祛邪为基本原则。在某种意义上说,正可以祛邪,祛邪可以正,扶正的基本作用就是提高或调整人体的免疫功能(包括特异性和非特异性免疫功能),扶植和增强免疫防御系统,以抵抗病邪的侵袭,防止疾病的发生;祛邪的基本作用就是祛除致病性抗原和消除异常的免疫反应,使疾病不致发生和发展。近年来,大量研究证明,中医药对机体免疫反应的作用是多方面的,根据其作用方式和作用部位不同,中医药对免疫反应的作用可以分为免疫促进剂,免疫抑制剂,免疫调节剂以及抗过敏介质剂等几类。临床上对于表现为免疫功能低下者,需要用免疫促进剂治疗。同样是免疫促进剂,有的作用于细胞免疫为主,有的作用于体液免疫为主。同样是细胞免疫功能低下,有的是由于辅助性T细胞功能不足,有的则是抑制性T细胞功能过度。
目前市场上的治疗恶性肿瘤的药物,不能满足社会的需求,不能根据患者不同的免疫功能状态来选择免疫治疗及中医药增强体质,免疫治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出目前市场上的治疗恶性肿瘤的药物,不能满足社会的需求,不能根据患者不同的免疫功能状态来选择免疫治疗及中医药增强体质,免疫治疗的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法主要有以下重量份的原料药组成:
香菇10~60克,黄茋10~60克,白花蛇舌草10~60克,党参10~30克,茯苓10~30克,淫羊藿10~30克,白术10~30克,海藻10~30克,当归10~30克,鸡血藤10~30克,山药10~30克,丹参10~30克,山查10~30克,山慈姑10~20克,香附10~20克,郁金10~20克,柴胡10~20克。
一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)每副中药煎3次;首次煎药时药锅内放入中药一包,然后根据药量的多少加入适量的凉水,以淹没中药3厘米以上为标准,先大火烧开,再小火慢煎20分钟左右,约剩余药水8两时滤入一盆内;
(2)第二次煎药时加入与上次同样多的水,先大火烧开后再小火煎熬20分钟左右,锅内剩余药水约8两时滤入盆内;
(3)第三次煎药加水要较前两次少些,大火烧开后再小火煎熬10分钟左右,锅内剩余药水6两许时滤入盆内;
(4)把3次煎熬的中药水混合一块,过滤干净后,分作一天3次饭前或者饭后温服或温凉服,后两次服药时凉了要加热再服。
上述的中药组合物在制备治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质中的应用。
上面所述所述的加工工艺制得的灵芝普洱茶。
本发明提供一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,治疗效果显著,可根据患者不同的免疫功能状态来选择免疫治疗及中医药增强体质,免疫治疗,兔疫治疗与中医药相结合恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗是通过调动机体内部防御系统功能(细胞免疫和体液免疫的作用),达到阻止肿瘤生长或扩散的目的。这一点与中医治疗时的状正作用相类似。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步地解释和说明:
临床典型病例:
1、王某某,男,64岁,陕西咸阳人。经病检确诊为胰腺癌,症见左上腹阵发性疼痛,餐后加重,伴冷汗出,疼痛影响睡眠,食欲差,精神差,乏力倦怠,KPS评分为80分。查肿瘤标志物CEA 8.92ng/ml,总胆红素19.9umol/L,查B超提示胰腺肿物大小约4.3*4.0cm。患者苦于疼痛不适、神疲乏力,为提高生活质量,遂求诊于田少库主任医师。根据患者情况,予以本方剂口服液30ml 3次/日口服,服药一周后患者诉疼痛有所减轻,食欲改善,精神转好,嘱其继续服用本口服液。用药1月余,患者诉疼痛已有明显减轻,无冷汗出,因疼痛缓解睡眠得以改善,精神可,食欲尚可,KPS评分为90分,患者整体情况较服药前有所好转。查肿瘤标志物CEA 8.10ng/ml,总胆红素18.9umol/L,查B超提示胰腺肿物大小约4.3*3.9cm。检验指标较前下降,胰腺肿物大小大致同前,病情稳定的基础上症状得以好转,患者诉求达到,后间断服用口服液以改善生活质量,稳定病情。
2、姚某某,女,59岁,陕西铜川人。脑胶质瘤确诊1年余,期间行伽马刀及化疗,停止化疗后病灶增大,又行伽马刀及化疗,化疗期间患者出现全身乏力,精神疲倦,右半身肌力下降,食欲差,咳嗽咳痰,X线提示右侧胸腔少量积液。各种不适症状严重影响患者生活质量,遂中断化疗后于我处求诊。予以口服液治疗,每日三次,每次30ml,共服药40余天。患者诉服药期间诸症状渐渐改善,服药后精神转佳,乏力明显改善,右半身肌力较前明显恢复,原来每天长时间卧床,服药后已有精力散步,能从事日常轻度体力活动,承担部分家务,偶尔咳嗽,咳痰明显减少,食欲佳,查胸部X线提示无明显异常。头颅MRI示胶质瘤周围水肿较前减轻。经过1个半月的治疗,患者症状缓解明显,精神明显好转,生活质量得到显著提高。患者及家属对有此效果表示感谢。
3、李某某,女,63岁,陕西铜川人。左肺腺癌术后化疗后,术后1年左侧胸壁时有疼痛,发现有一豌豆大小包块,病检为腺癌,查胸片示左肺占位,考虑复发并左肺上叶不张,肺门、纵膈淋巴结转移,胸壁转移。于综合医院住院治疗,疼痛不得缓解,身体状况每况愈下。经朋友介绍,就诊于田少库主任医师处。初诊时患者形体消瘦,神疲乏力,左侧胸壁疼痛时作,干咳无痰,咳时牵引胸壁疼痛加重,并放射至左背部,影响睡眠,偶有头痛、恶心,活动后胸闷气短,食欲差,KPS评分为70分。予口服液30ml一日三次,服药2周后复诊。复诊时患者诉疼痛有所减轻,食欲、睡眠较前改善,精神转佳,但仍时有气短乏力,遂继续服药2周。三诊时患者诉疼痛较初已明显改善,纳眠佳,体重增加1kg,精神可,乏力好转,胸闷气短症状减轻,考虑患者肺癌术后,肺不张,胸闷气短难以痊愈,但其余症状均得到改善,疼痛得到缓解,KPS评分为80分,已能自理生活并适度进行轻体力活动。
4、李某某,男,68岁,山西翼城县人。直肠癌肺转移2年余,未行系统治疗,一直口服外院中药治疗,但1月前肛门内疼痛逐渐加重,遂求诊于田少库主任医师。就诊时见患者形体消瘦,面色萎黄,患者诉肛门内疼痛,影响睡眠,神疲乏力,头晕不适,精神倦怠,食欲低,时有咳嗽咳痰,大便次数不定。予以口服液30ml一日三次服用2周,患者面色好转,诉肛门内疼痛缓解明显,睡眠好,精神转佳,已无头晕、倦怠,食欲有所改善,咳痰减少,二便尚可。后患者继续服用口服液1月,查肿瘤标志物均有降低,患者体质明显改善,曾经每日卧床时间在6小时以上,现已能从事大多日常活动,可下地劳作,不倦怠嗜睡,患者及家属对病情明显改善表示谢意。
实施例1
一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)每副中药煎3次;首次煎药时药锅内放入中药一包,然后根据药量的多少加入适量的凉水,以淹没中药3厘米以上为标准,先大火烧开,再小火慢煎20分钟左右,约剩余药水8两时滤入一盆内;
(2)第二次煎药时加入与上次同样多的水,先大火烧开后再小火煎熬20分钟左右,锅内剩余药水约8两时滤入盆内;
(3)第三次煎药加水要较前两次少些,大火烧开后再小火煎熬10分钟左右,锅内剩余药水6两许时滤入盆内;

实施例2
一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)每副中药煎3次;首次煎药时药锅内放入中药一包,然后根据药量的多少加入适量的凉水,以淹没中药3厘米以上为标准,先大火烧开,再小火慢煎20分钟左右,约剩余药水8两时滤入一盆内;
(2)第二次煎药时加入与上次同样多的水,先大火烧开后再小火煎熬20分钟左右,锅内剩余药水约8两时滤入盆内;

在制得的一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物中,香菇60克,黄茋60克,白花蛇舌草60克,党参30克,茯苓30克,淫羊藿30克,白术30克,海藻30克,当归30克,鸡血藤30克,山药30克,丹参30克,山查30克,山慈姑20克,香附20克,郁金20克,柴胡20克。
实施例3
一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)每副中药煎3次;首次煎药时药锅内放入中药一包,然后根据药量的多少加入适量的凉水,以淹没中药3厘米以上为标准,先大火烧开,再小火慢煎20分钟左右,约剩余药水8两时滤入一盆内;
(2)第二次煎药时加入与上次同样多的水,先大火烧开后再小火煎熬20分钟左右,锅内剩余药水约8两时滤入盆内;

在制得的一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物中,香菇30克,黄茋30克,白花蛇舌草30克,党参15克,茯苓15克,淫羊藿15克,白术15克,海藻15克,当归15克,鸡血藤15克,山药15克,丹参15克,山查15克,山慈姑10克,香附10克,郁金10克,柴胡10克。
抗疲劳实验
研究考察本发明的灵芝普洱茶对小鼠免疫增强的作用。
1.实验动物
昆明种小鼠,体重18-22g,共50只,清洁级,雄性。本实验所有动物饲养条件一致,开始实验前3天置于实验室观察饲养,自由摄食、饮水、各组饲料与饮用水来源均相同。
2.分组
将小鼠随机分成5组,即本发明组、正常组、对比组1-3,每组10只。各组的药物如下:
本发明组:根据本申请实施例1的制得的治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物2g加水冲泡。
正常组:生理盐水。
对比组1:鸡血藤2g加水冲泡。
对比组2:党参加水冲泡。
对比组3:丹参2g加水冲泡。
3.实验方法
采用分层随机分组法,即将动物按体重分层,层距为2g,再逐一将每层动物随机分到各组,每组10只,形成5组。各组按每天20mL/kg(体重)经口灌胃,30d后测定小鼠负重游泳时间。末次给予受试物30min后,每只鼠尾根部负荷5.00%体重铅皮,置于水深(30±1)cm.水温(25±1)℃游泳箱中游泳,不时搅动水,使小鼠四肢保持运动。记录小鼠自游泳开始至死亡时间(min),作为小鼠游泳时间,结果如表1所示。

本发明的治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物对小鼠具有显著的增强免疫力的作用。而对比组1-3则单独采用鸡血藤、党参和丹参进行对比,试验结果表明,对比组1-3对小鼠的负重游泳时间均没有明显增加,说明本发明的治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物的免疫增强效果是多种成分协同作用的结果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物及制备方法,其特征在于:主要有以下重量份的原料药组成:
香菇10~60克,黄茋10~60克,白花蛇舌草10~60克,党参10~30克,茯苓10~30克,淫羊藿10~30克,白术10~30克,海藻10~30克,当归10~30克,鸡血藤10~30克,山药10~30克,丹参10~30克,山查10~30克,山慈姑10~20克,香附10~20克,郁金10~20克,柴胡10~20克。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗恶性肿瘤增强体质的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:(1)每副中药煎3次;首次煎药时药锅内放入中药一包,然后根据药量的多少加入适量的凉水,以淹没中药3厘米以上为标准,先大火烧开,再小火慢煎20分钟左右,约剩余药水8两时滤入一盆内;
(2)第二次煎药时加入与上次同样多的水,先大火烧开后再小火煎熬20分钟左右,锅内剩余药水约8两时滤入盆内;
(3)第三次煎药加水要较前两次少些,大火烧开后再小火煎熬10分钟左右,锅内剩余药水6两许时滤入盆内;
(4)把3次煎熬的中药水混合一块,过滤干净后,分作一天3次饭前或者饭后温服或温凉服,后两次服药时凉了要加热再服。
