技术领域
本发明涉及制药领域，具体为一种抗肿瘤中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
肿瘤是目前严重威胁人们生命安全的重大疾病之一，不论国内外，每年都有大量的病人因患肿瘤而死亡。在我国当前的肿瘤治疗有两种模式，即西医治疗与中医治疗。西医治疗目前主要包括手术治疗、放疗与化疗，这三种方法均不同程度的延长了肿瘤病人的生存时间，但是均具有副作用大、治疗不彻底的弊端，不管是手术、放疗或者化疗，对人体正常组织的伤害是也是明显的，都会增加病人的痛苦，并且并不能彻底治愈肿瘤。中医药治疗肿瘤虽已取得了一些方法与经验，但目前仍然没有真正能值得普遍推广与使用的经验与成果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的中药治疗癌症没有比较有效的技术方案的缺陷，提供一种新型的抗肿瘤中药组合物。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍170～200份、枸杞170～200份、鸡内金60～80份、夹竹桃叶80～100份、百合60～80份、红豆衫100～120份、芦根100～120份、冬虫夏草100～120份、全蝎80～100份、炒穿山甲0.5～1.5份、白花蛇舌草100～110份、维生素C 40～60份、薄荷素油0.8～1.2份，半枝莲60～80份，柴胡70～90份，水红花籽50～70份，贯众40～60份，青皮30～60份，黄婵40～60份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
优选的，一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍170份、枸杞170份、鸡内金60份、夹竹桃叶80份、百合60份、红豆衫100份、芦根100份、冬虫夏草100份、全蝎80份、炒穿山甲0.5份、白花蛇舌草100份、维生素C 40份、薄荷素油0.8份，半枝莲60份，柴胡70份，水红花籽50份，贯众40份，青皮30份，黄婵40份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
优选的，一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍200份、枸杞200份、鸡内金80份、夹竹桃叶100份、百合80份、红豆衫120份、芦根120份、冬虫夏草120份、全蝎100份、炒穿山甲1.5份、白花蛇舌草110份、维生素C 60份、薄荷素油1.2份，半枝莲80份，柴胡90份，水红花籽70份，贯众40～60份，青皮30～60份，黄婵40～60份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
进一步的，一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍180份、枸杞180份、鸡内金72份、夹竹桃叶90份、百合72份、红豆衫108份、芦根108份、冬虫夏草108份、全蝎90份、炒穿山甲1.05份、白花蛇舌草105份、维生素C49.5份、薄荷素油1.08份，半枝莲70份，柴胡80份，水红花籽60份，贯众50份，青皮45份，黄婵50份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
1)将蟾蜍、鸡内金、全蝎、炒穿山甲按重量配比称出后进行干燥，然后超微粉碎机粉碎至600目以上的微粒；
2)、将夹竹桃叶、枸杞、红豆衫、芦根、冬虫夏草、白花蛇舌草，半枝莲、柴胡，冬虫夏草、水红花籽、贯众、青皮和黄婵混合，加入10倍水煎煮1个小时，过滤后加入8倍水煎煮1个小时，过滤，合并两次滤液；
3)将滤液浓缩成60℃下相对密度为1.08～1.10的浸膏，减压干燥，制成干膏粉；
4)、向干膏粉中加入步骤1)中微粒，加入乳糖、滑石粉、羧甲基淀粉钠和硬脂酸镁，用乙醇为粘合剂制粒；加入薄荷油，混匀；
5)加入维生素C、混匀，压片，包膜衣即得。
本发明的抗肿瘤中药组合物能够增强人体的抗病能力，通过增强免疫功能的作用，改善机体内的防御机制，防止肿瘤的复发与转移，对肿瘤的治疗有很好的疗效；对消化系统癌症、白血病、垂体肿瘤、肺小细胞癌、甲状腺癌、星状神经细胞肿瘤的治疗或预防均有疗效。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍170份、枸杞170份、鸡内金60份、夹竹桃叶80份、百合60份、红豆衫100份、芦根100份、冬虫夏草100份、全蝎80份、炒穿山甲0.5份、白花蛇舌草100份、维生素C 40份、薄荷素油0.8份，半枝莲60份，柴胡70份，水红花籽50份，贯众40份，青皮30份，黄婵40份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物的制备方法，具体步骤如下：

实施例2
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍200份、枸杞200份、鸡内金80份、夹竹桃叶100份、百合80份、红豆衫120份、芦根120份、冬虫夏草120份、全蝎100份、炒穿山甲1.5份、白花蛇舌草110份、维生素C 60份、薄荷素油1.2份，半枝莲80份，柴胡90份，水红花籽70份，贯众40～60份，青皮30～60份，黄婵40～60份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
本实施例的抗肿瘤中药组合物的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍180份、枸杞180份、鸡内金72份、夹竹桃叶90份、百合72份、红豆衫108份、芦根108份、冬虫夏草108份、全蝎90份、炒穿山甲1.05份、白花蛇舌草105份、维生素C49.5份、薄荷素油1.08份，半枝莲70份，柴胡80份，水红花籽60份，贯众50份，青皮45份，黄婵50份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
本实施例的抗肿瘤中药组合物的制备方法同实施例1。
临床资料：
本试验共观察病例300例，排除原发性免疫缺陷、肝肾疾病、肺结核、免疫系统疾病及先天性心脏病。
疗效判定：
(1)显效：肿瘤瘤体缩小10％以上，主要症状消失；
(2)有效：肿瘤瘤体缩小1～10％，临床症状明显改善；
(3)无效：肿瘤瘤体继续增长，临床症状无改善或加重。
试验方法：
采用单盲完全随机分组，癌症观察组以中药组合物药片治疗，一日三次；对照组采用化疗及放疗治疗。30天为一个疗程，观察3个月。

从上表可以看出，在实验的肝癌、垂体肿瘤和肺小细胞癌中，中药治疗组的治疗效果均明显优与对照组，本发明特定配比的中药组合物具有很好的临床应用前景良好。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍170～200份、枸杞170～200份、鸡内金60～80份、夹竹桃叶80～100份、百合60～80份、红豆衫100～120份、芦根100～120份、冬虫夏草100～120份、全蝎80～100份、炒穿山甲0.5～1.5份、白花蛇舌草100～110份、维生素C 40～60份、薄荷素油0.8～1.2份，半枝莲60～80份，柴胡70～90份，水红花籽50～70份，贯众40～60份，青皮30～60份和黄婵40～60份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍170份、枸杞170份、鸡内金60份、夹竹桃叶80份、百合60份、红豆衫100份、芦根100份、冬虫夏草100份、全蝎80份、炒穿山甲0.5份、白花蛇舌草100份、维生素C 40份、薄荷素油0.8份，半枝莲60份，柴胡70份，水红花籽50份，贯众40份，青皮30份和黄婵40份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍200份、枸杞200份、鸡内金80份、夹竹桃叶100份、百合80份、红豆衫120份、芦根120份、冬虫夏草120份、全蝎100份、炒穿山甲1.5份、白花蛇舌草110份、维生素C 60份、薄荷素油1.2份，半枝莲80份，柴胡90份，水红花籽70份，贯众40～60份，青皮30～60份和黄婵40～60份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，由以下重量配比的药物组成：蟾蜍180份、枸杞180份、鸡内金72份、夹竹桃叶90份、百合72份、红豆衫108份、芦根108份、冬虫夏草108份、全蝎90份、炒穿山甲1.05份、白花蛇舌草105份、维生素C49.5份、薄荷素油1.08份，半枝莲70份，柴胡80份，水红花籽60份，贯众50份，青皮45份和黄婵50份，加入适量辅料制成1000片，包膜衣即得。
5.一种抗肿瘤中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
1)将蟾蜍、鸡内金、全蝎、炒穿山甲按重量配比称出后进行干燥，然后超微粉碎机粉碎至600目以上的微粒；
2)、将夹竹桃叶、枸杞、红豆衫、芦根、冬虫夏草、白花蛇舌草，半枝莲、柴胡，冬虫夏草、水红花籽、贯众、青皮和黄婵混合，加入10倍水煎煮1个小时，过滤后加入8倍水煎煮1个小时，过滤，合并两次滤液；
3)将滤液浓缩成60℃下相对密度为1.08～1.10的浸膏，减压干燥，制成干膏粉；
4)、向干膏粉中加入步骤1)中微粒，加入乳糖、滑石粉、羧甲基淀粉钠和硬脂酸镁，用乙醇为粘合剂制粒；加入薄荷油，混匀；
5)加入维生素C、混匀，压片，包膜衣即得。
