As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an acetabular prosthesis according to a first embodiment includes: an acetabular cup base 10, a packing 20 and a staple 30. The acetabular cup body 10 is provided with an operation hole 11 and a first fixing hole 12 at intervals. The packing block 20 is provided on the outer surface of the acetabular cup base body 10, and a second fixing hole 21 communicating with the first fixing hole 12 is provided on the packing block 20. The fixing nail 30 is connected in the second fixing hole 21 at a part of the fixing nail 30, and another part of the fixing nail 30 is penetrated out of the second fixing hole 21.
With the solution of the first embodiment, the packing elements 20 are arranged on the outer surface of the acetabular cup base body 10. The packing block 20 is provided with a second fixing hole 21 communicating with the first fixing hole 12. The fixing nail 30 is connected in the second fixing hole 21 at a part of the fixing nail 30, and another part of the fixing nail 30 is penetrated out of the second fixing hole 21. Thus, the filling block 20 can be filled into the cavity-shaped bone defect part 1, so that the bone defect part of a patient becomes more complete, and the filling block can be inserted into the operation hole 11 through an implantation tool for implanting an acetabular prosthesis and fixing the acetabular cup matrix 10 and the filling block 20 together at the cavity-shaped bone defect part 1 through the fixing nails 30, so that the acetabular cup matrix 10 can be attached to an acetabulum, loosening of the acetabular prosthesis is avoided, the initial stability of fixing is effectively improved, and the fixing effect is improved. Therefore, the technical scheme of the first embodiment effectively solves the problem of poor fixation effect of the acetabular prosthesis in the related technology.
Specifically, the operating hole is a socket-head cap hole, and the implantation tool is a socket-head cap wrench, which can be inserted into the socket-head cap hole for implanting the acetabular prosthesis. The acetabular cup base body 10 is also provided with the connecting holes, so that the acetabular cup base body 10 is fixed at the acetabulum through the connecting holes by screws, and the stability of the fixed acetabular prosthesis is improved.
In the first embodiment, the number of the first fixing holes may be one or more, and the corresponding second fixing holes are also provided with corresponding numbers so as to match the fixing nails to pass through the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes.
As shown in fig. 1-8, to maximize the similarity of the shape of the filler piece 20 to the shape of the lacunar bone defect, the shape of the filler piece 20 is at least 1/4 of the spherical shell. In this way, the design can be made according to the shape of the patient's bone defect.
In the first embodiment, the shape of the filler piece 20 is preferably a 1/4 part of the spherical shell.
Of course, in clinical application, the fixation nail 30 can be implanted into the area to be extended and fixed according to the bone condition of the patient, so as to strengthen the fixation effect of the acetabular prosthesis.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the packing block 20 has a first outer end edge 22 and a second outer end edge 23 which are disposed opposite to each other in the outer circumferential direction of the acetabular cup body 10, the first outer end edge 22 protruding from the outer surface of the acetabular cup body 10 in the radial direction of the acetabular cup body 10, and the second outer end edge 23 being disposed in common with the side edges of the inner surface of the packing block 20. In this way, the filler piece 20 is able to better fill the lacunar bone defect 1, so that the bone defect of the patient becomes more complete. Meanwhile, as the second outer end edge 23 and the side edge of the inner surface of the filling block 20 are arranged in a sharing way, the acetabular cup can be better attached to the outer surface of the matrix 10, and stress concentration between the second outer end edge 23 and the outer surface of the acetabular cup matrix 10 is effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the operation hole is located at the center of the acetabular cup body 10, the first fixing hole 12 is located at the outer side of the operation hole 11 in the circumferential direction, and in order to prevent the fixing nail 30 from being separated from the first fixing hole 12, a separation preventing plug 40 is provided in the first fixing hole 12, the separation preventing plug 40 is press-fitted with the end surface of the fixing nail 30, so that the separation preventing plug 40 can block the first fixing hole 12 to prevent the fixing nail 30 from being separated from the first fixing hole 12.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in order that the fixing pin 30 can be reliably fixed in the first fixing hole 12, the anti-drop plug 40 is a circular truncated cone, and the first fixing hole 12 is a tapered hole in interference fit with the circular truncated cone.
Of course, in the anti-slip plug of the second embodiment of the acetabular prosthesis shown in fig. 9, the difference from the staple of the first embodiment of the anti-slip plug is the structure of the anti-slip plug. In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, in order that the fixing pin 30 can be reliably fixed in the first fixing hole 12, the external surface of the anti-drop plug 40 is provided with external threads, and the first fixing hole 12 is provided with internal threads connected with the external threads.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in order to enhance the effect of initial stability and long term stability of screwing the fixing pin 30 into the acetabulum, the profile of the screw thread of the fixing pin 30 includes a triangle shape. In this way, the structural strength of the filling block 20 is higher, so that the fracture resistance of the joint of the acetabular cup matrix 10 and the filling block 20 is higher than that of other parts of the acetabular cup matrix 10, the filling block 20 is reliably fixed at the gap-filling bone defect part 1 through the fixing nails 30, and the whole acetabular prosthesis bears the greatest concentrated stress at the fixing nails 30, so that the stress condition of other parts of the acetabular cup matrix 10 is improved, and the mechanical conduction is improved.
Of course, in the staple of the third embodiment of the acetabular prosthesis shown in fig. 10, the difference from the staple of the first embodiment of the acetabular prosthesis is the profile of the threads of the staple, and in the third embodiment the profile of the threads of the staple 30 comprises a saw tooth shape.
As shown in fig. 2-5, to better accommodate the shape of the patient's bone defect, the filler piece 20 is positionally adjustable on the outer surface of the acetabular cup body 10 so that even if a complex patient's bone defect shape is encountered, the filler piece 20 position on the outer surface of the acetabular cup body 10 can be adjusted to accommodate the filling requirements.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in order to facilitate adjustment of the position of the packing element 20 on the outer surface of the acetabular cup body 10, the acetabular cup body 10 is further provided with a through hole 14, the packing element 20 is further provided with a plurality of screw holes 24 cooperating with the through hole 14, and an adjustment member 31 is selectively coupled into one of the screw holes 24 through the through hole 14 to adjust the position of the packing element 20 on the outer surface of the acetabular cup body 10. The adjustment member 31 of the first embodiment is preferably a screw.
As shown in fig. 2-5, a countersink 15 is provided on the inner surface of the acetabular cup body 10 on the outer surface of the acetabular cup body 10. The countersunk slot 15 is able to receive the screw head of a screw, avoiding interference with the screw head when the femoral head of the femoral prosthesis is installed in the acetabular cup base 10. In order to fill the bone defect of the patient in a wide range of the filling block 20, the number of through holes 14 is plural and the number of through holes 14 is smaller than the number of screw holes 24, and the adjusting member 31 is selectively inserted through one through hole 14 and is selectively coupled to one screw hole 24. In this way, the range of adjustment of the adjustment member 31 can be enlarged to facilitate filling of a wide range of patient bone defects. In the first embodiment, the aperture of the second fixing hole 21 is larger than that of the first fixing hole 12.
In the first embodiment, the plurality of screw holes 24 are sequentially arranged in the countersink at intervals along the circumferential direction, the plurality of through holes 14 include the middle through hole 14 and other through holes 14 surrounding the middle through hole 14 to form a circle, and the plurality of through holes 14 arranged in this way can not only enable the adjusting piece 31 to selectively pass through one through hole 14 and be selectively connected in one screw hole 24 under the condition that the first fixing hole 12 always corresponds to the second fixing hole 21, but also can meet the requirement that the fixing nail 30 can pass through the first fixing hole 12 and the second fixing hole 21.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the acetabular prosthesis further includes a wing 50 removably attached to the end surfaces of the acetabular cup base 10 and the filler block 20. The wings 50 are capable of engaging the patient's ilium to facilitate improved initial and distal stability of the acetabular prosthesis. And to facilitate replacement of the appropriately sized flap 50 depending on the patient's ilium shape.
Of course, in the embodiment of the anti-slip plug of the third embodiment of the acetabular prosthesis not shown in the drawings, the number of wings may be not limited to three but may be two, four or more. The acetabular prosthesis further comprises a wing plate detachably connected to the end face of the acetabular cup base body or the filling block, so that the wing plate is mounted on the end face of the acetabular cup base body or the filling block according to the ilium shape of a patient, and the adaptability is good.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the acetabular cup body 10 and the packing block 20 are provided with first mounting holes 13 on end surfaces thereof, and the wing plate 50 is provided with second mounting holes 52 corresponding to the first mounting holes 13, so that the mounting positions of the wing plate 50 can be selected, and the fasteners 51 pass through the first mounting holes 13 and the second mounting holes 52 to fix the wing plate 50 on the end surfaces of the acetabular cup body 10 and/or the packing block 20. Thus, the fastener 51 is matched with the first mounting hole 13 and the second mounting hole 52, the structure is simple, and the fixing effect is good.
In an embodiment not shown in the figures, first mounting holes are provided on the end faces of the acetabular cup body and the filler block, and second mounting holes corresponding to the first mounting holes are provided on the wing plates, and fasteners pass through the first and second mounting holes to fix the wing plates on the end faces of the acetabular cup body or the filler block.
