Specifically, the number of the adjustment posts 30, the bosses 112, the adjustment holes 111, and the first accommodation recess 22 may be 6, 12, or other numbers. The adjusting columns 30 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the acetabular cup prosthesis, and the outer cup 20 can be adjusted by 360 degrees in the circumferential direction.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in the present embodiment, the adjustment post 30 further includes a threaded section 32, the adjustment ring 31 is disposed at one end of the threaded section 32, and an internal thread matching the threaded section 32 is disposed in the adjustment hole 111. Through the matching between the internal thread in the adjusting hole 111 and the thread section 32, the stepless adjustment between the adjusting column 30 and the inner cup body 10 can be realized, so that the adjustment of the outer cup 20 is more flexible. Meanwhile, the threaded structure has the advantages of reliable connection and easiness in processing.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8 and 9, the outer wall of the adjusting ring 31 is a tapered surface, and the cross-sectional area of the tapered surface gradually decreases in the direction from the threaded section 32 to the adjusting ring 31. That is, the cross section of the end of the adjusting ring 31 far away from the threaded section 32 is relatively small, so that the alignment between the adjusting ring 31 and the arc-shaped mounting groove 21 is easy to realize, meanwhile, due to the locking effect between the taper fitting, along with the continuous deepening of the adjusting column 30, the adjusting column 30 and the adjusting outer cup 20 cannot be separated, the matching between the adjusting ring 31 and the arc-shaped mounting groove 21 can be more fastened, and the reliability and the stability after the acetabular cup prosthesis is implanted are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the inner cup 10 includes a first cup 11 and a second cup 12 disposed in the first cup 11, the first cup 11 has a second open end corresponding to the mouth, a sinking platform 113 is disposed on an inner sidewall of the second open end, and the adjusting column 30 is located within the range of the sinking platform 113. It should be noted that the fact that the adjusting column 30 is located within the range of the sinking platform 113 means that the adjusting column 30 does not protrude inward from the sinking platform 113. This ensures that adjustment post 30 does not interfere with second cup 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in the present embodiment, an end of the adjusting cylinder 30 away from the adjusting ring 31 is provided with a cap body segment 33, an outer diameter of the cap body segment 33 is larger than an outer diameter of the threaded section 32, an inner sidewall of the second open end is provided with a second accommodating recess 114 for accommodating the cap body segment 33, the second accommodating recess 114 is communicated with the adjusting hole 111 and is located at an end of the adjusting hole 111 away from the adjusting outer cup 20, and a circumference of the second accommodating recess 114 has a diameter larger than an inner diameter of the adjusting hole 111. The cap body segment 33 is disposed in the second accommodation recess 114, the depressed platform 113 allows the passage of the threaded section 32, but not the cap body segment 33, and the adjustment column 30 can be stopped by the fit between the cap body segment 33 and the depressed platform 113.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the rotation preventing portion 121 is provided on the outer side of the second cup 12, and the rotation preventing portion 121 is provided in the second accommodation recess 114. Through the cooperation between the anti-rotation protrusion 121 and the second receiving recess 114, the second cup 12 can be prevented from rotating relative to the first cup 11, and the reliability and stability of the acetabular cup prosthesis after implantation can be ensured. In the present embodiment, the number of the anti-rotation protrusions 121 is multiple, and the multiple anti-rotation protrusions 121 are uniformly disposed on the outer periphery of the second cup 12, and the number of the anti-rotation protrusions 121 may be specifically 3, 6, 12, or another number.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a first groove 115 is formed on the inner wall of the first cup 11, a second groove 122 corresponding to the first groove 115 is formed on the outer wall of the second cup 12, and the acetabular cup prosthesis further includes a first snap 40 disposed in the first groove 115 and the second groove 122. Because the surface of second cup 12 is spherical, through setting up first joint spare 40 between first cup 11 and second cup 12, can avoid second cup 12 to break away from first cup 11 or second cup 12 takes place to rotate for first cup 11, guarantees reliability and stability after acetabular cup prosthesis implantation.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 10 to 13, in this embodiment, the inner cup 10 includes a first cup 11 and a second cup 12 disposed in the first cup 11, the acetabular cup prosthesis further includes a second snap-in component 50 connecting the second cup 12 and a liner located in the acetabular cup prosthesis, the second snap-in component 50 includes a main body 51 and a connecting portion 52 connected between two ends of the main body 51, and a third groove 123 disposed inside the second cup 12 and accommodating the main body 51 and a socket 124 disposed inside the second cup and communicating with the third groove 123 and allowing the connecting portion 52 to pass through. The main body part 51 of the second clamping piece 50 is arranged between the second cup body 12 and the inner lining in the acetabular cup prosthesis, so that the acetabular inner lining prosthesis and the acetabular cup prosthesis can be locked, the acetabular inner lining prosthesis is prevented from being separated from the acetabular cup prosthesis, and the reliability and the stability of the acetabular cup prosthesis after being implanted are ensured.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the connecting portion 52 includes a first connecting piece 521 connected to the first end of the main body portion 51 and a second connecting piece 522 connected to the second end of the main body portion 51, the first connecting piece 521 and the second connecting piece 522 are disposed in an overlapping manner, one of the first connecting piece 521 and the second connecting piece 522 is provided with a connecting chute 523, and the other is provided with a connecting post 524. In the process of installing the acetabular liner prosthesis to the acetabular cup prosthesis, the connecting column 524 can slide along the connecting chute 523, so that the second clamping piece 50 is prevented from being opened or the second clamping piece 50 is loosened due to other reasons, and the locking failure of the second clamping piece 50 between the acetabular liner prosthesis and the acetabular cup prosthesis and the dislocation between the acetabular liner prosthesis and the acetabular cup prosthesis are avoided, and the reliability and the stability of the acetabular cup prosthesis after being implanted are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 6, in the present embodiment, the height of the insertion opening 124 is equivalent to that of the second clamping member 50, the first square groove 125 is disposed at a position corresponding to the insertion opening 124 on the outer side of the second cup 12, the second square groove 116 is disposed at a position corresponding to the insertion opening 124 on the first cup 11, and the connecting portion 52 can extend out of the insertion opening 124 so that the connecting column 524 and the connecting chute 523 extend into the space formed by the first square groove 125 and the second square groove 116.
Specifically, the installation process of the prosthesis of this embodiment is as follows: first, the second engaging member 50 is pre-installed in the third groove 123, when the acetabular liner prosthesis is placed in the second cup body 12, the connecting column 524 slides in the connecting chute 523, and when the acetabular liner prosthesis and the second cup body are assembled, the second engaging member 50 is simultaneously engaged in the engaging groove on the acetabular liner prosthesis. The second clip 50 is different from clips in the related art in that the second clip 50 in the present embodiment does not cause the second clip 50 to be spread due to various reasons, thereby causing a lock failure. Specifically, the connecting column 524 has a height, and the connecting column 524 is greater than the height of the connecting chute 523. Meanwhile, as the height of the socket 124 is equal to that of the second clamping piece 50, seamless matching between the socket 124 and the second clamping piece 50 can be realized, the connecting column 524 is not easy to deviate from the connecting chute 523, and in addition, the connecting chute 523 limits the connecting column 524, the second clamping piece 50 cannot be spread due to multiple protection, and the locking mechanism of the second clamping piece 50 cannot fail. Specifically, fig. 10 and 11 show a structural view of one embodiment of the second clip 50, and fig. 12 and 13 show a structural view of another embodiment of the second clip 50.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the inner cup body 10 includes a cup body 13, the cup body 13 has a third opening end corresponding to the mouth, the inner cup body 10 further includes a stopping boss 14 disposed at the third opening end, an accommodating groove 15 is disposed between the cup body 13 and the stopping boss 14, and the first opening end is disposed in the accommodating groove 15. The first opening end is arranged in the accommodating groove 15 and can limit the adjusting outer cup 20, so that the first opening end is always positioned in the accommodating groove 15 in the expansion process of the adjusting-free outer cup 20, and the acetabular cup prosthesis is guaranteed to be better matched with an acetabular socket of a patient and have better stability.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the adjustment cup 20 is provided with a plurality of hollow portions 23 extending in the height direction of the adjustment cup 20. Specifically, a plurality of the hollow portions 23 are radially disposed on the adjusting outer cup 20. The provision of the cutouts 23 makes the adjustment cup 20 more susceptible to deformation (i.e., movement between the initial retracted and expanded positions) by the adjustment post 30. Meanwhile, the hollow part 23 provides a space for the healthy bone of the patient to grow in, so that the connection between the implanted acetabular cup prosthesis and the healthy bone of the patient is firmer and more reliable.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the inner cup body 10 and the adjusting outer cup 20 are provided with an operating portion 117 for engaging with an operating tool on the side away from the mouth. The operation part 117 is arranged to facilitate the implantation of the prosthesis, so that the operation is more convenient. In this embodiment, the operation portion 117 is a circular hole, and in other possible embodiments, the operation portion may also be a polygonal hole.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the orientation words such as "front, rear, upper, lower, left, right", "lateral, vertical, horizontal" and "top, bottom", etc. are usually based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and in the case of not making a reverse description, these orientation words do not indicate and imply that the device or element being referred to must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore, should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present invention; the terms "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the respective component itself.
Spatially relative terms, such as "above … …," "above … …," "above … …," "above," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description to describe one device or feature's spatial relationship to another device or feature as illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if a device in the figures is turned over, devices described as "above" or "on" other devices or configurations would then be oriented "below" or "under" the other devices or configurations. Thus, the exemplary term "above … …" can include both an orientation of "above … …" and "below … …". The device may be otherwise variously oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like are used to define the components, and are only used for convenience of distinguishing the corresponding components, and the terms have no special meanings unless otherwise stated, and therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited.

Claims (12)

1. An acetabular cup prosthesis, comprising:
an inner cup body (10) having an opening;
the adjusting outer cup (20) is sleeved on the outer side of the inner cup body (10);
a plurality of adjustment columns (30) arranged along the circumference of the acetabular cup prosthesis, wherein the plurality of adjustment columns (30) are movably arranged between the inner cup body (10) and the adjustment outer cup (20) in a penetrating way so as to enable the adjustment outer cup (20) to move between an initial retraction position and an expansion position;
adjust post (30) with adjust outer cup (20) complex one end and be provided with adjustable ring (31), adjust outer cup (20) have corresponding to the first open end of oral area, the first open end be provided with adjustable ring (31) complex arc mounting groove (21).
2. The acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of adjusting holes (111) penetrating a plurality of adjusting columns (30) are formed in the inner cup body (10), a plurality of bosses (112) distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner cup body (10) are formed in the outer wall of the inner cup body (10), the plurality of bosses (112) and the plurality of adjusting holes (111) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a plurality of first accommodating concave portions (22) accommodating the plurality of bosses (112) are formed at the first opening end, and the arc-shaped mounting groove (21) is located at the bottom of the first accommodating concave portions (22).

The acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the adjustment post (30) further comprises a threaded section (32), the adjustment ring (31) being provided at one end of the threaded section (32), the adjustment bore (111) being provided with an internal thread cooperating with the threaded section (32).
4. The acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the outer wall of the adjustment ring (31) is a conical surface having a cross-sectional area that gradually decreases in the direction of the threaded section (32) to the adjustment ring (31).
5. The acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the inner cup (10) comprises a first cup (11) and a second cup (12) disposed within the first cup (11), the first cup (11) having a second open end corresponding to the mouth, a counter sink (113) being disposed on an inner sidewall of the second open end, the adjustment column (30) being located within the range of the counter sink (113).

The acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 5, wherein an end of the adjustment column (30) remote from the adjustment ring (31) is provided with a cap body segment (33), an outer diameter of the cap body segment (33) is larger than an outer diameter of the threaded segment (32), an inner side wall of the second open end is provided with a second receiving recess (114) for receiving the cap body segment (33), the second receiving recess (114) is in communication with the adjustment hole (111) and is located at an end of the adjustment hole (111) remote from the adjustment outer cup (20), and a circumference of the second receiving recess (114) has a diameter larger than an inner diameter of the adjustment hole (111).
7. Acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 6, characterised in that the outer side of the second cup (12) is provided with an anti-rotation protrusion (121), the anti-rotation protrusion (121) being provided in the second receiving recess (114).
8. The acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 5, wherein a first groove (115) is provided on an inner wall of the first cup (11), a second groove (122) corresponding to the first groove (115) is provided on an outer wall of the second cup (12), the acetabular cup prosthesis further comprising a first snap (40) disposed within the first groove (115) and the second groove (122).
9. The acetabular cup prosthesis according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inner cup (10) comprises a first cup (11) and a second cup (12) arranged in the first cup (11), the acetabular cup prosthesis further comprising a second snap (50) connecting the second cup (12) and a liner located in the acetabular cup prosthesis, the second snap (50) comprising a body portion (51) and a connecting portion (52) connected between two ends of the body portion (51), and a third groove (123) accommodating the body portion (51) and a socket (124) communicating with the third groove (123) and allowing the connecting portion (52) to pass through are arranged inside the second cup (12).

Acetabular cup prosthesis according to claim 9, wherein the connection portion (52) comprises a first connection tab (521) connected to a first end of the body portion (51) and a second connection tab (522) connected to a second end of the body portion (51), the first connection tab (521) and the second connection tab (522) being arranged one above the other, one of the first connection tab (521) and the second connection tab (522) being provided with a connection runner (523) and the other with a connection post (524).
11. An acetabular cup prosthesis according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the inner cup (10) comprises a cup body (13), the cup body (13) having a third open end corresponding to the mouth, the inner cup (10) further comprising a stop boss (14) provided at the third open end, a receiving recess (15) being provided between the cup body (13) and the stop boss (14), the first open end being provided within the receiving recess (15).
12. Acetabular cup prosthesis according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a plurality of cutouts (23) are provided on the adjustment cup (20) extending in the height direction of the adjustment cup (20).
