when the pudendum of a patient is inspected, the angles of the small refraction telescope 65 and the spray gun 67 are randomly adjusted through the five-axis linkage mechanical arm 63 and the spherical hinge part 64, so that the small refraction telescope 65 can observe the pudendum of the patient by adopting the refraction principle, and the pudendum of the patient is cleaned through the spray gun 67.
