s1, moving the sterile ring (7) up and down, adjusting the installation position of the sterile ring (7) relative to the guide rod (6), further adjusting the length of the whole device extending into the vagina of a patient, and then sleeving the disposable sterile pad (71) on the sterile ring (7);
s2, smearing lubricant on the surfaces of the detection head (1) and the sleeve (2);
s3, pressing a switch key (91), starting the whole device, enabling a camera (21) to shoot, displaying an image through a display screen (12), and then extending a detection head (1) and a guide rod (6) into the vagina of a patient;
s4, pressing an adjusting key (92) above the switch key (91), controlling the moving mechanism (4) to start by the controller (10), and driving the detection head (1) to move upwards by the moving mechanism (4) until the sampler (5) drives the disposable cotton swab sampling head (51) to rotate and pop up;
s5, rotating the anti-slip handle (8) to enable the disposable swab sampling head (51) to contact the inner wall of the vagina of the patient, and extracting secretions or epidermal tissues;
s6, pressing an adjusting key (92) below the switch key (91), enabling the controller (10) to control the moving mechanism (4) to reversely start, driving the detection head (1) to move downwards, enabling the detection head (1) to compress the sampler (5), enabling the sampler (5) to retract into the detection head (1), completing focus sampling, and finally drawing out the guide rod (6) and the detection head (1).
