The other two ends of the second interlock lever 22 serve as a third extension 223 and a fourth extension 224, respectively, wherein the third extension 223 is used to press a contact on the third microswitch 25 and the fourth extension 224 is connected to the cover plate 12 by the second spring 27.
In other embodiments of the present application, the door 40 may be disposed at the front end of the cavity 50 in a selectively opened or laterally opened manner, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, and in the closing process of the door 40, the first interlocking lever 21 and the second interlocking lever 22 can be driven to rotate by abutting against the first plugging end 212 and the second plugging end 222, so as to control the opening or closing of the microwave function.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first and second mating ends may also be provided on the door body 40, and accordingly, the first and second mating ends on the first and second interlock levers 21 and 22 may be eliminated. When the door body 40 is opened, the first insertion end is separated from the first interlocking lever 21, and the second insertion end is separated from the second interlocking lever 22. When the door body 40 is closed, the first plugging end passes through the first mounting hole and is abutted against the first interlocking lever 21, so that the first interlocking lever 21 is driven to rotate, and meanwhile, the second plugging end passes through the second mounting hole and is abutted against the second interlocking lever 22, so that the second interlocking lever 22 is driven to rotate, and further, the opening or closing of the microwave function is controlled.
Since the interlock assembly 20 in the present embodiment is provided on the cover plate 12 without supporting the interlock assembly 20 through the front plate 30, the supporting strength of the front plate 30 can be appropriately reduced, i.e., the thickness of the front plate 30 can be reduced, thereby further expanding the volume of the cavity 50. Meanwhile, since the interlock assembly 20 of the present embodiment is disposed at the bottom of the cavity 50, there is no need to provide mounting holes at the side of the front plate 30, thereby improving the external appearance of the front plate 30.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first micro switch 23 and the third micro switch 25 are in a normally open state, and the second micro switch 24 is in a normally closed state. When the door body 40 is opened, the door body 40 is separated from the first inserting end 212 and the second inserting end 222, the first inserting end 212 and the second inserting end 222 extend to the outside of the mounting hole, the interlocking assembly 20 is in a state as shown in fig. 6, the first extending end 213 is separated from the contact of the first micro switch 23, the second extending end 214 is separated from the contact of the second micro switch 24, the third extending end 223 is separated from the contact of the third micro switch 25, and the microwave function of the cooking device 1 cannot be started. When the door body 40 is closed, the door body 40 is simultaneously abutted against the first inserting end 212 and the second inserting end 222, and drives the first interlocking lever 21 to rotate and the second interlocking lever 22 to rotate, the interlocking assembly 20 is in a state as shown in fig. 8, at this time, the first extending end 213 is in contact with the first micro switch 23, the second extending end 214 is in contact with the contact of the second micro switch 24, the third extending end 223 is in contact with the contact of the third micro switch 25, and the microwave function of the cooking device 1 is normally started, so that food in the cavity 50 is heated.
Specifically, the diameter of the first mounting hole in this embodiment is greater than the diameter of the first plugging end 212, and the first plugging end 212 rotates while moving along the axial direction of the first mounting hole, and changes the included angle between the axial direction of the first plugging end 212 and the axial direction of the first mounting hole. The diameter size of the second mounting hole is larger than that of the second plugging end 222, the second plugging end 222 rotates while moving along the axial direction of the second mounting hole, and the included angle between the axial direction of the second plugging end 222 and the axial direction of the second mounting hole is changed.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the cover plate 12 of the present embodiment is provided with a first supporting shaft 121 and a second supporting shaft 122 at intervals, and correspondingly, the first interlocking lever 21 is provided with a first connecting hole 211, and the second interlocking lever 22 is provided with a second connecting hole 221, where the first connecting hole 211 is sleeved outside the first supporting shaft 121, so as to implement rotation of the first interlocking lever 21 on the cover plate 12, and the second connecting hole 221 is sleeved outside the second supporting shaft 122, so as to implement rotation of the second interlocking lever 22 on the cover plate 12. Further, the cover plate 12 of the present embodiment is further provided with a first fixed end 123 and a second fixed end 124, two ends of the first spring 26 are respectively connected to the first fixed end 123 and the first protruding end 213, and two ends of the second spring 27 are respectively connected to the second fixed end 124 and the third protruding end 223. When the door body 40 is closed, the door body 40 presses the first inserting end 212, the first interlocking lever 21 rotates and presses the first spring 26 to deform, so that the first interlocking lever 21 is abutted against the first micro switch 23 and the second micro switch 24, when the door body 40 is opened, the door body 40 is separated from the first inserting end 212, and the first interlocking lever 21 rotates under the action of elastic restoring force of the first spring 26, so that the first interlocking lever 21 is separated from the first micro switch 23 and the second micro switch 24. Likewise, the working state of the second spring 27 corresponds to the working state of the first spring 26, and will not be described here again.
Further, six connecting posts 125 are further disposed on the cover plate 12 of the present embodiment, two of the six connecting posts 125 are disposed opposite to each other and form a group, two connecting posts 125 in the group are commonly used for fixing the same micro switch, a fixing hole matched with the connecting post 125 is disposed on the micro switch, and the connecting post 125 is inserted into the fixing hole and fixes the micro switch.
Further, in other embodiments of the present application, the interlock assembly 20 further includes an interlock bracket, on which the interlock lever and the micro switch are commonly provided, the interlock bracket being connected to the top of the cover plate 12. Through setting up the interlocking support, can assemble interlocking lever and micro-gap switch with interlocking support in advance, then with the interlocking subassembly 20 wholly through interlocking support installation on apron 12 to further improve cooking device 1's assembly efficiency, and be convenient for dismantle interlocking subassembly 20 wholly.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking device, comprising:
a cavity;
the bottom plate assembly comprises a bottom plate body, and the bottom plate body is arranged below the cavity and is arranged at intervals with the cavity;
the interlocking component is connected with the bottom plate body and is arranged between the cavity and the bottom plate body.

The cooking device of claim 1, wherein the interlock assembly includes at least one interlock lever and at least one micro switch, the interlock lever and the micro switch being disposed on the floor body together and spaced from the cavity, the interlock lever controlling the micro switch to be turned on or off in a manner movable relative to the micro switch.

The cooking device of claim 1, wherein the interlock assembly includes at least one interlock lever and at least one micro switch, the interlock lever controlling the micro switch to be turned on or off in a movable manner with respect to the micro switch, the interlock assembly further including an interlock bracket connected to the base plate body, the interlock lever and the micro switch being provided together on the interlock bracket and spaced apart from the cavity.

A cooking device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the front plate of the cooking device is provided with at least one mounting hole, one of the door body of the cooking device and the interlocking lever is provided with a plug-in end, and the plug-in end is plugged into the mounting hole in a movable manner and abuts against the other one of the door body and the interlocking lever.
5. The cooking apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the mounting hole has a larger diameter than the insertion end, and the insertion end rotates while moving in an axial direction of the mounting hole, and an angle between the axial direction of the insertion end and the axial direction of the mounting hole is changed.
6. The cooking apparatus of claim 4, wherein the door is any one of drawer-type, flip-open type, and side-open type.
7. A cooking device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the at least one interlock lever comprises a first interlock lever for turning on or off the first and second micro switches and a second interlock lever for turning on or off the third micro switch, the at least one micro switch comprising a first micro switch, a second micro switch and a third micro switch.
8. The cooking device of claim 1, wherein the base plate body comprises a base and a cover plate, the cover plate is arranged above the base and forms a containing cavity with the base, a power panel is arranged in the containing cavity, and the interlocking assembly is electrically connected with the power panel.
9. The cooking apparatus of claim 8, wherein the soleplate body is an insulating member.
10. The cooking apparatus of claim 8, wherein at least one of a filter plate, a frequency converter, a transformer, and a microwave generation module is further disposed in the receiving cavity.
