Specifically, the display control key board 11 has a first side surface and a second side surface, and the first side surface and the second side surface are oppositely disposed at two sides of the display control key board 11. An integrated circuit is arranged on the first side face of the display control key board 11, a power key and function keys are integrated on the integrated circuit, the power key is used for controlling power on-off, the number of the function keys is multiple, the function keys are respectively used for adjusting different function modes, and the function keys are distributed according to a certain rule. The power key and the function key can be spring keys, touch keys and the like. The second side of the display control key board 11 is provided with a wiring terminal 114, and the integrated circuit is electrically connected with a power supply unit and an execution unit of the cooking appliance through the wiring terminal 114.

In one embodiment, eight sets of light beads 111 are provided, four of which are used to display temperature and four of which are used to display time.
The lamp beads 111 may be LED lamp beads 111 or patch lamps, preferably patch lamps, and the patch lamps and the display key sheet 11 may be welded together by a reflow soldering process, so that the overall thickness of the display key sheet 11 may be reduced, the display key sheet 11 may be light and miniaturized, and the production cost may be reduced.
Preferably, the display control key board is bar-shaped, and the power key, the function key and the digital display area are sequentially arranged on the display control key board along the length direction.
The display control panel 12 is a flat plate having a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface and the second side surface are oppositely disposed at two sides of the display control panel 12, and the display control panel 12 is fixedly connected to the first side surface of the display control key board 11 in such a way that the first side surface faces the display control key board 11 and specifically covers a portion of the display control key board 11 where the lamp beads 111 are disposed, specifically covers a digital display area and a function key portion of the display control key board. The display control cover plate 12 is provided with a plurality of through grooves 121 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the lamp beads 111, the through grooves 121 are suitable for accommodating the lamp beads 111 when the display control cover plate 12 is correspondingly installed with the display control key plate 11 so that the lamp beads 111 can transmit light outwards through the through grooves 121, and meanwhile, the side walls of the through grooves 121 can be used for shielding mutual interference of adjacent lamp beads 111.
The display control cover plate 12 is also provided with a through groove 121 for avoiding the key position. And in order to prevent the display-control cover plate 12 from interfering with the integrated circuit in the first side of the display-control key sheet 11, a protrusion 124 protruding from the first side is formed in the display-control cover plate 12 by extending the inner wall of the groove 121 toward the first side. When the display control cover plate 12 is connected with the display control key board 11, the protruding portion 124 of the display control cover plate 12 abuts against the first side surface of the display control key board 11, so that a gap with a certain height is formed between the display control cover plate 12 and the display control key board 11 to accommodate electronic components of the integrated circuit.
Preferably, in order to avoid the effect of the protruding portion 124 on the connection balance of the display control panel 12, both sides of the display control panel 12 in the width direction extend toward the first side to form a flange 122, and the height of the flange 122 protruding from the first side is the same as the protruding height of the protruding portion 124, so that when the display control panel 12 is connected to the display control keypad 11, the flange 122 and the protruding portion 124 simultaneously abut against the first side of the display control keypad 11.
In this embodiment, the display control key board 11 is integrated with a plurality of light beads 111, and the display control cover board 12 with the through groove 121 is arranged to block the influence between the adjacent light beads 111, so that the indication and digital display functions of the display control assembly 10 are realized. And the digital display through the lamp beads 111 still keeps the large screen display function of the display control assembly 10, so that the user's favor is not affected.
In one embodiment, the display control keypad 11 is provided with a first positioning member 113, the display control cover plate 12 is provided with a second positioning member 125, and the first positioning member 113 and the second positioning member 125 are in fit and clamping connection. The display control key board 11 and the display control cover board 12 are connected in a clamping way through the first positioning piece 113 and the second positioning piece 125 which are in an adaptive clamping way, so that the connection convenience of the display control key board 11 and the display control cover board 12 is improved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the display control keypad 11 and the display control panel 12 may be connected by other means, such as welding, or by means of threaded fasteners.
In one embodiment, one of the first positioning member 113 and the second positioning member 125 is a positioning hole, and the other of the first positioning member 113 and the second positioning member 125 is a positioning post; the positioning column is of an umbrella-shaped structure with a slot in the middle, and is in fit and clamping connection with the positioning hole.
Specifically, the reference column includes cone and column spare, and wherein the diameter of column spare is less than or equal to the diameter of locating hole, and the diameter of locating hole is less than or equal to the bottom surface diameter of cone, and the column spare is connected in the bottom surface center of cone so that the reference column is umbrella-shaped structure. Along the axial direction of the positioning column, the positioning column is provided with a groove, and the positioning column is divided into two parts which are bilaterally symmetrical by the groove.
When the positioning column is in fit and clamping connection with the positioning hole, the inner wall of the positioning hole is contacted with the conical part first, and under the action of pressing force, the inner wall of the positioning hole applies extrusion force to the conical surface of the conical part, and the extrusion force drives the two parts of the positioning column to elastically deform and draw close to each other, so that the positioning hole passes through the conical part and is sleeved on the column; after the locating hole passes the cone, the cone is restored because of the extrusion effort disappearance, because the bottom surface diameter of cone is greater than the locating hole diameter, then the locating hole can't pass the cone again, consequently both realize the adaptation joint.

The heat insulating plate 13 is attached to the second side surface of the display key board 11, and the avoidance hole is sleeved on the outer side of the connection terminal 114.
In this embodiment, the heat insulation board 13 is provided to provide heat insulation protection for the display control key board 11, so as to avoid damaging components on the display control key board 11 at high temperature.
In one embodiment, the heat insulation plate 13, the display control cover plate 12 and the display control key plate 11 are connected by threaded fasteners.
Specifically, a plurality of first screw hole columns 126 are arranged on the first side surface of the display control cover plate 12, first mounting holes corresponding to the screw hole columns are arranged on the display control key plate 11 and the heat insulating plate 13, and a threaded fastener sequentially penetrates through the heat insulating plate 13 and the first mounting holes on the display control key plate 11 and is in threaded connection with the first screw hole columns 126 on the display control cover plate 12.
Further, the number of the first screw holes 126 is two, and the first screw holes are distributed at intervals in the middle of the first side surface of the display control housing plate 12 along the length direction of the display control housing plate 12.
In this embodiment, the heat insulation board 13, the display control cover plate 12 and the display control key board 11 are modularly designed by using threaded fasteners, so that the heat insulation board can be commonly used for other platform products.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a cooking appliance, which includes a door and window assembly 20 and the display control assembly 10 as described above, wherein the display control assembly 10 is mounted on the door and window assembly 20.
Specifically, the door and window assembly 20 and the display control assembly 10 are part structures of cooking appliances, taking a microwave oven and a microwave steaming and baking integrated machine as examples, the door and window assembly 20 and the display control assembly 10 can form a furnace door, and taking an electric cooker as examples, the door and window assembly 20 and the display control assembly 10 can form a flip cover of the electric cooker. The present embodiment will further explain the above structure by taking a microwave oven as an example.
The microwave oven comprises an oven body and the microwave oven door, wherein the oven body is provided with a microwave cavity, and the microwave oven door is movably arranged on the oven body and can cover the microwave cavity. The door of the microwave oven comprises a door and window assembly 20 and a display control assembly 10.
In one embodiment, the door and window assembly 20 includes a door and window 21 and a door facing 22. Wherein, the door window 21 is provided with a door window 21 viewing window with front and rear sides open, and a door surface 22 is arranged at the front side of the door window 21 to seal the front side of the door window 21 viewing window; the display control assembly 10 is installed at the rear side of the door window 21, and the light of the lamp beads 111 of the display control assembly 10 can be transmitted through the door window 21 and irradiated onto the door surface 22.
Specifically, window 21 includes four side frames connected end to form a rectangular shape, with the middle of the side frames forming an open window 21. The door surface 22 is provided at the front side of the door window 21 and is connected to the front surface of the door window 21, and the door surface 22 is a transparent material plate (e.g., glass) for facilitating the observation of food in the body of the microwave oven. The display control assembly 10 is mounted on the rear side of the door window 21, and the light of the lamp beads 111 can be irradiated onto the door surface 22 through the door window 21 to realize the display function.
In one embodiment, the rear side of the door and window 21 is provided with an open slot 211, and the display control assembly 10 is installed in the open slot 211.
Specifically, the open groove 211 is rectangular, and the opening is substantially identical to the shape of the display control key sheet 11 and slightly smaller in size than the display control key sheet 11. When the display control key board is installed, the peripheral edge of the display control key board 11 is connected with the peripheral edge of the open groove 211 in an adaptive manner so as to install the display control assembly 10 on the door window 21, the display control cover board 12 is positioned in the open groove 211 after connection, and the second side surface of the display control cover board 12 is flush with the front surface of the door window 21 so as to be abutted against the door surface 22.
Preferably, the shape of the middle opening of the open slot 211 is substantially identical to the shape of the display-control housing plate 12 and slightly larger than the display-control housing plate 12; meanwhile, the door and window 21 is also provided with a power hole 213 corresponding to the power button.
In order to facilitate connection with the display control assembly 10, a plurality of second screw hole columns 212 are arranged on the periphery of the opening groove 211 at the rear side of the door window 21, a plurality of second mounting holes corresponding to the second screw hole columns 212 are arranged on the display control key board 11 and the heat insulation board 13 of the display control assembly 10, and the display control assembly 10 is connected with the second screw hole columns 212 of the door window 21 through threaded fasteners correspondingly penetrating into the second mounting holes. Further, the number of the second screw holes 212 is three, and the second screw holes are arranged on the periphery of the open slot 211 in a triangular shape; the second mounting hole corresponds to the second screw hole column 212 in position, and the display control cover plate 12 avoids the second mounting hole.
In an alternative embodiment, the door facing 22 is integrally formed with the keymat.
Specifically, the molding process can be facilitated by providing the key cover plate and the door surface 22 as an integrally molded structure.
In one embodiment, the door facing 22 is provided with a logo 221 corresponding to the keypad. Specifically, in this embodiment, the function keys and the power key of the display control assembly are touch keys, and the marks 221 are set on the door surface 22 to prompt the key positions and the corresponding functions. Preferably, the mark 221 is a silk screen mark.
Of course, in other embodiments, the door surface may also be provided with a key hole corresponding to the function key, so that the function key is a physical key.
In one embodiment, the door and window assembly 20 further includes an operation knob 23, the operation knob 23 is disposed on the front side of the door surface 22, and the connection end of the operation knob 23 passes through the door surface 22 and the door and window 21 to be connected with the display control board.
Specifically, the display control key board 11 is provided with a rotary digital programming controller 112, and the connection end of the operation knob 23 passes through knob holes 213 arranged on the door surface 22 and the door window 21 and then is connected with the rotary digital programming controller 112.
The digital programming controller 112 is respectively connected with a temperature adjusting key and a time adjusting key, specifically, the adjusting type of the digital programming controller 112 is controlled by the temperature adjusting key and the time adjusting key, and specific temperature or time adjustment is performed by the operation knob 23.
In one embodiment, the door and window assembly 20 further includes a handle 24, the handle 24 being attached to the front side of the door and window assembly 20. Specifically, the handle 24 is U-shaped, and a blind hole is formed in the end portion of the handle; corresponding through holes are formed in the door window 21 and the door face 22 of the door window assembly 20, and the threaded fasteners penetrate through the through holes from the rear side of the door window assembly 20 and are screwed into the blind holes.
In a specific embodiment, the display control key board 11 is further provided with a power key, and the door and window 21 is provided with a power hole corresponding to the power key.
In one embodiment, the cooking apparatus further includes a door body assembly 30 disposed at a rear side of the door and window assembly 20, and in particular, the door body assembly 30 includes a door body 31 and a door seal 32, the front side of the door body 31 is connected to the door and window 21, and the door seal 32 is disposed at a rear side of the door body 31 and is connected to the door body 31.
Specifically, the cooking appliance is mainly composed of a door and window assembly 20 and a door body assembly 30. The door and window assembly 20 is disposed at a front side of the door body assembly 30 and is connected to the door body assembly 30, and when the microwave oven is assembled, the door body assembly 30 is located between the door and window assembly 20 and a body of the microwave oven and can rotate between an open position and a closed position along with the door and window assembly 20.
The door body 31 comprises a frame body and a transparent door sticker positioned in the middle of the frame body, and the frame body and the door sticker can be integrally formed or independently arranged. The frame of the door body 31 is connected to the rear side of the door window 21, and closes the rear side of the window opening of the door window 21 by a door sticker.
The door body 31 may be rotatably coupled to the oven body to enable the opening and closing of the door of the microwave oven.
Of course, the cooking appliance in this embodiment may also be a steaming and baking oven, a microwave steaming and baking integrated machine, and the like.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
Claims (13)
1. A display control assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
a display control key board, wherein a plurality of lamp beads are arranged on the first side surface of the display control key board;
the display control cover plate is connected to the first side face of the display control key board, and a plurality of through grooves for inserting and transmitting the top ends of the lamp beads are formed in the display control cover plate.
2. The display and control assembly for a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the display and control keypad is provided with a first positioning member, the display and control cover plate is provided with a second positioning member, and the first positioning member and the second positioning member are adapted to be clamped.
3. The display and control assembly for a cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein one of the first and second positioning members is a positioning hole and the other of the first and second positioning members is a positioning post; the positioning column is umbrella-shaped with a slot in the middle, and is in fit and clamping connection with the positioning hole.
4. A display and control assembly for a cooking appliance as set forth in any one of claims 1-3 further comprising a heat shield attached to a second side of the display and control key pad facing away from the first side.
5. The display control assembly for a cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the heat shield, the display control cover plate and the display control keypad are connected by threaded fasteners.
6. A cooking appliance comprising a door and window assembly and a display control assembly for a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5; the display control assembly is arranged on the door and window assembly.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the door and window assembly comprises:
the door and window is provided with a door and window viewing window with front and rear sides open;
the door surface is arranged on the front side of the door and window so as to close the front side of the window and door window;
the display control assembly is arranged at the rear side of the door window, and light rays of the lamp beads can penetrate through the door window to irradiate the door face.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein an open slot is formed in a rear side of the door window, and the display and control assembly is installed in the open slot.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the door facing is of unitary construction with the display and control housing plate.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the door facing is provided with an identification corresponding to the display-control keypad.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 7, further comprising an operation knob provided on a front side of the door facing, and a connection end of the operation knob penetrates the door facing, the door window, and the display control keypad.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 7, further comprising a door body assembly disposed at a rear side of the door window assembly to clamp the display control assembly therein, the door body assembly comprising:
a door body;
the door seal is arranged at the rear side of the door body and is connected with the door body.
13. Cooking appliance according to claims 6-12, characterized in that the cooking appliance is a microwave oven.
