Abstract
The invention discloses a cosmetic packaging bottle and a processing method thereof. The cosmetic packaging bottle is formed by combining an inner bottle and an outer bottle which are made of the same material, heating the bottle blank, placing the bottle blank into a blow molding die, blowing the bottle blank into the blow molding die by using a blowing rod, blowing the heated and softened inner bottle of the bottle blank, lifting and stretching the outer bottle by stretching the inner bottle until the outer bottle blown to the bottle blank is tightly attached to the inner wall of the blow molding die and then forming, separating the inner bottle from the outer bottle by a ventilation channel between the inner bottle and the outer bottle, and thus, the manufacturing of the composite cosmetic packaging bottle made of the same material is completed, and the cosmetic packaging bottle material can be recycled without disassembly after the cosmetic in the bottle is used up, so that the waste of the cosmetic packaging bottle material is avoided.
