Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于商用车的盘式制动器的制动施加装置。
背景技术
在制动的情况下,借助这种作为盘式制动器的组成部分的制动施加装置能够将制动衬片压靠到车辆侧的制动盘上。
在此,对制动施加装置的操纵气动地或机电地在可偏转的制动杆的协作下进行,该制动杆在一侧支承在制动钳的内壁上并且在另一侧支承在可移动的桥架上,为此设置有以在制动杆与桥架之间轴向地和径向地固定的辊子形式的辊子支承装置。
为了支承辊子,在制动杆中构造有轴瓦,该轴瓦用合适的塑料涂覆,从而得到所谓的DU支承装置。
为了支承辊子,在桥架上又安装有相应修改的模制件,该模制件此外用于径向地和轴向地固定辊子并且通过成型的凸肩、例如接片或类似物用作用于滚动轴承的保持架的保持架回引件,制动杆利用该保持架回引件平稳地支承在制动钳的内壁上。这样的制动施加装置由DE10307734B3已知。
然而在行驶运行中已经表明,对辊子的防止轴向移动的固定迄今是不够的,从而可能导致接片断裂。由于可能的结果是从外部不能识别出的制动器的失灵,这当然是不可接受的安全风险。
此外,辊子的可自由旋转的支承装置经常导致进入制动杆的DU轴承的颗粒的磨损,这尤其是不利地影响DU轴承的使用寿命。
为了在这里提供补救,在DE102014108500A1中提出将辊子抗扭转且抗移动地保持在桥架上。为此,在桥架和辊子上设置有相互对应的成型区域,例如作为辊子上的压平部,它们贴靠在桥架的支承面上。
这种结构在功能上已被证明。然而,在组装盘式制动器、尤其是制动施加装置时可能产生问题,因为辊子作为单个部件在组装之前作为松动部件存在,这使得装配变得困难,因为在最终位置之前的固定只能利用相应的制造耗费,也就是说利用装配辅助装置实现。
此外,无论是辊子还是桥架的设计方案都相对昂贵,因为辊子的压平部和桥架的支承面构造成平面的,这只能通过相对昂贵的切削加工来实现。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,这样进一步改进这种类型的制动施加装置,使得其使用寿命用结构上简单的手段得到改善并且其组装变得更简单。
该任务通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的制动施加装置来解决。
该制动施加装置的根据本发明的设计方案其形式为所述至少一个辊子大体上与桥架通过固定元件连接,不仅确保了在制动施加装置的安装位置中辊子相对于桥架在轴向、径向和扭转方向上的固定,而且确保了在安装到制动钳中之前的固定。也就是说,桥架和辊子能够作为一个结构单元预装配并且使用,而不需要特别的装配措施来安装辊子的由现有技术已知的、相对于桥架松动的装置。
所述盘式制动器(其主要的功能部件分别是制动施加装置)作为批量产品大批量地制造,所以这种通过根据本发明的设计方案可行的显著的装配简化主要在成本最小化方面特别重要。
此外,本发明的优点在于,可以放弃使用迄今已知的固定在桥架上的模制件,这同样有助于成本优化。
在该意义中,还可以注意到现在可以放弃使用用于制造辊子的硬化钢,其迄今为止由在构造成轴瓦的模制件与辊子之间的摩擦副钢/钢得出。
所述至少一个固定元件形锁合地或摩擦锁合地保持在桥架和辊子上,其中,根据本发明的另一个构思,特别有利地示出夹紧套筒的应用,该夹紧套筒不仅插入桥架的孔中而且插入辊子的孔中并且摩擦锁合地保持在其中。
这种夹紧套筒作为标准件在贸易中可获得并且因此特别成本有利。为了公差补偿,其中一个孔、即桥架的孔或辊子的孔可以以很小的尺寸构造成长形孔。
但原则上,所述孔的引入同样非常简单并且与一方面现有技术中描述的的辊子的展平部和另一方面桥架的展平部相比可以明显更低成本地制造。
代替夹紧套筒,也可以将固定销插入到相应准备的孔中,其中,这些固定销同样摩擦锁合地保持在桥架或辊子中。
作为所述固定元件的另一个实施变型方案,可以在桥架上设置孔眼,作为辊子支承装置两个同轴地定向的、彼此间隔开距离布置的辊子以其彼此背离的端部压入到所述孔眼中。在此,所述辊子彼此间的距离、即形成的间隙这样确定尺寸,使得辊子可毫无问题地插入。
所述孔眼也适宜地成型到由铸铁构成的桥架上。通过这种实施变型方案,也确保了辊子的可靠的保持、即抗扭转和抗移动。
此外,所述固定元件可以由板材件组成,该板材件既被压入桥架的支承部位的槽中也被压入辊子的槽中,其中,该板材件在制动杆的枢转方向上延伸。

具体实施方式
在图1中以剖面示出根据现有技术的用于商用车的盘式制动器。该盘式制动器具有制动盘3,该制动盘固定在商用车的未示出的车桥上并且由制动钳1包围,该制动钳可以朝向制动盘3移动。
在制动钳1中布置有制动施加装置2,利用该制动施加装置在通过优选气动地操纵的制动缸触发制动时可以将制动衬片4挤压到制动盘3上。
制动施加装置2在此作用在未示出的、平行地且彼此间隔开距离地布置在桥架8中的、构造成调节主轴的制动柱塞上。
制动施加装置2的制动杆5与制动缸6处于作用连接,该制动杆在操纵时能够围绕平行于制动盘3的平面延伸的辊子9朝向制动盘3枢转。
在与辊子9相对置的一侧上,制动杆5贴靠在分别保持在保持架中的辊子11上,所述辊子在一侧支承在在所述区域中构造成偏心轮7的制动杆5上并且在另一侧支承在制动钳1的内壁上。
作为辊子支承装置的组成部分的辊子9用作用于制动杆5的旋转轴承并且位于偏心轮7的轴瓦10中。在此,轴瓦10在横截面中同样与辊子9的横截面轮廓相匹配,如凹形的沟槽12那样,在该沟槽中在另一侧放入辊子9。
图2至8示出制动施加装置2的实施变型方案,该制动施加装置根据本发明具有至少一个与桥架8和辊子9连接的固定元件。
在图2至图4中将桥架8描绘成制动施加装置2的细节。在该示例中,所述固定元件由夹紧套筒13构成,该夹紧套筒在沟槽12的区域中不仅插入桥架8的孔14中而且插入辊子9的孔14中并且摩擦锁合地保持在其中。
在图5和图6中示出的变型方案中,两个同轴地定向的辊子9与桥架8通过所述固定元件连接,其中,所述两个辊子9在构成间隙的情况下彼此间隔开地布置。在该示例中,所述固定元件同样构造成夹紧套筒13。

Claims (9)
1.用于商用车的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,该制动施加装置具有可偏转的制动杆(5),该制动杆在一侧支承在制动钳(1)的内壁上并且在另一侧间接支承在可移动地布置在所述制动钳(1)中的承载至少一个制动柱塞的桥架(8),为此在所述制动杆(5)与所述桥架(8)之间设置有抗扭转且抗移动地贴靠在所述桥架(8)上的辊子装置,其特征在于,所述桥架(8)和辊子支承装置的至少一个辊子(9)通过至少一个固定元件连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述固定元件形锁合地和/或摩擦锁合地保持在所述桥架(8)和所述辊子(9)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述固定元件由夹紧套筒(13)或固定销构成,该夹紧套筒或该固定销被压入到所述桥架(8)和所述辊子(9)的孔(14)中。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述固定元件由板材件(16)构成,该板材件被压入到所述桥架(8)和所述辊子(9)的相应的槽(17)中。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,设置有同轴地定向的两个辊子(9),所述辊子彼此间隔开距离地布置。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述两个辊子(9)中的每个辊子被压入到所述桥架(8)的孔眼(15)中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述孔眼(15)成型到所述桥架(8)上。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述孔眼(15)定位在所述两个辊子(9)的相对置的端部处。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器的制动施加装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个辊子(9)和所述桥架(8)作为结构单元预装配。
