The device binding method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 3 to 10.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a device binding method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the device binding method shown in the figure includes:
s301, terminal equipment acquires equipment information of the terminal equipment.
Specifically, when the terminal device 110 receives an instruction to acquire device information, the terminal device 110 may acquire the device information of the terminal device 110. The device information may be stored in advance in a memory inside the terminal device 110.
Illustratively, the terminal device 110 may include a key (touch key or physical key) based on which the terminal device 110 may receive the above-described instruction to obtain device information entered by the user.
For example, a target client may be installed in the terminal device 110, and the terminal device 110 may receive an instruction to acquire device information of the terminal device when the terminal device 110 is powered on and the target client is turned on.
Without limitation, there may be other ways to receive the instructions of the device information in the specific implementation, and embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard.
Specifically, the above device information may include: internet protocol (Internet Protocol, IP) address, and multiple access channel (Multiple Access Channel, MAC) address. Optionally, the above device information may further include: date of manufacture, equipment manufacturer, equipment model, equipment type, equipment operating environment, etc. Specifically, a device administrator of the enterprise may formulate a function adapted to the device type according to the device type. Among the above device types include, but are not limited to: interactive tablet, painted screen, and digital signage. Different device types have different screen sizes, screen resolutions, and horizontal or vertical display modes. Applications with exactly the same functionality need to be adapted in different device types depending on screen size, screen resolution, and display mode in landscape or portrait, for example but not limited to: assuming that the resolution of the palette is 1080 progressive scan (Progressive scanning, P), the resolution of the interactive pad is 720P. When an application program in a screen is transplanted to an interactive tablet, the image quality of the application program needs to be reduced in adaptability so as to adapt to the interactive tablet with the resolution of 720P.
S302, the terminal equipment acquires a two-dimensional code based on the equipment information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal device 110 acquires the two-dimensional code based on the device information.
Alternatively, the terminal device 110 may send the device information to a server, and the server may generate a two-dimensional code according to the device information, and then send the two-dimensional code to the terminal device.
Further, the server may screen the received device information, and generate the two-dimensional code according to the screened device information. That is, the device information includes information contained in the two-dimensional code, and the two-dimensional code contains less information than the device information. The server screens the equipment information in advance, so that information irrelevant to binding operation in the equipment information can be removed, the effect of simplifying the two-dimension code can be realized, and the recognition rate of the two-dimension code is improved.
Specifically, the server generates the two-dimensional code by searching information about an IP address, a MAC address, and a device type in the device information. Wherein the IP address is unique for different terminal devices and can be used to confirm the identity of the terminal device. The MAC address is also called a hardware address or a physical address, and in the physical transmission process of the network bottom layer, the host is identified by the physical address, and MACs of different terminal devices are globally unique and are used for determining the location of the terminal devices.
Alternatively, the terminal device may generate a two-dimensional code itself according to the device information. The terminal equipment generates the two-dimensional code, so that the two-dimensional code can be displayed more quickly and conveniently, and the waiting time of a user is reduced.
Optionally, fig. 4 illustrates a timing chart of generating a two-dimensional code by the terminal device provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the terminal device may specifically generate the two-dimensional code by the following steps:
1. the administrator turns on the terminal device and turns on the client in the terminal device.
2. The terminal equipment reads the local configuration and acquires the initialization state of the terminal equipment. The initialization state includes both initialized and uninitialized states. The initialized state refers to that the terminal equipment encrypts equipment information of the terminal equipment through a server to generate a terminal ID, and the terminal ID is stored in a local configuration; the uninitialized state means that the terminal device does not encrypt the device information of the terminal device by the server to generate the terminal ID, and does not save the terminal ID into the local configuration.
Specifically, under the condition that the terminal equipment does not complete initialization, executing the steps 3-5; in case the terminal device has completed the initialization, step 6 is performed.
3. The terminal device requests initialization from the server.
4. The server encrypts the local configuration information of the terminal equipment to obtain the terminal ID of the terminal equipment, and sends the terminal ID to the terminal equipment.
5. And after receiving the terminal ID, the terminal equipment stores the terminal ID to a local configuration.
6. The terminal device displays the terminal ID by using a two-dimensional code.

Further, after the scanning device receives the enterprise information input by the user, it will determine whether the enterprise information is valid, and if the enterprise information is invalid, the scanning device will prompt the user to re-input the enterprise information.
Specifically, the scanning device can detect whether the input format and the information length of the enterprise information meet preset enterprise information coding rules. When the input format and the information length of the enterprise information meet the preset enterprise information coding rule, the scanning equipment determines the enterprise information as effective enterprise information; and when any one of the input format and the information length of the enterprise information does not meet the preset enterprise information coding rule, the scanning equipment determines the enterprise information as invalid enterprise information.
In S508, the scanning device sends the device information to a server, and sends the information of the target enterprise to the server.
Alternatively, if the user accepts authorization based on an "accept" control in the interface 610 of the scanning device, and the account number logged in the target APP of the scanning device is associated with the enterprise, the scanning device may send the device information to the server along with the information of the target enterprise. The information of the target enterprise is carried in the information of the account number logged in by the target APP.
Optionally, if the user accepts authorization based on the "accept" control in the interface 610 of the scanning device and the account number logged in the target APP of the scanning device is not associated with any enterprise, the scanning device may send the device information to the server first, then receive the information of the target enterprise input by the user based on the interface 620, and then send the information of the target enterprise to the server.
Optionally, if the user refuses the authorization based on the "refusal" control in the interface 610 of the scanning device, the scanning device may receive the information of the target enterprise input by the user based on the interface 620 and then send the information of the target enterprise and the device information to the server at the same time.
In S509, the server binds the terminal device to the target enterprise based on the device information and the information of the target enterprise.
Specifically, the server may determine the target enterprise based on the information of the target enterprise, determine the terminal device based on the device information, and bind the target enterprise with the terminal device. The target enterprise and the terminal equipment can be associated, so that the terminal equipment provides services for the target enterprise.
It is appreciated that a target enterprise may be associated with a plurality of terminal devices. I.e. a plurality of terminal devices can each provide services for the target enterprise. After the terminal equipment is successfully bound with the target enterprise, the terminal equipment can be unbound with the target enterprise according to requirements. Specifically, the operator may perform operation unbinding based on the target APP in the scanning device, or the manager may perform operation unbinding based on the server, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, after the terminal device binds with the target enterprise, the server may send a message that the binding is successful to the terminal device. And the terminal equipment responds to the message of successful binding sent by the server, and cancels the display of the two-dimension code.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, as shown in 710, the terminal device displays the two-dimensional code; as shown in 720, after the terminal device receives the message that the terminal device and the target enterprise are successfully bound, the two-dimensional code is cancelled to be displayed in response to the message that the binding is successful.
According to the technical scheme shown in FIG. 7, after receiving a message that the binding between the terminal device and the target enterprise is successful, the terminal device cancels the display of the two-dimensional code, and when the message that the binding is successful is not received, the terminal device does not cancel the display of the two-dimensional code, so that the binding result is more intuitively presented on the terminal device.
Optionally, after the terminal device is successfully bound to the target enterprise, the terminal device may provide services to the target enterprise for a limited period of time, such as, but not limited to, 1 month. If the target enterprise needs the terminal equipment to provide longer service for the target enterprise, the terminal equipment needs to be activated. The terminal device may in particular be activated by the scanning device.
An interface for activating a terminal device is shown schematically at 630 in fig. 6. As shown at 630 in fig. 6, an activation link may be displayed in the interface of the scanning device. The user may click on the activation connection and send an activation request to the server, thereby causing the server to activate the terminal device for the target enterprise. The terminal device is not limited to being activated by activating a link, which is shown in the interface 630, and in a specific implementation, a control may also be displayed in the interface 630, where an activation instruction input by a user is received through the control.
Optionally, to ensure the security of the enterprise, the external user is prevented from activating the terminal device at the enterprise, and only when the account logged in on the scanning device is authorized and the account is associated with the target enterprise, the instruction for activating the terminal device may be sent to the server through the scanning device. The external user refers to a user who does not have an account number associated with an enterprise, that is, when the account number logged in on the scanning terminal is not associated with the target enterprise, the user cannot send an instruction for activating the terminal device to the server through the scanning device, so that the terminal device cannot be activated.
Specifically, in an exemplary embodiment, assuming that the period of time for which the terminal device provides the service to the target enterprise is 30 days before the terminal device is activated, when the user activates the terminal device through the server, the period of time for which the terminal device provides the service to the target enterprise may be prolonged, for example, but not limited to, 1 year, 2 years, etc., and in addition, the target enterprise may purchase the period of time for which the terminal device provides the service to the target enterprise through the server, so as to further prolong the period of time for which the terminal device provides the service to the target enterprise.
Next, the timing diagrams of activating the terminal device under the two situations of the user logging in the account number and not logging in the account number on the scanning device will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 9.
