In one embodiment, the second user instruction includes an instruction to select a hidden option in the set pop-up menu; according to the received second user instruction for the fourth selected content, carrying out hiding processing on the fourth selected content to obtain hidden content, including: displaying a setting pop-up menu according to the fourth selected content; and under the condition that an instruction for selecting the hidden option in the setting pop-up menu is received, carrying out hiding processing on the fourth selected content to obtain hidden content.
In this embodiment, the hidden options in the pop-up menu may include a switch key. As shown in fig. 4, the pop-up menu includes a hidden option 401, a switch key 402 for the hidden option, and summary introduction information 403 for the hidden function. The hidden option 401 may use the word "hide the selected content" or other text content, indicating that the selected content is hidden. The on-off key 402 of the hidden option may include a button indicating that the hidden option 401 is on or off, and clicking the button changes the on-off state of the on-off key 402 of the hidden option. The summary introduction information 403 for the hidden function may include text that illustrates the degree of visibility after hiding, such as may include the text "post-release visible only to the executive and personnel (HRG, human Resource Generalist).
In this embodiment, performing the hiding process on the fourth selected content to obtain the hidden content may include generating the hidden content according to at least one of a length, an area, a proportion, a number, and a content number of the fourth selected content in the shared information. The hidden content is used for replacing the fourth selected content for display when the shared information is viewed by the corresponding sharee, so that the corresponding sharee without the fourth selected content viewing authority cannot view the fourth selected content.
In this embodiment, the hidden option in the menu (i.e. the activation state of the hidden option is changed by the on-off key) can be allowed to be selected by the user after the fourth selected content is selected through the pop-up menu, so that the user can activate the hidden function conveniently.
In one embodiment, the hidden content is used to hide the fourth selected content and represent the location of presence of the fourth selected content.
In this embodiment, the position of the hidden content may be consistent with the fourth selected content, so that when the shared party views the shared information, the hidden content and the specific position of the hidden content in the shared information can be known, and continuity of viewing of the shared information by the shared party is ensured.
In one embodiment, the hiding process includes at least one of: replacing the text with the set character; replacing the image with a set image, or blurring the image, or generating an occlusion layer on the image; deleting the hyperlink information; closing the preview function; closing the playing function; and closing the target attribute display function.
In an embodiment of the present application, generating an occlusion layer on an image may include generating a full overlay layer of the image, as shown in fig. 5A, where the full overlay layer 501 overlays the image 502. A partial overlay layer of the generated image may also be included, as in fig. 5B, where a partial overlay layer 503 overlays a portion of the image 502, such as masking a face 504, license plate 505, etc. in the image 502.
In the embodiment of the application, aiming at a plurality of different fourth selected contents, any one mode or the combination of more than two modes can be adopted to carry out hiding processing, so as to realize a more comprehensive hiding function.
In one embodiment, the shared information processing method further includes: identifying the shared information according to automatic starting information preset for the hidden content identification function; and generating a first user instruction under the condition that the existence of the preset type of sensitive information in the shared information is identified.
The preset type of sensitive information may include at least one of name information, certificate number information, personal address information, a larger amount of digital information, internal technical data, and preset sensitive words.
In this embodiment, the fourth selected content may be identified by the automatic identification function, so that the user does not need to manually select, and missing and hiding processing of the shared information may be avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the shared information processing method can be executed at a client or a server. Before the client generates and distributes the shared information, the user can process the shared information to be distributed through the shared information processing method. The user can also send the shared information to the server, and the first user instruction is sent to the server to determine the fourth selected content, and then the second user instruction is sent to the server according to the prompt about hiding processing returned by the server to determine to hide the fourth selected content, and the server is instructed to generate the processed shared information.
The embodiment of the application also provides an information sharing method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring target sharing information; the target shared information is the processed shared information provided by any one embodiment of the application; the target sharing information is published such that at least one shared party is able to view the target sharing information.
In one embodiment of the present application, before the shared information is released, part of the content in the shared information is first subjected to hiding processing, so that the shared party cannot view the fourth selected content in the released shared information.
In another embodiment of the present application, the published target sharing information includes hidden contents corresponding to the fourth selected content, and may further include hidden conditions corresponding to each fourth selected content. And if the shared party meets the hiding condition, displaying the hiding content instead of the fourth selected content.
In this embodiment, the target sharing information to be shared can be processed to generate the hidden content corresponding to the fourth selected content, so that the content to be kept secret in the target sharing information is not revealed during sharing.
In another embodiment of the present application, the shared party includes an information receiver having the same authority as the sharing party of the target shared information for the target shared information, and/or an information receiver having the same packet identification as the sharing party of the target shared information, and/or an information receiver having a higher authority than the sharing party of the target shared information for the target shared information.
In the embodiment of the application, the target shared information to be issued can be processed, and the fourth selected content in the target shared information is hidden and protected, so that the sharing can be realized, and the information to be kept secret can be prevented from being revealed.
In one embodiment of the present application, publishing target sharing information includes: the target sharing information is sent to a sharing address, and the sharing address comprises at least one of a sharing website, a sharing access path, a sharing network platform, a sharing information access system, a preset mailbox address and a preset social account group; and/or sending the target sharing information to the receiving account of the shared party.
The shared web site may be a shared address of network information, such as an official website of an enterprise, or an enterprise information sharing application, etc. The shared access path may be an access path of a shared memory space. The shared network platform may be an open-source information providing platform. The shared information access system may be an information system used within a group such as an enterprise, a group, or the like, such as an office automation (Office Automation, OA) system, a special transaction system, or the like. The preset mailbox address may include a preset group mailbox receiving address, such as: all@xxx.yy. The preset social account group may include group chat, information bulletin module of chat group, etc. built by the user connected by unified chat software. The receiving account number of the shared party may include at least one of a personal chat account number, a social account number, an office communication account number, a mailbox, and the like of the shared party.
In this embodiment, when sharing the target sharing information in multiple different manners, the fourth selected content that needs to be hidden in the target sharing information can be hidden, so as to ensure that the fourth selected content is not revealed.
The embodiment of the application also provides a shared information viewing method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a query instruction of a shared party for shared information; processing the shared information according to the authority information of the shared party by adopting the shared information processing method provided by any one embodiment of the application; and displaying the processed sharing information to the shared party.
In this embodiment, the shared party may be used as an active viewer of the shared information to send a query instruction or a query request. When a query request is received, according to the permission information of the shared party and the requirement of the display of the shared information on the permission of the shared party, unprocessed shared information is acquired, whether the fourth selected content in the unprocessed shared information needs to be subjected to hiding processing is judged, and the processed and displayed information is processed if needed, so that only one copy of unprocessed shared information can be stored, and meanwhile, the differentiated display of the shared parties with different permissions is realized.
In one embodiment, the rights information of the shared party may be determined according to the access level, job level, etc. of the shared party. According to the authority information of the shared party, the shared information is processed by adopting the shared information processing method provided by any one embodiment of the application, which comprises the following steps: determining a fourth selected content in the shared information hidden for the shared party according to the rights information of the shared party and the rights information of the sharing party of the shared information; the shared information is processed by adopting the shared information processing method provided by any one embodiment of the application.
In one embodiment of the present application, determining the fourth selected content in the shared information to be hidden from the shared party according to the rights information of the shared party and the rights information of the sharing party of the shared information may include: in the case where the rights information of the shared party indicates that the shared party and the sharing party do not belong to the same information sharing group, or the rights of the shared party are lower than the rights of the sharing party, it is determined to hide the fourth selected content in the sharing information from the shared party.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the case where the rights information of the shared party indicates that the shared party and the sharing party belong to the same information sharing group, and the rights of the shared party are not lower than the rights of the sharing party, it is determined that the fourth selected content in the sharing information is not hidden from the shared party, so that the fourth selected content is directly displayed in the sharable information.
For example, assuming that the data "1111.11" in the shared information is the fourth selected content, generating the hidden content as "XXXXX" according to the fourth selected content, if the rights information of the shared party indicates that the shared party and the shared party belong to the same information sharing group, and the rights of the shared party are not lower than the rights of the shared party (for example, in the OKR system, the shared party is directly superior to the shared party), determining that the fourth selected content in the shared information is not hidden from the shared party, and displaying "1111.11" in the shared information; in the case where the rights information of the shared party indicates that the shared party and the sharing party do not belong to the same information sharing group, or the rights of the shared party are lower than the rights of the sharing party, it is determined that the fourth selected content in the sharing information is hidden from the shared party, and "XXXXX" is displayed in the sharing information.
In the embodiment of the application, the fourth selected content or the hidden content in the shared information is displayed aiming at the shared party with different authorities, so that the requirement of the shared party who has to look up the fourth selected content because of working needs is met.
The embodiment of the application also provides a shared information viewing method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a query instruction of a shared party for shared information; judging whether the fourth selected content in the shared information needs to be displayed in a hidden mode according to the authority information of the shared party; under the condition that the fourth selected content in the shared information is required to be displayed in a hidden mode, corresponding hidden content is obtained; the hidden content is provided by any embodiment of the application; when the shared information is presented, the hidden content is used instead of the fourth selected content.
In this embodiment, after the shared information is processed, the generated hidden content is stored, or the shared information may be stored as an unprocessed version and a processed version, and when the shared party views the shared information, the hidden content or the fourth selected content is selected and displayed to the shared party.
In one implementation, after receiving an inquiry instruction of the shared party for the shared information, the permission information of the shared party may be obtained. The information indicating the authority such as the authority password can be obtained actively or requested to the shared party.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the shared information is processed after the shared party sends the query instruction, the processed shared information is provided for the shared party, or the processed shared information is called to provide for the shared party after the shared party sends the query instruction, the hidden content can be arranged at the position of the original fourth selected content in the processed shared information, after the operation instruction for the hidden content is received, the reference request can be generated according to the operation instruction, the reference request is sent to the shared party, and after the instruction of giving the reference authority to the shared party is received, the fourth selected content corresponding to the hidden content is displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, after the shared information is released, a user can check the display interface of the shared information at one end of the shared party with different rights. For example, the user can click the shared information viewing and displaying function button and select the corresponding rights of the shared party, so that the shared information can be viewed from the view angle of the shared party, and whether the fourth selected content in the shared information is successfully hidden or not can be grasped, and whether the hidden content in the shared information is proper or not can also be viewed from the view angle of the shared party.
In one example of the present application, the information sharing method, the shared information viewing method, and the shared information processing method may be applied to the OKR system. In the middle and large enterprise application OKR system process, the high-level manager opens OKR at least some of the rights of the system to other employees, allowing other employees to better understand the organization direction. But due to the large staff size and high organization complexity. The non-confidential content such as information profile, gist and the like in the OKR system can be revealed, and by setting, the lower staff can be allowed to view the information which needs the authority of the high-level manager to access in the OKR system, and also can be converted into a KPI (Key Performance Indicator, key performance index) mode by setting the restricted access mode in the OKR system, so that the lower staff can not view the information which needs the authority of the high-level manager to access. However, the OKR system requires information that is accessible by high-level manager rights, including details such as partially quantified digital objects, which may be subject to privacy requirements and not suitable for disclosure to all personnel within the enterprise.
After the information sharing method, the shared information viewing method and the shared information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application are applied to the OKR system, the word segmentation hiding function, the circle diagram hiding function or the chart content hiding function and other partial content hiding functions in shared information can be realized on the information in the system, and the user-defined shielding sensitive information of the OKR system, particularly specific digital targets, are supported.
As shown in fig. 6A, before the information in the OKR system is released, the sharing party may select at least part of the characters in the shared information as fourth selected content 602 on the editing interface of the shared information 600, and in the case that it is detected that the characters are in the selected state, generate a pop-up menu 601, so that the sharing party may operate the pop-up menu 601 to send an instruction for hiding the selected characters.
After the release of the shared information 600, when the sharee who does not have the reference authority to the fourth selected content views the processed shared information 600, the seen interface is as shown in fig. 6B, the fourth selected content is replaced with the hidden content 603 so that the fourth selected content is not visible to the sharee.
Therefore, by the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the fourth selected content which needs to be hidden by the sharing party of the shared information is customized according to the self-demand, and the important confidential information such as the commercial confidentiality, the technical confidentiality and the like is not leaked while the system of the large-medium enterprise OKR is ensured to fall to the ground.
An embodiment of the present application provides an information processing apparatus including: the first selected content determining module is used for determining first selected content in the target and key result information according to the operation behavior of the first user on the target and key result information; the first selected content is part of the content of the selected field in the target and key result information; a first request sending module, configured to send an operation selection request for first selected content to a first user; the first hidden content generation module is used for determining a first selected content hidden on a non-direct upper level of the first user according to response information of the first user to the operation selection request and generating a first hidden content of the first selected content; and the first hiding module is used for publishing the target and key result information, the first selected content and the hidden content of the first selected content according to the publishing instruction of the first user, so that the first selected content is replaced by the hidden content when the non-generic upper level of the first user views the target and key result information.
In one embodiment of the present application, the information processing apparatus further includes: the second selected content determining module is used for determining second selected content according to the operation behaviors of the second user on the published target and key result information; the selected content is part of the content of the selected field in the target and key result information; the second request sending module is used for sending an operation selection request for the second selected content to the second user under the condition that the second user has the right to hide the selected content; the second hidden content generation module is used for determining second selected content hidden on the non-direct upper level of the second user according to the response information of the second user to the operation selection request and generating second hidden content of the second selected content; and the second hiding module is used for publishing the target and key result information, the second selected content and the hidden content of the second selected content according to the release instruction of the second user, so that the second selected content is replaced by the hidden content when the non-generic superior of the second user views the target and key result information.
Another embodiment of the present application provides an information display apparatus, including: the view response module is used for responding to an instruction of a user for viewing the target and key result information and acquiring the view authority of a viewer on the target and key result information; the target and key result information is target and key result information in any embodiment of the application; the grade information module is used for acquiring grade information of the viewer and grade information of a publisher of the target and key result information under the condition that the viewer has viewing authority on the target and key result information; the grade information processing module is used for judging whether the view party is directly superior to the publisher according to the grade information of the view party and the grade information of the target and key result information publisher; and the replacing module is used for replacing the selected content by using the hidden content in the process of displaying the target and key result information under the condition that the viewer is directly superior to the publisher.
The embodiment of the application also provides an information storage device, which comprises: the editing module is used for obtaining target information and key result information corresponding to the target information according to editing behaviors of a user; the operation corresponding module is used for responding to the operation behaviors of the user on the target information and the key result information and determining selected contents in the target information or the key result information; the selected content is part of the content of the selected field in the target and key result information; the selected content hiding module is used for responding to the operation behavior of the user on the selected content, determining the hidden selected content on the non-generic level of the user and generating hidden content of the selected content; the storage module is used for storing the target information and the key result information, and the information and the hidden content of the selected content, so that the information and the hidden content of the selected content can be correspondingly acquired when the target information or the key result information is acquired.
The embodiment of the application also provides an information processing device, which comprises: the newly added document content recording module is used for generating newly added document content recorded in the shared document according to the editing operation of the third user on the shared document; the third selected content determining module is used for determining third selected content in the newly added document content according to the selected operation of the third user on the newly added document content; the third selected content is part of the content in the newly added document content; a third request sending module, configured to send an operation selection request for third selected content to a third user; and the third hiding module is used for determining non-immediate superior hiding third selected content of the third user according to response information of the third user to the operation selection request, and generating third hidden content of the third selected content, so that the third selected content is blocked by the third hidden content when the newly added document content is displayed to other users without viewing the third selected content of the shared document.
An embodiment of the present application provides a shared information processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 7, including: a first instruction module 701, a second instruction module 702, and a generation module 703. The shared information processing device of the embodiment of the application can be applied to an internal information release system of an enterprise, in particular to a server side corresponding to the internal information release system of the enterprise, and also can be applied to each employee node corresponding to the internal information release system of the enterprise. The first instruction module 701 is configured to determine, according to the received first user instruction, fourth selected content in the shared information; a second instruction module 702, configured to perform hiding processing on the fourth selected content according to the received second user instruction on the fourth selected content, so as to obtain hidden content; a generating module 703, configured to generate the processed shared information according to the hidden content and other content except the fourth selected content in the shared information.
In one embodiment, where the shared information comprises text information, the first user instruction comprises a text selection operation instruction; the first instruction module includes: and the text selection unit is used for determining fourth selected content according to the text selected by the received text selection operation.
In one embodiment, the second user instruction includes an instruction to select a hidden option in the set pop-up menu; the second user module includes: a pop-up menu unit for displaying a set pop-up menu according to the fourth selected content; and the hiding processing unit is used for hiding the fourth selected content under the condition that an instruction for selecting the hiding option in the setting popup menu is received, so as to obtain hidden content.
In one embodiment, the hidden content is used to hide the fourth selected content and represent the location of presence of the fourth selected content.
In one embodiment, the hiding process includes at least one of: replacing the text with the set character; replacing the image with a set image, or blurring the image, or generating an occlusion layer on the image; deleting the hyperlink information; closing the preview function; closing the playing function; and closing the target attribute display function.
In one embodiment, the shared information processing apparatus further includes: the identification module is used for identifying the shared information according to the automatic starting information preset for the hidden content identification function; the first instruction generation module is used for generating a first user instruction under the condition that the fact that the shared information contains the sensitive information of the preset type is identified.
The embodiment of the application also provides an information sharing method, which comprises the following steps: the target sharing information acquisition module is used for acquiring target sharing information; the target shared information is the processed shared information provided by any one embodiment of the application; and the release module is used for releasing the target sharing information so that at least one shared party can view the target sharing information.
In one embodiment, the shared party includes an information receiver that has the same authority as the party sharing the target shared information for the target shared information, and/or an information receiver that has the same group identification as the party sharing the target shared information, and/or an information receiver that has a higher authority than the party sharing the target shared information for the target shared information.
In one embodiment, the publication module includes: the first sending unit is used for sending the target sharing information to a sharing address, wherein the sharing address comprises at least one of a sharing website, a sharing access path, a sharing network platform, a sharing information access system, a preset mailbox address and a preset social account group; and/or a second sending unit, configured to send the target sharing information to the receiving account of the shared party.

In one embodiment, the query instruction execution module includes: a fourth selected content determining unit configured to determine a fourth selected content in the shared information hidden from the shared party according to the rights information of the shared party and the rights information of the shared party; and the execution unit is used for processing the shared information by adopting the shared information processing device provided by any one embodiment of the application.
The embodiment of the application also provides a shared information viewing device, which comprises: the second inquiry instruction receiving module is used for receiving an inquiry instruction of the shared party on the shared information; the judging module is used for judging whether the fourth selected content in the shared information needs to be displayed in a hidden mode according to the authority information of the shared party; the acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding hidden contents under the condition that the fourth selected contents in the shared information are required to be hidden and displayed; the hidden content is provided by any embodiment of the application; and the second display module is used for replacing the fourth selected content with the hidden content when the shared information is displayed.
The embodiment of the application also provides an information sharing system which comprises the shared information processing device, the information sharing device and the shared information viewing device provided by any embodiment of the application. In some embodiments of the present application, a shared information viewing device in an information sharing system may implement viewing shared information by a sharee through at least one shared information viewing method provided by the embodiments of the present application.
The functions of each module in each device of the embodiment of the present application may be referred to the corresponding descriptions in the above methods, and have corresponding beneficial effects, which are not described herein.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method, characterized by comprising:
determining first selected content in target and key result information according to the operation behaviors of a first user on the target and key result information; the first selected content is part of the content of a selected field in the target and key result information;
sending an operation selection request for the first selected content to a first user;
determining to hide the first selected content from the non-subordinate superior of the first user according to the response information of the first user to the operation selection request, and generating first hidden content of the first selected content;
according to an issuing instruction of a first user, issuing target and key result information, the first selected content and hidden content of the first selected content, so that non-generic upper levels except a designated user in non-generic upper levels of the first user are replaced by the hidden content when the target and key result information is checked;
The target and key result information comprises target information and key result information, the target information comprises target plan information, the key result information comprises key results which are required to be achieved or realized respectively for realizing the target information, and the first user is a user with editing authority or a user with management authority.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises:
determining second selected content according to the operation behaviors of the second user on the published target and key result information; the second selected content is part of the content of the selected field in the target and key result information;
sending an operation selection request for the second selected content to the second user under the condition that the second user has the right to hide the selected content;
determining to hide the second selected content from the non-subordinate superior of the second user according to the response information of the second user to the operation selection request, and generating second hidden content of the second selected content;
and according to an issuing instruction of a second user, issuing the target and key result information, the second selected content and the hidden content of the second selected content, so that the second selected content is replaced by the hidden content when the non-generic upper level of the second user views the target and key result information.
3. A shared information processing method, characterized by comprising:
determining fourth selected content in the shared information according to the received first user instruction;
according to the received second user instruction for the fourth selected content, carrying out hiding processing on the fourth selected content to obtain hidden content;
generating processed shared information according to the hidden content and other contents except the fourth selected content in the shared information;
the sharing information comprises target information and key result information, wherein the target information comprises target planning information, and the key result information comprises key results which are required to be achieved or realized respectively for realizing the target information; and hiding the fourth selected content which meets the hiding condition when the processed sharing information is shared.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein in the event that the shared information comprises text information, the first user instruction comprises a text selection operation instruction; the determining fourth selected content in the shared information according to the received first user instruction includes:
And determining the fourth selected content according to the text selected by the received text selection operation.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the second user instruction comprises an instruction to select a hidden option in a setup pop-up menu; and performing hiding processing on the fourth selected content according to the received second user instruction on the fourth selected content to obtain hidden content, including:
displaying a setting pop-up menu according to the fourth selected content;
and under the condition that an instruction for selecting the hidden option in the setting popup menu is received, carrying out hiding processing on the fourth selected content to obtain hidden content.
6. A method according to claim 3, wherein the concealment process comprises at least one of:
and replacing the text with a set character, blurring the image, deleting hyperlink information, closing the preview function, closing the target attribute display function, or generating an occlusion layer on a corresponding area of the fourth selected content in the image.
7. An information sharing method, comprising:
acquiring target sharing information; the target shared information is the processed shared information of any one of claims 3-6;
And publishing the target sharing information so that at least one shared party can view the target sharing information.
8. A shared information viewing method, comprising:
receiving a query instruction of a shared party for shared information;
judging whether the fourth selected content in the shared information needs to be displayed in a hidden mode according to the authority information of the shared party;
under the condition that the fourth selected content in the shared information is required to be displayed in a hidden mode, corresponding hidden content is obtained; the hidden content is the hidden content according to any one of claims 3-6;
the hidden content is used in place of the fourth selected content when the shared information is presented.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, the processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1-8 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-8.
