the plurality of groups of cleaning motors (43) are started simultaneously, so that the cleaning wheels (41) rotate, the belt (60) is driven to move, the whole cable body (30) is driven to move through contact between the belt (60) and the outer wall of the cable body (30), and if the operation is unstable, the step S3 of counterweight adjustment is repeated until the whole cable body (30) can stably operate;
