Based on the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle lock and a vehicle, and the following description is made by the embodiment.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle lock including: a microprocessor 1, a card identification element 2, a vehicle lock body 3 and a power supply element 4;
the card identification element 2 is used for reading card information of a card with a distance smaller than a preset threshold value and transmitting the card information to the microprocessor 1;
the microprocessor 1 is used for receiving card information, comparing whether the card information is the same as the stored registration information, and controlling the lock body 3 to lock or unlock when the card information is the same as the registration information;
the power supply element 4 supplies power to the microprocessor 1, the card identification element 2 and the lock body 3.
The power supply mode of the power supply element 4 can be normal battery power supply, rechargeable battery power supply, external access power supply and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the card is embedded with a chip, card information of the card is stored in the chip, the card information comprises a card identifier, card validity period information, card issuing unit information and the like, and the card identifier can be a serial number of the card. In the embodiment of the invention, the card can be an IC (Integrated Circuit Card ) card or an ID (Identification Card, identity card) card such as a bank card, an access card, a public transport card or an identity card.
When the user brings the card close to the card recognition element 2 on the car lock, the card recognition element 2 establishes a communication connection with the chip in the card through the near field communication technology, and card information stored in the chip embedded in the card is read through the communication connection.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the lock is used for the first time, a user first needs to register the card in the lock. When registering a card, a user places the card at a position where the distance between the card and the card recognition element 2 is smaller than a preset threshold value, the card recognition element 2 detects whether the card embedded with the chip exists in a distance range around the card recognition element 2 in real time, when detecting that the card embedded with the chip exists in the distance range of the preset threshold value, the card recognition element 2 establishes near field communication connection with the detected chip, and through the near field communication connection, the card recognition element 2 is also used for reading card information of the card with the distance between the card recognition element 2 and the card information being smaller than the preset threshold value, determining the card information as registration information and transmitting the registration information to the microprocessor 1. The microprocessor 1 is also used for receiving the registration information transmitted by the card identification element 2 and storing the registration information.
After the microprocessor 1 stores the registration information, the card registration is completed, and the subsequent user can unlock or lock the vehicle lock by using the card. The following three specific modes for unlocking or locking the vehicle lock by using the card are provided in the embodiment of the invention.
First, as shown in fig. 2, the lock further includes a lock button 5 and an unlock button 6.

The lock button 5 and the unlock button 6 are arranged on the lock, and when the user needs to lock the lock, the user submits a lock command to the lock by clicking the lock button 5 and brings the card close to the card identification element 2 of the lock. The card recognition element 2 reads card information in the card by a near field communication technology and transmits the read card information to the microprocessor 1 of the vehicle lock. The microprocessor 1 in the vehicle lock receives a vehicle locking instruction triggered by the vehicle locking button 5, receives card information transmitted by the card identification element 2, compares the card information with stored registration information, and controls the vehicle lock body 3 to lock when the card information is the same as the registration information.
Likewise, when the user needs to unlock, the user submits an unlocking instruction to the lock by clicking the unlocking button 6, and brings the card close to the card recognition element 2 of the lock. The card recognition element 2 reads card information in the card by a near field communication technology and transmits the read card information to the microprocessor 1 of the vehicle lock. The microprocessor 1 in the vehicle lock receives a vehicle locking instruction triggered by the vehicle locking button 5, receives card information transmitted by the card identification element 2, compares the card information with stored registration information, and controls the vehicle lock body 3 to unlock when the card information is compared with the registration information.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle lock further includes an alarm element 7, configured to receive the warning command transmitted by the microprocessor 1 and send out alarm information when the card information compared by the microprocessor 1 is different from the registration information.
When the microprocessor 1 compares the card information with the stored registration information, it indicates that the card corresponding to the card information is not the card registered previously, and the microprocessor 1 sends a warning command to the alarm element 7. The alarm element 7 sends out alarm information when receiving the alarm indication, and the alarm information is used for prompting the user that the card is an unregistered card. The alarm information may be an optical signal emitted by lighting the warning lamp, or may be sound information for prompting the user.
Second, whether unlocking or locking of the vehicle lock is required is judged by the vehicle lock state. The lock state includes a closed state and an open state.
The microprocessor 1 is also used for checking the lock state of the lock body 3 when the comparison card information is the same as the registration information; when the lock state is the closed state, controlling the lock body 3 to unlock, and resetting the lock state to the open state; when the lock state is the open state, the lock body 3 is controlled to lock, and the lock state is reset to the closed state.
When the microprocessor 1 receives the card information transmitted by the card identification element 2, the microprocessor 1 firstly compares whether the card information is the same as the stored registration information, and if not, the alarm element 7 sends out alarm information to prompt the user that the used card is an unregistered card. If so, checking the lock state of the lock body 3, and when the lock state is in the closed state, determining that the user needs to unlock the lock, and controlling the lock body 3 to unlock. When the lock state is the open state, it is determined that the user needs to lock the lock, and the lock body 3 is controlled to lock.
Third, as shown in fig. 3, the lock further includes a mechanical lock member 8. The mechanical locking component 8 can be used for manually locking the car and unlocking the car through the card. The car can also be locked by the card, and the lock can be unlocked by the card.
