when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a store identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all first ticket configuration rules, second ticket configuration rules and fourth ticket configuration rules which are determined according to the store identifier, wherein the first ticket configuration rules are all the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant;
When the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a channel identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all first ticket configuration rules, third ticket configuration rules and fourth ticket configuration rules which are determined according to the channel identifier in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier, a store identifier and a channel identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all first ticket configuration rules in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant and fourth ticket configuration rules determined jointly according to the store identifier and the channel identifier.
In the embodiment of the invention, it is assumed that four kinds of ticket configuration rules, namely a first ticket configuration rule, a second ticket configuration rule, a third ticket configuration rule and a fourth ticket configuration rule, have been created by a merchant.
As one example, if the merchant queries the created coupon configuration rules, the merchant information only includes the merchant identification, and the coupon rules matched according to the merchant information include all the coupon configuration rules corresponding to the merchant.
As a further embodiment, if the merchant queries the ticket configuration rules created by the target store, the merchant information includes the merchant identifier and the store identifier, and the ticket rules matched according to the merchant information include all the first ticket configuration rules in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant, the second ticket configuration rules determined according to the store identifier, and the fourth ticket configuration rules.
As a further embodiment, if the merchant queries the ticket arrangement rule created by the target sales channel, the merchant information includes the merchant identifier and the channel identifier, and the ticket arrangement rule matched according to the merchant information includes all the first ticket arrangement rules in the ticket arrangement rules corresponding to the merchant, the third ticket arrangement rule and the fourth ticket arrangement rule determined according to the channel identifier.
As yet another embodiment, if the merchant queries the ticket configuration rule of the target store and the target sales channel has been created, the merchant information includes a merchant identifier, a store identifier, and a channel identifier, and the ticket rule matched according to the merchant information includes all the first ticket configuration rules in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant, and a fourth ticket configuration rule determined jointly according to the store identifier and the channel identifier.
Optionally, in practical application, the server is further preconfigured with a basic rule and a mutual exclusion rule, the basic rule is used for representing the dependency relationship and the mutual exclusion relationship between the elements in each function configuration item, and the server determines the element with the dependency relationship with the currently selected element according to the basic rule and filters the element with the mutual exclusion relationship with the currently selected element; the mutual exclusion rule is used for representing mutual exclusion relation among all the function configuration items, and the server filters the function configuration items with mutual exclusion relation with the currently selected function configuration items according to the mutual exclusion rule.
In the embodiment of the invention, the basic rules and the mutual exclusion rules support the administrator setting and modification, and the default configuration of the system can also be used, so that the invention is not limited.
In one example, assume that the order information is a functional configuration item in which a presentation element and an order barcode have been configured, and that corresponding base rules are configured for different elements. For example, the preset order channel, order number and order mark have a dependency relationship, and then the display element includes the order channel, order number and order mark. Assuming that the mutual exclusion relationship between the advertisement information and the takeaway channel is already configured, once the takeaway channel is selected at the order, the advertisement information cannot be pushed any more.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for generating a pick-up ticket according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the method may be the server, and referring to fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:

In an embodiment of the invention, after the order picking receipt template is generated, merchant information is used to manage the order picking receipt template. Therefore, the matching order picking ticket template can be acquired as the target order picking ticket template according to the merchant information. The target order picking receipt template is generated according to the order picking receipt template generation method provided in the above-described embodiment.
Step S203, a picking receipt is generated according to the order information and the target picking receipt template.
In the embodiment of the invention, order information is read, order data in the order information is filled in the corresponding position of the template order picking receipt template, and order picking receipt is generated.
In summary, the order information is obtained by the order picking receipt generation method provided by the embodiment of the invention; the order information comprises merchant information, and a target order picking receipt template is determined according to the merchant information, wherein the target order picking receipt template is generated by the merchant according to the automatic flexible configuration of the order picking receipt template generation method provided by the embodiment. And generating the order picking receipt according to the order information and the target order picking receipt template. The scheme can support merchants to flexibly configure the order picking receipt templates and generate order picking receipt. The method can meet the differentiation requirements of merchants and realize the fine management of the order picking tickets.
Alternatively, in practice, the merchant may determine the pick rules of the pick-order ticket template, i.e., the priority of the store or sales channel, from the dimensions of the store and sales channel.
When the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a store identifier, if a pick-up receipt template matched with both the merchant identifier and the store identifier exists, taking the pick-up receipt template matched with both the merchant identifier and the store identifier as a target pick-up receipt template; if the order picking receipt template matched with the merchant identification and the store identification does not exist, determining a target order picking receipt template from the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier, a store identifier and a channel identifier, if a pick-up receipt template matched with the merchant identifier, the store identifier and the channel identifier exists, taking the pick-up receipt template matched with the merchant identifier, the store identifier and the channel identifier as a target pick-up receipt template;
if there is no order picking order template matching the merchant identification, the store identification and the channel identification, determining a target order picking order template from the order picking order templates matching the merchant identification, or from the order picking order templates matching the merchant identification and the store identification, or from the order picking order templates matching the merchant identification and the channel identification.
In the embodiment of the invention, when an order does not specify a sales channel, merchant information obtained from the order information comprises a merchant identifier and a store identifier, and when a target order picking receipt template is determined, the order picking receipt template of a store corresponding to the store identifier is firstly matched and searched, and if the order picking receipt template exists, the target order picking receipt template is determined from the order picking receipt templates of the store; if not, a target pick-up receipt template is determined from the merchant pick-up receipt templates.
When the order has appointed the sales channel, the merchant information obtained from the order information comprises merchant identification and store identification, when determining the target order picking receipt template, firstly matching and searching the order picking receipt template matched with the merchant identification, the store identification and the channel identification, and taking the order picking receipt template as the target order picking receipt template if the order picking receipt template exists; if not, selecting a target order picking receipt template according to the priorities of two dimensions of a store or a sales channel.
Assuming that the matching sales channel is high priority, when no order picking order template matched with the merchant identifier, the store identifier and the channel identifier exists, preferentially determining a target order picking order template from the order picking order templates matched with the merchant identifier and the channel identifier; if the order picking receipt template matched with the merchant identification and the channel identification does not exist, determining a target order picking receipt template from the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification and the store identification; if there is also no pickorder form matching both the merchant identification and the store identification, determining a target pickorder form from the pickorder form matching the merchant identification. It should be appreciated that embodiments of the present invention are not limited in that the selection rules of the pick-order templates, i.e., the priority of the store or sales channel, may be determined by the dimensions of the store and sales channel by the merchant.
In practice, paper pick tickets are typically given to the user along with items purchased by the user. The order picking tickets are typically printed after the merchant picks are completed, supporting automatic printing or manual printing, and the user order picking ticket printing flow is described in fig. 4.
In one embodiment, when automatic order picking is set, after the user pays the order, the server generates order information, the merchant picks according to the order information, the merchant logs in the order picking system to confirm that the order picking is completed, the order picking system automatically selects the order with completed order picking for the printing of the order picking, and the order picking system assembles the order data according to the order information and the target order picking template to generate the order picking. The target order picking receipt template is an optimal order picking receipt template matched according to merchant information in order information, and the order picking receipt template sends the receipt data to the printing equipment, and the printing equipment prints the order picking receipt. FIG. 5 is a diagram of a pick slip style generated from a merchant configured pick slip template.
As yet another embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when the manual printing is set, after the picking of the order by the merchant is completed, assuming that the merchant initiates a printing instruction of the order picking receipt to the server after selecting the order to be printed through the cloud service of the PC side or the application of the mobile terminal, after receiving the printing instruction, the server obtains the order information and the target order picking receipt template matched with the order information by the order picking receipt system, assembles the order data according to the order information and the target order picking receipt template to generate the order picking receipt, and finally sends the assembled order picking receipt to the server. The server issues the order picking receipt data instruction to the printing equipment to complete the order picking receipt printing, and the merchant order picker binds the order picking receipt on the shopping bag.
Note that, the timing of generating the order receipt may be implemented in the printing process or in the electronic receipt generating process according to the order information and the order receipt data assembled by the target order receipt template, which is not limited to the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the merchant of the embodiment of the invention can set and manage the order picking tickets according to different dimensions, and can adapt to various order picking scenes in a mode of flexibly configuring order picking ticket rules and templates, thereby meeting the differentiated requirements of different merchants. Under different business scenes, the order picking tickets are printed in an automatic or manual printing mode, so that the printing efficiency of merchants is improved, and the management cost of the merchants is greatly increased. Meanwhile, the terminal equipment, the server and the order picking receipt system on the server are excellent in adaptability, cloud service is deployed under the condition that equipment is not added additionally, and the mobile terminal and the PC side are used under the condition that other equipment is not expanded.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for generating a picking receipt template, and it should be noted that the basic principle and the technical effects of the device for generating a picking receipt template are the same as those of the corresponding method embodiment, and for brevity, reference may be made to the corresponding contents of the above embodiment where the description of the embodiment is omitted. Referring to fig. 7, a block schematic diagram of a pick-up ticket template generating apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the pick-up ticket template generating apparatus is applied to a server. The pick-order ticket template generating apparatus 200 includes an acquisition module 201 and a configuration module 202.
An obtaining module 201, configured to obtain merchant information and an alternative function configuration item; the alternative function configuration items are selected from a plurality of function configuration items by a merchant, and elements in the alternative function configuration items are configured by the merchant;
a configuration module 202 for generating a ticket configuration rule according to merchant information and alternative function configuration items; the merchant corresponds to at least one coupon configuration rule; acquiring a ticket configuration rule matched with merchant information from the ticket configuration rule corresponding to the merchant, so that the merchant can select a target ticket configuration rule from the ticket configuration rule matched with the merchant information, and select a target function configuration item from alternative function configuration items in the target ticket configuration rule; generating a picking receipt template according to merchant information and target function configuration items; the pick-up receipt template is used to generate pick-up receipt.
In summary, the order picking receipt template generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains merchant information and alternative function configuration items; the alternative function configuration items are selected from a plurality of function configuration items by a merchant, and elements in the alternative function configuration items are configured by the merchant; generating a receipt configuration rule according to merchant information and the alternative function configuration item; the merchant corresponds to at least one coupon configuration rule; acquiring a ticket configuration rule matched with merchant information from the ticket configuration rule corresponding to the merchant, so that the merchant can select a target ticket configuration rule from the ticket configuration rule matched with the merchant information, and select a target function configuration item from alternative function configuration items in the target ticket configuration rule; generating a picking receipt template according to merchant information and target function configuration items; the pick-up receipt template is used to generate pick-up receipt. The scheme can support merchants to flexibly configure the order picking receipt templates and generate order picking receipt. The method can meet the differentiation requirements of merchants and realize the fine management of the order picking receipt templates.
Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a pick-up ticket generating apparatus 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the basic principles and the technical effects of the pick-up ticket generating apparatus are the same as those of the above-mentioned method embodiments, and for brevity, reference may be made to the corresponding contents of the above-mentioned embodiments. Referring to fig. 8, the pick-up receipt generating device is applied to a server. The pick-order generation device 300 includes a decision module 301 and a generation module 302.
The decision module 301 is configured to obtain order information; the order information includes merchant information; determining a target order picking receipt template according to merchant information; the target order picking receipt template is generated according to the order picking receipt template generation method in the previous embodiment;
the generating module 302 is configured to generate a pick-up receipt according to the order information and the target pick-up receipt template.
In summary, the order information is obtained by the order picking receipt generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention; the order information comprises merchant information, and a target order picking receipt template is determined according to the merchant information, wherein the target order picking receipt template is generated by the merchant according to the automatic flexible configuration of the order picking receipt template generation method provided by the embodiment. And generating the order picking receipt according to the order information and the target order picking receipt template. The scheme can support merchants to flexibly configure the order picking receipt templates and generate order picking receipt. The method can meet the differentiation requirements of merchants and realize the fine management of the order picking tickets.
Referring to fig. 9, a block diagram of a server 100 according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The server 100 includes a memory 110, a processor 120, and a communication module 130. The memory 110, the processor 120, and the communication module 130 are electrically connected directly or indirectly to each other to realize data transmission or interaction. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines.
Wherein the memory 110 is used for storing programs or data. The Memory 110 may be, but is not limited to, random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), programmable Read Only Memory (Programmable Read-Only Memory, PROM), erasable Read Only Memory (Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EPROM), electrically erasable Read Only Memory (Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EEPROM), etc.
The processor 120 is used to read/write data or programs stored in the memory 110 and perform corresponding functions. For example, the order picking ticket template generation method or order picking ticket generation method disclosed in the above embodiments may be implemented when the computer program stored in the memory 110 is executed by the processor 120.
The communication module 130 is used for establishing a communication connection between the server 100 and other communication terminals through a network, and for transceiving data through the network.
It should be understood that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a schematic diagram of the architecture of the server 100, and that the server 100 may also include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 9, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 9. The components shown in fig. 9 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor 120, implements the order form template generation method or order form generation method disclosed in the above embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, for example, of the flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures that illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. acquiring merchant information and alternative function configuration items; the alternative function configuration items are selected from the plurality of function configuration items by a merchant, and elements in the alternative function configuration items are configured by the merchant;
generating a ticket configuration rule according to the merchant information and the alternative function configuration item; the merchant corresponds to at least one coupon configuration rule;
acquiring a ticket configuration rule matched with the merchant information from the ticket configuration rule corresponding to the merchant, so that the merchant can select a target ticket configuration rule from the ticket configuration rule matched with the merchant information, and select a target function configuration item from alternative function configuration items in the target ticket configuration rule;
generating a picking receipt template according to the merchant information and the target function configuration item; the pick-up receipt template is used to generate pick-up receipt.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the merchant information includes at least one of a store identification and a channel identification and a merchant identification, or the merchant information includes only a merchant identification; the store identification is used for determining a target store of the merchant, and the channel identification is used for determining a target sales channel of the merchant;
When the merchant information only comprises a merchant identifier, the generated coupon configuration rule is a first coupon configuration rule, and the first coupon configuration rule is used for generating a picking coupon template for all shops and sales channels of the merchant;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a store identifier, the generated receipt configuration rule is a second receipt configuration rule, and the second receipt configuration rule is used for generating a picking receipt template for the target store;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a channel identifier, the generated ticket configuration rule is a third ticket configuration rule, and the third ticket configuration rule is used for generating a picking ticket template for the target sales channel;
when the merchant information includes a merchant identifier, a store identifier, and a channel identifier, the generated coupon configuration rule is a fourth coupon configuration rule, which is used to generate a pick-up coupon template for the target sales channel of the target store.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the business-corresponding order configuration rules include at least one of the first order configuration rule, the second order configuration rule, the third order configuration rule, and the fourth order configuration rule;
When the merchant information only comprises a merchant identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a store identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all first ticket configuration rules in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant, and a second ticket configuration rule and a fourth ticket configuration rule determined according to the store identifier;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a channel identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all first ticket configuration rules in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant, and a third ticket configuration rule and a fourth ticket configuration rule determined according to the channel identifier;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier, a store identifier and a channel identifier, the ticket configuration rules matched with the merchant information comprise all first ticket configuration rules in the ticket configuration rules corresponding to the merchant and fourth ticket configuration rules determined jointly according to the store identifier and the channel identifier.
4. The method for generating a pick-order template according to claim 1, wherein the server is further preconfigured with a basic rule and a mutual exclusion rule, the basic rule is used for representing a dependency relationship and a mutual exclusion relationship between elements in each function configuration item, and the server determines an element having a dependency relationship with a currently selected element according to the basic rule and filters an element having a mutual exclusion relationship with the currently selected element; the mutual exclusion rule is used for representing mutual exclusion relation among all the function configuration items, and the server filters the function configuration items with mutual exclusion relation with the currently selected function configuration items according to the mutual exclusion rule.
5. A method of generating a pick slip, the method comprising:
acquiring order information; the order information includes merchant information;
determining a target order picking receipt template according to the merchant information; the target order picking receipt template is generated according to the order picking receipt template generation method of any one of claims 1-4;
and generating a picking receipt according to the order information and the target picking receipt template.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining a target pick-up ticket template from the merchant information comprises:
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier and a store identifier, if a pick-up receipt template matched with both the merchant identifier and the store identifier exists, taking the pick-up receipt template matched with both the merchant identifier and the store identifier as a target pick-up receipt template; if the order picking receipt template matched with the merchant identification and the store identification does not exist, determining a target order picking receipt template from the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification;
when the merchant information comprises a merchant identifier, a store identifier and a channel identifier, if a picking receipt template matched with the merchant identifier, the store identifier and the channel identifier exists, taking the picking receipt template matched with the merchant identifier, the store identifier and the channel identifier as a target picking receipt template;
If the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification, the store identification and the channel identification do not exist, determining a target order picking receipt template from the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification, or from the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification and the store identification, or from the order picking receipt templates matched with the merchant identification and the channel identification.
7. A pick-up receipt template generating device, characterized by being applied to a server, wherein the server is preconfigured with a plurality of function configuration items of pick-up receipt; the device comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring merchant information and alternative function configuration items; the alternative function configuration items are selected from the plurality of function configuration items by a merchant, and elements in the alternative function configuration items are configured by the merchant;
the configuration module is used for generating a receipt configuration rule according to the merchant information and the alternative function configuration item; the merchant corresponds to at least one coupon configuration rule; acquiring a ticket configuration rule matched with the merchant information from the ticket configuration rule corresponding to the merchant, so that the merchant can select a target ticket configuration rule from the ticket configuration rule matched with the merchant information, and select a target function configuration item from alternative function configuration items in the target ticket configuration rule; generating a picking receipt template according to the merchant information and the target function configuration item; the pick-up receipt template is used to generate pick-up receipt.
8. A pick-up receipt generation device, the device comprising:
