After the graphical user interface of the user terminal displays the service resource list page, if the first input of the user in the service resource list page is not received and the second input meeting the preset input characteristics of the user in the service resource list page is monitored, the display of a prompt popup window is triggered based on the second input, and the prompt popup window comprises prompt information of whether the service resource needs to be recommended or not. The second input meeting the preset input characteristics may be a specific action within the service resource list page, an input at a specific location, an input meeting a time duration and/or strength requirement, etc.
Under the condition that confirmation input of a user for the prompt popup window is received, the user terminal directly sends a recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform, so that the target platform issues a prompt to a merchant based on the recommendation request, provides proper service resources after the merchant receives a bill and links the user, and the prompt issuing through the target platform is realized to be matched with the service resources for the user. If the canceling input of the user for the prompt popup is received, the display of the prompt popup can be canceled, and in this case, a recommendation request is not sent to the target platform.
The confirmation input of the user for the prompt popup may be a confirmation action of the user on the prompt popup, or may be that after the prompt popup is displayed for a certain period of time (e.g. 5S), if any input for the prompt popup is not received, the confirmation input is determined to be received by default. The user can cancel input of the prompt popup, and the input can be input of a closing control of the prompt popup or input in other forms.
The above situation is described by a specific example, and when the first input of the user in the service resource list page is not received and the sliding input (the second input) that the sliding distance of the user in the service resource list page is greater than the preset distance is detected, the display of the prompt popup window is triggered, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the prompt popup window is displayed in the home service resource list page. In the case of receiving a long press input to the prompt pop, it is determined to acquire a confirmation input, or in the case of not receiving any input to the prompt pop within 5S, it is determined to receive a confirmation input. And if the user clicks 'review' and then cancels the display of the prompt popup window, or if the user receives the input of the closing control of the upper right corner, canceling the display of the prompt popup window. For the case of receiving a confirmation input, a recommendation request may be directly sent to the target platform.
After the service resource list page is displayed on the graphical user interface of the user terminal, if the first input of the user in the service resource list page is not received and the second input of the second control in the service resource list page is received, a recommendation request carrying user service requirement information is generated in response to the second input and sent to the target platform. The second control may be understood as a service resource request control, and when receiving the second input of the user to the second control, the user is confirmed to actively initiate a request for acquiring the service resource, at this time, a recommendation request may be generated based on the user service requirement information and sent to the target platform, the target platform determines a target merchant among a plurality of merchants based on the recommendation request, and the target merchant provides the service resource. Wherein the housekeeping service control shown in fig. 2 and 3 is a specific example of the second control.
According to the embodiment, under the condition that the first input of the user in the service resource list page is not received, if the second input of the user in the service resource list page meeting the preset input characteristics is monitored, the display of the prompt popup window is triggered, and the recommendation request is sent based on the confirmation input of the prompt popup window, so that the request of the user for acquiring the service resource based on prompt initiation can be realized; if the first input of the user in the service resource list page is not received, if the second input of the user to the second control in the service resource list page is received, a recommendation request is sent, and the user can actively initiate a request for acquiring the service resource.
The following describes a process of sending a recommendation request based on a confirmation input to a prompt pop, where the sending, based on the confirmation input to the prompt pop, the recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform includes one of the following schemes:
in the case that the user service requirement information is acquired before the confirmation input is received, responding to the confirmation input, generating the recommendation request based on the user service requirement information and sending the recommendation request to the target platform;
in the case that the user service requirement information is not acquired before the confirmation input is received, a requirement information collection area is displayed in response to the confirmation input, the user service requirement information is acquired based on a second editing input in the requirement information collection area, and the recommendation request is generated based on the user service requirement information and sent to the target platform.
If the user service requirement information is acquired before receiving the confirmation input of the user to the prompt popup, responding to the confirmation input of the user to the prompt popup, generating a recommendation request directly according to the user service requirement information, sending the generated recommendation request to a target platform, selecting a target merchant from a plurality of merchants by the target platform based on the recommendation request carrying the user service requirement information, providing service resources meeting the user service requirement by the target merchant, contacting with the user, and issuing a clue to the merchant by the target platform to match proper service resources for the user. For example, the target platform selects a target merchant from a plurality of merchants providing the household service based on the user household demand information, and the target merchant provides proper household personnel for the user.
If the user service demand information is not obtained prior to receiving the user's confirmation input to the prompt pop-up window, the demand information collection area may be displayed based on the confirmation input. At this time, the area jump can be directly performed on the service resource list page, the requirement information collection area is displayed, and the service requirement information of the user is acquired based on the second editing input of the user in the requirement information collection area; the popup window can also be directly displayed, and the popup window comprises an editing area generated based on the requirement information collecting area, or directly comprises the requirement information collecting area, and the requirement information of the user service is acquired based on the second editing input of the user in the popup window. After the user service demand information is acquired, a recommendation request is generated based on the user service demand information, the generated recommendation request is sent to a target platform, the target platform selects a target merchant from a plurality of merchants based on the recommendation request carrying the user service demand information, the target merchant provides service resources meeting the user service demand and is contacted with the user, and the purposes of issuing clues to the merchant through the target platform and matching proper service resources for the user are achieved.
According to the embodiment, the recommendation request carrying the user service demand information can be generated in a matching mode according to the relation between the acquisition time of the user service demand information and the time for receiving the confirmation input and reported to the target platform, the target platform selects a proper merchant based on the user service demand information, and the proper merchant provides service resources and contacts with the user so as to provide the proper service resources for the user.
The following describes a process of sending a recommendation request based on an input to a second control, and the sending, in response to the second input, the recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform includes one of the following schemes:
in the case that the user service requirement information is acquired before the second input is received, responding to the second input, generating the recommendation request based on the user service requirement information, and sending the recommendation request to the target platform;
and under the condition that the user service requirement information is not acquired before the second input is received, responding to the second input, acquiring the user service requirement information, generating the recommendation request, and sending the recommendation request to the target platform.
If the user service requirement information is acquired before the second input of the user to the second control is received, responding to the second input of the user to the second control, generating a recommendation request directly based on the user service requirement information, sending the recommendation request to a target platform, issuing clues to a plurality of merchants by the target platform, and providing service resources by the target merchant and connecting with the user after the target merchant receives the order.
If the user service requirement information is not acquired before the second input of the user to the second control is received, the user service requirement information can be firstly acquired in response to the second input of the user to the second control, then a recommendation request is generated based on the acquired user service requirement information, the recommendation request carrying the user service requirement information is sent to a target platform, clues are issued to a plurality of merchants by the target platform, and after the target merchant receives a bill, service resources are provided by the target merchant and are contacted with the user. When the user service demand information is acquired, the user service demand information can be acquired based on the input of the user in the demand information collecting area by skipping to the demand information collecting area based on the second input; and a popup window can be directly displayed based on the second input, wherein the popup window comprises an editing area generated based on the requirement information collecting area, or the popup window directly comprises the requirement information collecting area, and the requirement information of the user is acquired based on the input of the user in the popup window.
According to the embodiment, the recommendation request carrying the user service demand information can be generated in a matching mode according to the relation between the acquisition time of the user service demand information and the receiving time of the second input (the second input of the second control) and reported to the target platform, the target platform selects a proper merchant based on the user service demand information, and the proper merchant provides service resources and contacts with the user so as to provide the proper service resources for the user.
As an optional embodiment, after entering the first service mode and displaying candidate recommended cards corresponding to the N candidate service resources respectively, the method further includes:
when a fifth input indicating to exit the current page is received, judging whether an invitation request aiming at least one candidate service resource is initiated or not, wherein the invitation request comprises at least one of interview reservation request and subscription request;
if the invitation request is initiated, directly exiting the current page;
if the invitation request is not initiated, detecting whether a recommendation request for recommending the service resource is sent to the target platform or not;
if the recommendation request is sent, directly exiting the current page;
and if the recommendation request is not sent, sending the recommendation request to the target platform.
After entering a first service mode based on selection of a user and displaying candidate recommended cards respectively corresponding to N candidate service resources sent by a target platform, if a fifth input of the user indicating to exit a current page (service resource list page) is received, whether the user initiates an invitation request for at least one candidate service resource needs to be judged, wherein the invitation request initiated at a certain moment can be an interview reservation request or a subscription request, and under a special scene, the service resources can respectively receive the interview reservation request and the subscription request at different occasions. If the user has initiated a interview reservation request for at least one candidate service resource or has initiated a subscription request for one candidate service resource, the current page may be exited based on a fifth input. If the user does not initiate a interview reservation request for at least one candidate service resource, or does not initiate a subscription request for one candidate service resource, whether the user terminal has sent a recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target can be continuously detected, if so, the user terminal indicates that the second service mode is started, the current page can be directly exited, if not, the recommendation request carrying the user service requirement information is actively sent to the target platform, so that the target platform matches with a merchant to match with a proper service resource for the user, and then the current page can be exited.
And in the case that the user does not initiate a interview reservation request or a subscription request after entering the first service mode, entering a second service mode, and sending a recommendation request for recommending service resources to the target platform in the second service mode, wherein the recommendation request carries user service requirement information. If the user does not initiate a interview reservation request or a subscription request, based on the input of exiting the current page, whether the user enters a second service mode or not needs to be detected to send a recommendation request to the target platform, if so, the current page can be exited, otherwise, the recommendation request needs to be sent to the target platform, so that the user can be ensured to acquire matched service resources through the second service mode.
According to the embodiment, after the first service mode is entered, based on the fifth input of exiting the current page, whether a interview reservation request or a subscription request is initiated is detected, if not, whether a recommendation request is sent to the target platform is continuously detected, if not, the recommendation request is directly generated and sent to the target platform, the second service mode (the target platform issues a line cable based on the recommendation request) is used as an aid, the conversion rate of the page is improved, and the loss rate of a user is reduced.
The above is an overall implementation process of the service resource selection method at the user terminal side provided by the embodiment of the application, by displaying the service resource list page, under the condition that the user service requirement information is obtained and the first input of the user in the service resource list page is received, the user service requirement information is reported, and N candidate recommendation cards matched with the user service requirement information are displayed, so that the user can select the service resource based on the N candidate recommendation cards, and the user can actively determine the proper service resource; under the condition that a second input of a user in a service resource list page is received, a recommendation request for recommending the service resources meeting the requirements is sent, a proper merchant can be selected for the user by the target platform, and the proper service resources are provided for the user by the merchant, so that the service resources are recommended for the user by the cooperation of the target platform and the merchant; and the service resource list page is provided with the entry for entering the first service mode for actively selecting the service resource and the entry for entering the second service mode for sending the recommendation request, so that two service resource recommendation modes are compatible, conflicts of different service modes are isolated, the page conversion rate is improved, more options can be given to users, the selection experience of the users is improved, and the retention rate of the users can be improved.
Further, after candidate recommended cards fed back by the target platform are received, the recommended cards of the default service resources are replaced by the candidate recommended cards so as to update the recommended cards, and the list update is triggered based on the first input so as to display the recommended cards which are recommended by the target platform and meet the service requirements of the user; after the candidate recommended card is displayed, based on the third input of the target recommended card and the detail page of the corresponding service resource, based on the fourth input in the detail page, an interview reservation request or a subscription request for the service resource is initiated, and the user selects the service resource to enter an online interview link or an online subscription link, so that the user can actively select the appropriate service resource.
When the second input meeting the preset input characteristics of the user in the service resource list page is monitored, the display of the prompt popup window is triggered, and a recommendation request is sent based on the confirmation input of the prompt popup window, so that the user can initiate a request for acquiring the service resource based on the prompt; and when receiving a second input of the user to the second control in the service resource list page, sending a recommendation request, and actively initiating a request for acquiring the service resource by the user.
Generating a recommendation request carrying user service demand information in a matching mode according to the acquisition opportunity of the user service demand information and reporting the recommendation request to a target platform, wherein the target platform can select a proper merchant, and the proper merchant provides service resources and contacts with a user to provide the proper service resources for the user; after entering the first service mode, based on a fifth input of exiting the current page, detecting whether an interview reservation request or a subscription request is initiated, if not, continuously detecting whether a recommendation request is sent to a target platform, if not, directly generating the recommendation request and sending the recommendation request to the target platform, taking a second service mode (the target platform issues a line cable based on the recommendation request) as an aid, improving the conversion rate of the page, and reducing the loss rate of a user.
The embodiment of the application provides a service resource recommendation method, which is applied to a target platform, and is shown in fig. 4, and the method comprises the following steps:
step 401, receiving target information sent by a user terminal.
The target platform in this embodiment is a service background corresponding to a target application, the target application is an application installed at a user terminal side and supporting provision of service resources, and the service resources may be service resources of a household type, service resources of a moving type, service resources of a maintenance type, service resources of a renting type, and the like; specifically, the service resource may be a service person, or may be a device or apparatus, for example, a vehicle corresponding to the service resource serving a car rental. The target platform may receive target information sent by the user terminal based on communication with the target application. The target information may be user service requirement information reported by the user terminal, or may be a recommendation request carrying the user service requirement information sent by the user terminal, where the recommendation request may be understood as a request indicating that a service resource meeting the requirement is recommended. If the target information is user service requirement information, step 402 is executed, and if the target information is a recommendation request, step 403 is executed.
Step 402, when the target information is user service requirement information, determining candidate recommendation cards corresponding to the N matched candidate service resources respectively based on the user service requirement information, feeding back the N candidate recommendation cards to the user terminal, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the user service requirement information is sent by the user terminal under the condition that the user service requirement information is acquired and a first input to a first control in a service resource list page is received.
Under the condition that user service demand information sent by a user terminal is received, the target platform determines N matched candidate service resources based on the user service demand information, acquires candidate recommendation cards respectively corresponding to the N candidate service resources, feeds the N acquired candidate recommendation cards back to the user terminal, and displays the candidate recommendation cards by the user terminal.
After obtaining the user service requirement information, the user terminal reports the user service requirement information based on the first input of the user to the first control (the control for indicating the matched service resource), so that the target platform collects user clues based on the first input of the user.
Step 403, determining a target merchant among a plurality of merchants based on the recommendation request carrying user service requirement information in the case that the target information is a recommendation request indicating recommended service resources, and providing the service resources by the target merchant.
Under the condition that a recommendation request which is sent by a user terminal and indicates recommended service resources and carries user service requirement information is received, a target merchant is determined in a plurality of merchants based on the recommendation request, the target merchant provides the service resources which meet the service requirements of the user and contacts the user, and the user can acquire the matched service resources.
When the target platform determines target merchants, clues can be issued to a plurality of merchants based on user service demand information, and under the condition that a certain merchant receives the order receiving information fed back by the unidirectional target platform, the target platform can check the merchant and determine the merchant as the target merchant after the check is passed.
According to the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the user service demand information is received, the candidate service resources meeting the service demands of the user can be determined based on the user service demand information, the candidate recommended cards corresponding to the candidate service resources are fed back to the user terminal, the user can select the service resources based on the candidate recommended cards, and the user can actively determine the appropriate service resources; under the condition that a recommendation request carrying user service demand information sent by a user is received, clues are issued to a plurality of merchants, a target merchant is determined based on order receiving information fed back by the merchants, the target merchant is connected with the user, matched service resources are provided for the user, and the target platform and the merchants cooperate to recommend the service resources for the user; and the method and the device can be compatible with two service resource recommendation modes, isolate conflicts of different service modes and improve the retention rate of users.
As an optional embodiment, after feeding back the N candidate recommended cards to the user terminal, the method further includes:
receiving an invitation request which is sent by the user terminal and aims at a target service resource corresponding to a target recommended card, wherein the invitation request comprises at least one of a interview reservation request and a subscription request;
establishing online interview connection between the user terminal and a target terminal corresponding to the service resource based on the invitation request, or initiating an online subscription flow;
the target recommended card comprises at least part of the N candidate recommended cards.
After feeding back the N candidate recommendation cards to the user terminal, the user terminal side displays the candidate recommendation cards, the user can select the target recommendation cards from the candidate recommendation cards, initiate an invitation request for a target service resource corresponding to the target recommendation cards, and at a certain moment, the initiated invitation request can be an interview reservation request or a subscription request. The user can initiate a interview reservation request to at least one target service resource, and can also initiate a subscription request to a service resource corresponding to a certain target recommended card.
It should be noted that the interview link is suitable for specific service personnel, such as, for example, special family members such as, for example, the jiffy, the family members, etc., and the detailed page of the service personnel can display an interview reservation control, and based on the input of the interview reservation control by the user, an interview reservation request can be initiated.
After receiving the interview reservation request of the service personnel corresponding to at least one target recommended card, the target platform establishes interview connection between the user terminal and the terminal corresponding to the service personnel based on the received interview reservation request, and can sequentially establish interview connection between the terminal corresponding to the service personnel and the user terminal for the plurality of service personnel under the condition that the user initiates interview reservation requests for the plurality of service personnel. And the process of establishing an interview connection can be understood as inviting users and service personnel to enter an interview room.
After receiving a signing request for a service resource corresponding to a target recommended card, the target platform initiates an online signing process based on the received signing request so as to directly lock the service resource based on the requirement of a user and complete signing.
The subscription request can be directly initiated to the service personnel for the case that the service resource is the service personnel, and the subscription request can be initiated to the equipment attribution for the case that the service resource is the equipment.
In the embodiment, after receiving the interview reservation request initiated by the user, the target platform establishes interview connection so as to enable both parties participating in interview to be known in more detail through online interview; after receiving a signing request initiated by a user, the target platform initiates an online signing process, and can directly lock service resources based on the needs of the user to complete signing.
As an optional embodiment, the recommendation request received by the target platform may be sent by the user terminal based on a confirmation input of the user to a prompt pop-up window, where the prompt pop-up window is displayed based on a second input meeting a preset input feature of the user in the service resource list page, and the prompt pop-up window includes prompt information about whether the service resource needs to be recommended; or alternatively
The recommendation request is generated and sent by the user terminal after the service resource list page is displayed based on a second input of a second control in the service resource list page by a user.
The recommendation request received by the target platform can be sent based on confirmation input of the prompt popup by the user or can be sent based on second input of the second control by the user.
Aiming at the condition that a recommendation request is sent based on confirmation input, after the user terminal displays the service resource list page, if the user monitors second input meeting preset input characteristics in the service resource list page, the display of a prompt popup window is triggered based on the second input, and the prompt popup window comprises prompt information of whether the service resource needs to be recommended or not. And under the condition that confirmation input of a user for the prompt popup is received, the user terminal directly sends a recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform.
And aiming at the condition that a recommendation request is sent based on the second input of the user to the second control, after the service resource list page is displayed, if the user terminal receives the second input of the second control in the service resource list page, responding to the second input, generating a recommendation request carrying user service requirement information, and sending the recommendation request to the target platform. The second control can be understood as a service resource request control, and when receiving the second input of the user to the second control, the second control confirms that the user initiatively initiates a request for acquiring the service resource, and at this time, a recommendation request can be generated based on the service requirement information of the user and sent to the target platform.
After receiving the recommendation request, the target platform determines target merchants among a plurality of merchants based on the recommendation request, and the target merchants provide service resources, so that the matching of the target platform and the merchants provides matched service resources for users.
According to the embodiment, the target platform can receive the recommendation request which is initiated by the user based on the prompt and indicates the recommended service resource, can also receive the recommendation request which is initiated by the user actively, and is matched with the merchant to recommend the service resource for the user based on the received recommendation request, so that the purpose of searching the proper service resource for the user based on the recommendation request is achieved.
In the overall implementation process of the target platform side service resource recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the user service requirement information is received, the candidate service resources meeting the service requirement of the user can be determined based on the user service requirement information, the candidate recommendation cards corresponding to the candidate service resources are fed back to the user terminal, the user can select the service resources based on the candidate recommendation cards, and the user can actively determine the appropriate service resources; under the condition that a recommendation request carrying user service demand information sent by a user is received, clues are issued to a plurality of merchants, a target merchant is determined based on order receiving information fed back by the merchants, the target merchant is connected with the user, matched service resources are provided for the user, and the target platform and the merchants cooperate to recommend the service resources for the user; and the method and the device can be compatible with two service resource recommendation modes, isolate conflicts of different service modes and improve the retention rate of users.
Further, after receiving a interview reservation request initiated by a user, the target platform establishes interview connection so as to enable the participating parties to know in more detail through online interview; after receiving a signing request initiated by a user, the target platform initiates an online signing process, and can directly lock service resources based on the needs of the user to complete signing.
The target platform can receive a recommendation request initiated by a user based on prompt, can also receive a recommendation request initiated by the user actively, and is matched with a merchant to recommend service resources for the user based on the received recommendation request, so that the user is searched for suitable service resources based on the recommendation request.
The embodiment of the application also provides a service resource selection device, which is applied to the user terminal, and is shown in fig. 5, and includes:

under the condition that user service demand information is acquired and first input of a user to a first control in the service resource list page is received, responding to the first input, reporting the user service demand information to a target platform, and displaying candidate recommended cards which are fed back by the target platform and respectively correspond to N candidate service resources matched with the user service demand information, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
and under the condition that the first input is not received and the second input of the user in the service resource list page is received, responding to the second input, and sending a recommendation request for recommending the service resource to the target platform.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein, in the case of obtaining user service requirement information and receiving a first input of a user to a first control in the service resource list page, reporting the user service requirement information to a target platform and displaying candidate recommended cards corresponding to N candidate service resources matched with the user service requirement information and fed back by the target platform, in response to the first input, the method comprises:
responding to a first editing input of a user in a demand information collection area of the service resource list page, and acquiring service demand information of the user;
responding to a first input of the first control, and reporting the user service requirement information to the target platform;
and receiving candidate recommended cards respectively corresponding to N candidate service resources fed back by the target platform based on the user service demand information, and displaying the N candidate recommended cards on the service resource list page.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the service resource list page includes a preset number of recommended cards for default service resources;
the displaying the N candidate recommended cards on the service resource list page comprises the following steps:
And updating the recommended cards of the default service resources with the preset number of the recommended cards as the N candidate recommended cards.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after presenting candidate recommended cards for each of the N candidate service resources, the method further comprises:
receiving a third input of a target recommendation card in the N candidate recommendation cards;
responding to the third input, and displaying a detail page of the target service resource corresponding to the target recommendation card;
responsive to a fourth input within the details page, sending an invite request for the target service resource to the target platform, the invite request including at least one of a interview reservation request, a sign-up request;
the target recommended card comprises at least part of the N candidate recommended cards.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending, in response to the second input, a recommendation request to recommend a service resource to the target platform comprises:
under the condition that the first input is not received and the second input of a user meeting preset input characteristics in the service resource list page is monitored, responding to the second input, triggering the display of a prompt popup, and sending the recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform based on the confirmation input of the prompt popup, wherein the prompt popup comprises prompt information of whether the service resource needs to be recommended or not; or alternatively
Under the condition that the first input is not received and the second input of a second control in the service resource list page is received, responding to the second input, and sending the recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform;

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending the recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to the target platform based on the confirmation input to the prompt pop includes one of:
in the case that the user service requirement information is acquired before the confirmation input is received, responding to the confirmation input, generating the recommendation request based on the user service requirement information and sending the recommendation request to the target platform;
in the case that the user service requirement information is not acquired before the confirmation input is received, a requirement information collection area is displayed in response to the confirmation input, the user service requirement information is acquired based on a second editing input in the requirement information collection area, and the recommendation request is generated based on the user service requirement information and sent to the target platform.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein said sending said recommendation request carrying user service requirement information to said target platform in response to said second input comprises one of:

8. The method of claim 1, wherein after presenting candidate recommended cards for each of the N candidate service resources, the method further comprises:
when a fifth input indicating to exit the current page is received, judging whether an invitation request aiming at least one candidate service resource is initiated or not, wherein the invitation request comprises at least one of interview reservation request and subscription request;
If the invitation request is initiated, directly exiting the current page;
if the invitation request is not initiated, detecting whether a recommendation request for recommending the service resource is sent to the target platform or not;
if the recommendation request is sent, directly exiting the current page;
and if the recommendation request is not sent, sending the recommendation request to the target platform.

The method of claim 9, wherein the recommendation request is sent by the user terminal based on a user's confirmation input to a prompt pop-up, the prompt pop-up being displayed based on a user's second input within the service resource list page satisfying a preset input feature, and the prompt pop-up including prompt information of whether a recommended service resource is required; or alternatively
