Abstract

further, the motor 301 is started, the motor shaft 302 is further driven to rotate, the motor shaft 302 drives the rotating rod 303 to rotate when rotating, the rotating rod 303 can drive the driving frame 304 to move, the driving frame 304 can drive the sliding frame 307 to move, further, the poking sheets of the switches 9 are poked and detected, and the sliding frame 307 horizontally slides in the two limiting sliding grooves 308, so when the motor shaft 302 drives the rotating rod 303 to rotate for one circle, the sliding frame 307 can be driven to reciprocate once, so that the poking sheets of the switches 9 can be poked back and forth once, and therefore, the poking sheets of the switches 9 can be poked repeatedly through continuous rotation of the motor shaft 302, and further the service life of the switches 9 can be detected;
it should be further noted that if a short circuit or other accident occurs during the detection process, the fuse wire 508 is heated first, the connecting plate 507 is melted rapidly, so that the two fastening strips 506 lose connection, the shroud 501 loses binding force, and since the two springs 504 are in a stretched state before, after the shroud 501 loses binding force, the two shrouds 501 can be reset rapidly under the retractive force of the two springs 504, so that the detector is protected, and the spread of sparks or fire is avoided; meanwhile, when the two shields 501 are closed, the two fire extinguisher switches 7 can be mutually pressed, so that the two fire extinguishers 6 can be opened to extinguish the fire of the detector 1, and the use safety of the detector 1 is ensured.

the detector is provided with a power device, the power device is provided with a stirring device, the stirring device is used for stirring a plurality of stirring sheets of the switches, the detector is provided with a wire, the wire is connected with a plurality of clamping devices, a fire-isolating plate for isolating a fire source is arranged between two adjacent clamping devices, and the fire-isolating plate is arranged on the top side of the detector;
the detector is used for detecting the fire of the switch, and the detector is used for detecting the fire of the switch; the protection device is provided with two fire extinguisher switches, the two fire extinguisher switches are respectively and electrically connected with the two fire extinguishers, the positions of the two fire extinguisher switches are correspondingly arranged, and when the two fire extinguisher switches are contacted, the two fire extinguishers are started to extinguish the fire; a spray head is arranged at the bottom side of the fire extinguisher, and the spray head is positioned in the protective device; the clamping device comprises a fixed sleeve and a movable sleeve, and the switch is clamped between the fixed sleeve and the movable sleeve;
the fixed sleeve is provided with two telescopic grooves, telescopic rods are movably arranged in the two telescopic grooves, the other end of each telescopic rod is arranged on the movable sleeve, a telescopic spring is sleeved on each telescopic rod, and two ends of each telescopic spring are respectively arranged on one side, close to each other, of the fixed sleeve and one side, close to each other, of each movable sleeve; the bottom sides of the fixing sleeves are provided with plug blocks, the top side of the detector is provided with a plurality of plug grooves, and the plug blocks are respectively plugged in the plug grooves; the fixed sleeve and the movable sleeve are respectively provided with a sliding hole, the two sliding holes are internally and movably provided with a movable seat, the lead is connected to the two movable seats, the movable seat is provided with a plug wire seat, the plug wire seat is provided with an adjusting groove, the adjusting groove is internally and movably provided with two plugs, and the adjusting groove is used for adjusting the distance between the two plugs;
the lead is connected to the plug, and the plug is inserted into the wiring seat of the switch.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the power unit includes a motor for driving the carriage to slide, and a carriage, the motor being mounted on a top side of the tester;
the motor is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, a rotating rod is arranged at the top end of the motor shaft, a driving frame is movably arranged on the rotating rod, the driving frame is arranged on the sliding frame, two limiting sliding grooves are formed in the top side of the detector, and the sliding frame is slidably arranged in the two limiting sliding grooves.

The device for inspecting electronic components according to claim 6, wherein two sliding grooves are formed on both sides of the inspecting instrument, sliding blocks are mounted on both sides of the protecting cover, the two sliding blocks are respectively slidably mounted in the two sliding grooves, a spring is mounted on the sliding blocks, and the other end of the spring is mounted on the inner wall of the sliding groove.
