The pressure detection device for electric cooker production according to claim 1, wherein the power assembly comprises a connecting rod (403), a first gear (404), a motor (405) and a second gear (406); the lower part of the lifting assembly is rotatably connected with a connecting rod (403); the outer surface of the connecting rod (403) is fixedly connected with a first gear (404); the outer surface of the detection cylinder (1) is fixedly connected with a motor (405); a second gear (406) is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the motor (405); the second gear (406) is in fit transmission with the first gear (404).
