It should be noted that, the invention is a multifunctional valve for petroleum equipment, when in use, firstly connecting flanges 9 at two ends of a mounting tank body 5 with a pipeline, then fixedly connecting the connecting flanges 9 with the pipeline through bolts, then stretching outer connecting shells 2 at two sides to enable the outer connecting shells 2 to be sleeved on the pipeline, then fixing mounting fixing rings 3 arranged on the outer connecting shells 2 on the pipeline through bolts, when leakage occurs at the connecting part of the connecting flanges 9 and the pipeline, starting a pressure pump 11 arranged to enable the pressure pump 11 to pressurize the inside of the outer shell 1, and further preventing the leakage, the outer connecting shells 2 arranged can seal the outer connecting shells 2 and the pipeline to prevent the leaked petroleum from being exposed to the external environment, thereby preventing the occurrence of danger and environmental pollution, a collecting box 13 arranged inside a collecting shell 12 can collect and store the petroleum which is possibly leaked, the leaked oil is prevented from flowing everywhere, when the flow is required to be controlled, the rotating hand wheel 7 is held and pressed downwards, the rotating hand wheel 7 is enabled to drive the rotating shaft 6 to move downwards, the connecting bottom plate 15 is further driven to move downwards, the connecting bottom plate 15 drives the mounting connecting rod 16 to move downwards, the mounting connecting rod 16 moves downwards to the inside of the mounting through hole 19 at the upper end of the mounting connecting block 18, the rotating hand wheel 7 is rotated, the rotating hand wheel 7 drives the rotating shaft 6 to rotate, the mounting connecting rod 16 drives the mounting connecting block 18 to rotate, the mounting connecting block 18 drives the limiting connecting block 21 to rotate, the limiting connecting block 21 rotates inside the limiting groove 20, the mounting connecting block 18 further drives the valve clack 23 to rotate, the inside of the mounting tank body 5 is blocked, the flow on two sides of the valve clack 23 can be detected through the arranged flow meter 10, when the rotating hand wheel 7 is loosened, the rotating shaft 6 can be bounced by the limiting spring 17 which is arranged in a matched mode, the rotating hand wheel 7 is enabled to be restored, the installation connecting rod 16 is enabled to be separated from the installation through hole 19, the installation connecting rod 18 can be limited by the limiting connecting block 21 which is arranged, even if the installation connecting rod 16 is separated from the installation through hole 19, the valve clack 23 can be prevented from rotating due to liquid flowing, the valve clack 23 is prevented from shifting, after the flow is adjusted by rotating the rotating hand wheel 7, the valve clack 23 is prevented from being pushed to rotate due to overlarge liquid flow, the rotating knob 28 is twisted at the moment, the rotating knob 28 drives the fixed connecting rod 27 to rotate, the fixed connecting rod 27 extends into the installation tank body 5, one end of the fixed connecting rod 27 is inserted into the fixing groove 26 on the connecting support rod 25, and the fixed connecting rod 27 further plays a role in supporting and fixing the valve, the valve can be further sealed by the arranged external connecting shell 2 and the outer shell 1, when leakage occurs at the joint of the connecting flange 9 and a pipeline, the external connecting shell 2 arranged outside the connecting flange 9 can play a double sealing role, and the arranged collecting box 13 can also collect the leaked liquid, so that the centralized treatment is facilitated; the flow can be better controlled through the arranged connecting inner shell 14, the operation is simple and rapid, the valve clack 23 can be rotated only by pressing and rotating the rotating hand wheel 7, and the flow can be adjusted conveniently; the connecting support rod 25 and the fixed connecting rod 27 are matched with each other for use, so that the valve clack 23 can be supported and fixed, the valve clack 23 is prevented from being pushed to rotate by overlarge liquid flow, and the flow control is prevented from being influenced; because the most between this device is through bolt fixed connection, so convenient to detach, when certain part takes place to damage, only need to change the part of damage and need not change whole device, save material, reduce cost is convenient for change, has better practicality and creativity.

the outer connecting shell (2) is made of telescopic rubber materials, mounting fixing rings (3) are mounted at ports of the outer connecting shell (2), a pressure pump (11) is arranged inside the outer connecting shell (2), a collecting shell (12) is arranged at the bottom end of the outer connecting shell (2), and a collecting box (13) is mounted inside the collecting shell (12);

2. The multifunctional valve for petroleum equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer shell (1) and the outer connecting shell (2) are locked and fixed with each other through bolts, and the port of the outer connecting shell (2) is provided with the mounting and fixing ring (3).
3. The multifunctional valve for petroleum equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inside of installation casing (4) is provided with axis of rotation (6), the upper end fixedly connected with of axis of rotation (6) rotates hand wheel (7).

A. firstly, connecting flanges (9) at two ends of a mounting tank body (5) are connected with a pipeline, then the connecting flanges (9) are fixedly connected with the pipeline through bolts, outer connecting shells (2) at two sides are stretched towards two sides, the outer connecting shells (2) are sleeved on the pipeline, then mounting fixing rings (3) arranged on the outer connecting shells (2) are fixed on the pipeline through bolts, and when the connecting parts of the connecting flanges (9) and the pipeline leak, a pressure pump (11) is started, so that the pressure pump (11) pressurizes the inside of the outer shells (2), and further prevents leakage;
B. when the flow needs to be controlled, the rotating hand wheel (7) is held and pressed downwards, so that the rotating hand wheel (7) drives the rotating shaft (6) to move downwards, the connecting bottom plate (15) is driven to move downwards, the connecting bottom plate (15) further drives the mounting connecting rod (16) to move downwards, the mounting connecting rod (16) moves downwards to the inside of a mounting through hole (19) at the upper end of the mounting connecting block (18), the rotating hand wheel (7) is rotated, the rotating hand wheel (7) drives the rotating shaft (6) to rotate, the mounting connecting rod (16) drives the mounting connecting block (18) to rotate, the mounting connecting block (18) drives the limiting connecting block to rotate (21), the limiting connecting block (21) rotates in the limiting groove (20), and the mounting connecting block (18) further drives the valve flap (23) to rotate, the inner part of the installation tank body (5) is plugged, the flow of the two sides of the valve clack (23) is detected through the arranged flowmeter (10), when the rotating hand wheel is loosened, the rotating shaft (6) can be bounced by the limit spring (17) which is arranged in a matched mode, the rotating hand wheel (7) is enabled to be restored to the original position, the installation connecting rod (16) is enabled to be separated from the installation through hole (19), and the installation connecting block (18) is limited by the arranged limit connecting block (21);
