本发明提供一种洁净室用节能新风系统,包括新风机箱,新风机箱中设有室外空气进风腔、室内空气进风腔、室内空气排风腔、室外空气排风腔和热交换腔,室外空气进风腔的腔口处安装有进风扇,室外空气进风腔内设置有洗气箱,洗气箱出风口的一侧设置有净化装置,室外空气进风腔和室外空气排风腔通过热交换腔连通,热交换腔中设有输风管,室内空气进风腔和室内空气排风腔通过输风管连通,室内空气排风腔中设有抽风机A,室外空气排风腔中设有抽风机B。本发明提高能源利用效率,有利于节能环保;本发明可吸附微尘和除去气味,使进入的新风更加的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及新风设备技术领域,具体为一种洁净室用节能新风系统。
背景技术
洁净室广泛的应用在制药或食品等领域,洁净室内的新风送入是满足人员卫生要求的主要手段,而送入的新风需要经过处理才能满足洁净室的空气要求,而空气的处理需要用到处理系统。但是现有的新风系统大都为独立结构,新风系统只是起到为室内输送新风的目的,能源利用率低,不符合节能环保的要求;随着我国工业化进程的加快,空气污染变得越来越严峻,现有的新风系统缺少空气污染处理装置及预热装置,受污染的空气进入室内,不利于人们的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洁净室用节能新风系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种洁净室用节能新风系统,包括新风机箱,所述新风机箱中设有室外空气进风腔、室内空气进风腔、室内空气排风腔、室外空气排风腔和热交换腔,所述室外空气进风腔的腔口处安装有进风扇,所述室外空气进风腔内设置有洗气箱,所述洗气箱的一侧设有进风口,且另一侧的出风口安装有除雾器,所述洗气箱的底端通过洗液管连接蓄液腔,所述蓄液腔的出液口处安装有过滤器,且出液口与循环管连接,所述循环管上安装有循环泵,且所述循环管的出液端伸入所述洗气箱内顶部,且与雾化喷管连接,所述洗气箱出风口的一侧设置有净化装置,所述净化装置包括装置壳体及设置在装置壳体内的预过滤网层、过滤棉层及活性炭吸附层,所述室外空气进风腔和室外空气排风腔通过热交换腔连通,热交换腔中设有输风管,室内空气进风腔和室内空气排风腔通过输风管连通,所述室内空气排风腔中设有抽风机A,室外空气排风腔中设有抽风机B。
所述热交换腔内由上至下依次间隔交错的设置有导流板。
所述导流板为向下倾斜设置。
所述洗气箱的进风口处设置有管径缩小段。
所述管径缩小段的进风口处设置有气体均流板。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:
1、本发明的新风机箱设有热交换腔,热交换腔中设有若干排的输风管,室内的空气通过输风管被排到室外,室外的空气在热交换腔中与室内的空气进行热交换,提高能源利用效率,有利于节能环保;
2、本发明室外空气进风腔内设置有洗气箱,对空气进行喷水,除去空气中的漂浮物,洗气箱出风口的一侧设置有净化装置,净化装置包括装置壳体及设置在装置壳体内的预过滤网层、过滤棉层及活性炭吸附层,可吸附微尘和除去气味,使进入的新风更加的健康;
3、本发明洗气箱的底端通过洗液管连接蓄液腔,蓄液腔的出液口处安装有过滤器,且出液口与循环管连接,循环管上安装有循环泵,通过循环泵和过滤器的作用可实现清洗液的重复使用,节约了清洗液,降低了净化处理的成本。

请参阅图1,本发明提供技术方案:一种洁净室用节能新风系统,包括新风机箱1,新风机箱1中设有室外空气进风腔2、室内空气进风腔3、室内空气排风腔4、室外空气排风腔5和热交换腔6,室外空气进风腔2的腔口处安装有进风扇7,室外空气进风腔2内设置有洗气箱8,洗气箱8的一侧设有进风口,且另一侧的出风口安装有除雾器9,洗气箱8的底端通过洗液管连接蓄液腔10,蓄液腔10的出液口处安装有过滤器11,且出液口与循环管12连接,循环管12上安装有循环泵13,且循环管12的出液端伸入洗气箱8内顶部,且与雾化喷管14连接,洗气箱8出风口的一侧设置有净化装置15,净化装置15包括装置壳体151及设置在装置壳体151内的预过滤网层152、过滤棉层153及活性炭吸附层154,室外空气进风腔2和室外空气排风腔5通过热交换腔6连通,热交换腔6中设有输风管16,室内空气进风腔3和室内空气排风腔4通过输风管16连通,室内空气排风腔4中设有抽风机A17,室外空气排风腔5中设有抽风机B18。
热交换腔6内由上至下依次间隔交错的设置有导流板19,可引导外界空气的流动,延长流动的路径,则增大了热交换的效率及效果。
导流板19为向下倾斜设置,确保气流顺畅。
具体工作原理:开启进风扇7、抽风机B18及抽风机A,室内空气通过输风管16形成流动,室外空气进入洗气箱8,雾化喷管14上的高压雾化碰头将清洗液雾化后对流动的空气进行清洗,清洗后的清洗液流入蓄液腔10内通过过滤器11过滤,循环泵13启动使得清洗液循环至雾化喷管14内继续清洗空气,清洗后的空气通过除雾器9除雾后,进入净化装置15内,通过预过滤网层152、过滤棉层153及活性炭吸附层154的层层净化过滤,可吸附微尘和除去气味,使进入的新风更加的健康,净化后的空气在热交换腔6中与室内的空气进行热交换,则净化后的空气达到预热的温度,则提高了能源利用效率。
实施例2
请参阅图2,在实施例1技术方案的基础上,洗气箱8的进风口处设置有管径缩小段20,可聚风保持气体流动顺畅,且降低气体流动阻力。
管径缩小段20的进风口处设置有气体均流板21,使得气体均匀的进入洗气箱8内。
