Abstract
本发明的现浇保温管道及浇注方法,是由一个以上的保温管依次连接构成,所述的保温管是由内管、发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ和保护套管构成,其中,内管的长度大于保护套管,在内管外套装了保护套管且内管的两端祼露在保护套管外、并在内管和保护套管间填充了发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ。本发明的现浇保温管道,结构设计合理,其保温层为发泡水泥,具有良好的绝热性、稳定性,管道焊接时,发泡水泥不会因为电弧的高温而产生回缩的现象,贴合性好、耐久性强。

技术领域
本发明属于保温管道,主要涉及现浇保温管道及浇注方法。
背景技术
一些暴露在空气中的管道或者是埋在地下的管道,由于长期的在其所处的环境下使用,会造成管道的损坏,形成裂缝,使管道内的气体或者是液体泄露,尤其在气温比较低的时候,管道甚至被冻裂,所以,现在一般的管道外侧都套装有保温套管,然后,在管道与保温套管之间填充有保温层,用以保护管道,但现有的保温套管有的还存在一些弊端,如公开号为CN 206191173 U,名称为硬质聚氨酯塑料泡沫保温管,其工作管道内外均涂有胺固化环氧树脂涂层、聚酰胺环氧树脂涂层,所述的胺固化环氧树脂涂层外部填充有硬质聚氨酯塑料泡沫层,所述的硬质聚氨酯塑料泡沫层外侧具有外护管道,而在实际施工过程中,需要将两个工作管道端头焊接在一起,在焊接的过程中,电弧的高温会传递给工作管道,继而使工作管道端头处的聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层因受热而回缩,使其与玻璃钢管体产生一定的缝隙,失去对工作管道的保护作用。
发明内容
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了现浇PVC保温管道。
本发明的现浇保温管道,是由一个以上的保温管依次连接构成,所述的保温管是由内管、发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ和保护套管构成,其中,内管的长度大于保护套管,在内管外套装了保护套管且内管的两端祼露在保护套管外、并在内管和保护套管间填充了发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ。
作为本发明的进一步改进,相邻的保温管间的内管相固定连通,并在连接处设有连接套管,连接套管与两端的保护套管相接,并在其内填充有发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ,在连接套管上设有发泡水泥注入口。
本发明的现浇保温管道的浇注方法,是通过以下方法实现的:
(1)保温管的浇注:将内管置于保护套管内形成一个环隙空间,同时,内管的两端长出保护套管,将内管和保护套管一端的环隙空间封堵,然后,从另一端向环隙空间内注入发泡水泥,注满后,待发泡水泥凝固形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ,即制得保温管;
(2)保温管道的浇注:将步骤预制好的一个以上的保温管的内管对准焊接固定,并在焊接好的内管的祼露处套上连接套管后,通过连接套管上的发泡水泥注入口向其内填充发泡水泥,注满后,在连接处形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ,完成保温管的连接,形成保温管道。
本发明的现浇保温管道,结构设计合理,其保温层为发泡水泥,具有良好的绝热性、稳定性,管道焊接时,发泡水泥不会因为电弧的高温而产生回缩的现象,贴合性好、耐久性强。

实施方式
实施例1
本发明的现浇保温管道,是由一个以上的保温管1依次连接构成。所述的保温管1是由内管2、发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ3和保护套管4构成,如图1所示,其中,内管2的长度大于保护套管4,在内管2外套装了保护套管4且内管2的两端祼露在保护套管4外、并在内管2和保护套管4间填充了发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ3,发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ3的厚度为5~6cm,具体说两端的内管2分别长于保护套管4为10~15cm,内管2可选择用钢管;保护套管4的材质可选用白钢、镀锌铁皮、PVC、铝板、玻璃钢等,不同材质的保温管1用于不同的环境或场所内;相邻的保温管1间的内管2相固定连通,并在连接处设有连接套管5,连接套管5与两端的保护套管4相接,并在其内填充有发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ6,在连接套管5上设有发泡水泥注入口7。
实施例2
本发明的现浇保温管的浇注方法,是通过以下方法实现的:
(1)保温管的浇注:将内管2置于保护套管4内形成一个环隙空间,同时,内管2的两端长出保护套管4,将内管2和保护套管4一端的间隙用堵头封堵,所述的堵头为中心有孔的圆形盘,中心孔的内径与内管2的外径相同、圆形盘的直径略大于保护套管4的直径,使得内管2可从圆形盘的中心孔穿过,圆形盘的外沿下方设有凹槽卡在保护套管4的管口壁上将其支撑固定封堵;然后,在内管2和保护套管4的另一端设有支撑环,所述的支撑环是在一圆环的环周均匀布设有3~6个支撑杆,支撑杆的长度为内管2与保护套管4间的距离、且其另一端的端头设有防滑胶垫,使用时,将另一端的内管2从圆环中穿过,支撑杆的端头抵在保护套管4的内壁将其支撑,防滑垫可以起到防滑的作用,浇注时从支撑杆之间的间隙向环隙空间内注入发泡水泥,注满后,待发泡水泥凝固形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ3,即制得保温管;
(2)保温管道的浇注:首先,选取直接略大于保温管1、长度略大于两个对接的内管2长度之和的连接套管5,将连接套管5套接在保温管1的一端,将步骤(1)预制好的一个以上的保温管1的内管2对准焊接固定,再将连接套管5从保温管1一端拉出,使连接套管5的两端正好分别套在相对的保护套管4的一端,并将裸露在外面的内管2包裹起来、并形成一个环隙空间,连接套管5与保护套管4之间的缝隙用密封胶和胶带进行密封处理,然后,通过连接套管5上的发泡水泥注入口7向环隙空间内填充发泡水泥,注满后,在环隙空间内形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ6,待发泡水泥凝固后,将发泡水泥注入口7进行封堵密封,并在连接套管5外壁环周用紧固夹将其夹紧固定,至此,完成保温管1的连接,形成保温管道。
实施例3
本发明的现浇保温管的浇注方法,是通过以下方法实现的:
(1)保温管的浇注:将内管2置于保护套管4内形成一个环隙空间,同时,内管2的两端长出保护套管4,将内管2和保护套管4一端的环隙空间封堵,然后,从另一端向环隙空间内注入发泡水泥,注满后,待发泡水泥凝固形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ3,即制得保温管;
(2)保温管道的浇注:首先,将步骤(1)预制好的一个以上的保温管1的内管2对准焊接固定,并在焊接好的内管2的祼露处包裹有连接套管5,所述的连接套管5是由两片相对的半圆柱型管的一侧通过连接件铰接在一起、另一侧卡扣扣合,每片半圆柱型管的两端均开有半圆形孔,两片合上后在两端形穿透孔,使用时,把连接套管打开,并将半圆柱型管置于内管连接处,使两侧的保护套管4落入半圆柱型管两端的半圆形孔内,再将另一片半圆柱型管扣合上,使连接套管5与内管2之间形成一个环隙空间,同时,使连接套管5的外壁与保护套管4外壁平齐,在连接套管5外壁环周用锁扣将其两片半圆柱型管紧固防止开口涨开,用密封胶将连接套管5与保护套管4之间的缝隙密封处理,再通过连接套管5上的发泡水泥注入口7向环隙空间内填充发泡水泥,注满后,在环隙空间内形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ6,待发泡水泥凝固后,将发泡水泥注入口7进行封堵密封,并在连接套管5外壁环周用紧固夹将其夹紧固定,至此,完成保温管1的连接,形成保温管道。
Claims (3)
1.现浇保温管道,是由一个以上的保温管(1)依次连接构成,其特征在于所述的保温管(1)是由内管(2)、发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ(3)和保护套管(4)构成,其中,内管(2)的长度大于保护套管(4),在内管(2)外套装了保护套管(4)且内管(2)的两端祼露在保护套管(4)外、并在内管(2)和保护套管(4)间填充了发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的现浇保温管,其特征在于相邻的保温管(1)间的内管(2)相固定连通,并在连接处设有连接套管(5),连接套管(5)与两端的保护套管(4)相接,并在其内填充有发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ(6),在连接套管(5)上设有发泡水泥注入口(7)。
3.制备权利要求1所述的现浇保温管道的浇注方法,是通过以下方法实现的:
(1)保温管的浇注:将内管(2)置于保护套管(4)内形成一个环隙空间,同时,内管(2)的两端长出保护套管(4),将内管(2)和保护套管(4)一端的环隙空间封堵,然后,从另一端向环隙空间内注入发泡水泥,注满后,待发泡水泥凝固形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅰ(3),即制得保温管;
(2)保温管道的浇注:将步骤(1)预制好的一个以上的保温管(1)的内管(2)对准焊接固定,并在焊接好的内管(2)的祼露处套上连接套管(5)后,通过连接套管(5)上的发泡水泥注入口(7)向其内填充发泡水泥,注满后,在连接处形成发泡水泥保温层Ⅱ(6),完成保温管的连接,形成保温管道。
