Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a thin-wall structure for a curb film and a renovation and repair construction method, and belongs to the technical field of traffic engineering construction.
Background
A curb is a marker that is provided between a road surface and other structures. The pavement and the pavement of the urban road are generally provided with the curb stones, and the edges of the central partition belt, the right side edges of the traffic lanes or the outer side edges of the shoulders of the roads are often provided with the curb stones, so that the arrangement of the curb stones not only plays roles of guiding, connecting and facilitating drainage, but also has certain help for pavement construction and stability of the shoulders.
The prior common curbs include rock curbs and concrete curbs, the rock curbs have good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, but have high manufacturing cost, are difficult to apply on a large scale on roads, and are easy to break under the action of external force. The concrete precast block curb has poor corrosion damage capability for resisting continuous freezing and thawing damage under natural climate conditions and corrosion damage caused by snow removing agents, and is easy to generate diseases such as surface loosening, peeling, edge deficiency, corner drop and the like in the normal use process, the diseases are more serious in northern areas of China, and particularly when ice salt is scattered on pavement in cold areas, the circulating salt freezing effect can accelerate the surface drop of concrete, and a series of diseases are caused.
The traditional repairing method is to remove and integrally replace the original curb, the damaged curb is directly discarded as construction waste, environmental pollution is caused, the normal traffic of roads is greatly influenced by overlong replacement time, and the operation cost of the road management and maintenance department is greatly increased due to overhigh replacement funds. It is therefore necessary to develop a low-cost, high-efficiency curb renovation and repair construction method.
Chinese patent document CN107905056A discloses a municipal road curb outer edge repairing method and a special die, which are used for solving the repairing problem after the prior curb is damaged. The method comprises the steps of finding a damaged position in a curb, milling the damaged position by using a milling roller, forming a gap to be repaired after milling, drilling a hole at the gap to be repaired by using a drill bit, cleaning the gap to be repaired and the hole, installing an anchor in the hole, arranging a wire-shaped object extending to the gap to be repaired on the anchor, spraying epoxy repair mortar or adhesive on the surfaces of the gap to be repaired and the anchor, grouting the gap to be repaired by using a grouting tool, forming a repair block after curing and hardening the grouting mortar, taking down the special die, polishing the repaired position by using a polishing machine, and the like. The method is only used for repairing the damaged part, has low integrity and is easy to collide and damage in the actual use process.
