Example 1
The present invention provides a washing machine, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, 6, and 9, the washing machine 100 includes:
a first cylinder defining a washing chamber therein; in this embodiment, the first drum may be configured as a pulsator drum or a drum, which is disposed in a cabinet of the washing machine 100, as shown in fig. 9, and it should be understood that the drum may be configured as a slant drum or a flat drum;
a second cylinder 10, the second cylinder 10 being rotatably provided in the washing chamber of the first cylinder;
and a hinge assembly 30, the hinge assembly 30 connecting the first and second cylinders 10, respectively, such that the second cylinder 10 can pivot with respect to the first cylinder, wherein the hinge assembly 30 is provided with a waterway passage and/or a wire passage that can communicate with the second cylinder 10. Specifically, through improving the structural design of the hinge part, the waterway and/or the circuit of the second barrel 10 are connected at the hinge part of the first barrel and the second barrel 10 in a penetrating way, so that the internal space of the hinge part is effectively utilized, the space occupied by the waterway and/or the circuit connected between the first barrel and the second barrel 10 in a penetrating way is reduced, and the waterway and/or the circuit are orderly arranged. It should be appreciated that the hinge assembly 30 may be coupled to the extension structure of the first barrel and may also be coupled to the housing supporting the first barrel.
In one embodiment, the first barrel is provided with a first dispensing opening 21, and the hinge assembly 30 comprises at least two hinge parts with rotating shafts for forming a hinge support of the second barrel 10, so that the second barrel 10 can pivot relative to the first dispensing opening 21; the hinge parts are all arranged at one side of the first throwing opening 21, so that the second cylinder 10 is partially embedded in the first throwing opening 21 of the washing machine. Specifically, the second drum 10 is partially embedded in the inner drum of the first drum, and the structure of the first drum is similar to that of a conventional drum washing machine, with little modification to the structure of the conventional single drum washing machine. The embedded assembly structure of the first cylinder body and the second cylinder body provides the function of classifying and processing clothes by multiple barrels, and reduces the influence of the arrangement of the multiple barrels on the front and back sizes of the washing machine while not increasing the height of the washing machine.
In one embodiment, a hinge portion is provided with a waterway channel and a wire channel for respectively penetrating the water inlet, the water outlet, and the electronic wire harness of the second cylinder. The water inlet, water outlet and electronic wire harness cross-connection structure of the second cylinder body 10 are integrated in the same hinge part, and one hinge part structure and the assembly structure of the hinge part structure and the second cylinder body 10 are changed.
