As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a keg assembly for a washing machine, which is opened and closed at a large tub inlet of the large tub assembly of the washing machine; the keg assembly comprises a cartridge body, a hinge assembly 70 and a support member 50; wherein the hinge assembly 70 is positioned at one side of the tub input opening of the washing machine tub assembly; the cartridge is connected to a support member 50 that is rotatably connected to a hinge assembly 70; when the supporting member is pushed or pulled, the drum body and the supporting member 50 are opened and closed together at the large drum input opening of the large drum assembly of the washing machine.
The small barrel assembly is used as an independent washing barrel assembly and is independently opened and closed at a large barrel putting opening of the large barrel assembly of the washing machine. In this embodiment, the keg putting opening of keg subassembly is seted up towards the washing machine outside, can understand that keg putting opening and vat putting opening of vat subassembly all towards the washing machine outside, realize the isolation of vat subassembly and keg subassembly, and the user need not to open vat subassembly when using keg subassembly to wash clothing, and is more environmental protection clean. In other embodiments, the keg access opening of the keg assembly may also be oriented opposite the keg access opening of the keg assembly.
The utility model is developed by taking the example that the small barrel feeding opening of the small barrel component and the large barrel feeding opening of the large barrel component are both towards the outside of the washing machine.
The keg assembly of the present invention can be connected to the original rear door panel 10 of the washing machine and opened and closed integrally with the rear door panel 10. Or the original rear door panel 10 can be opened and closed again after the keg assembly is opened and closed.
The rear door plate 10 is used as an opening and closing structure of a large barrel feeding opening of a large barrel component of the washing machine, a first opening 11 is formed in the rear door plate 10, a small barrel feeding opening is formed in the small barrel component, and the small barrel feeding opening is opposite to the first opening 11; the front door panel 20 is used for forming an opening and closing structure of the keg dispensing opening, and the front door panel 20 is opened and closed at the first opening 11. When the front door panel 20 is closed in the keg aperture, a washing zone is formed in the keg assembly independent of the keg assembly.
The rear door panel 10 is provided with a first opening 11 on the basis of the traditional washing machine door panel, the use function of the original rear door panel 10 is not changed, and a first door lock and a sealing element on the traditional door panel are arranged on the rear door panel 10. Here without encumbrance.
In the utility model, the barrel body is provided with a small barrel feeding opening. The cylinder body comprises a small outer cylinder 31 and a small inner cylinder 32; the small inner cylinder 32 is located inside the small outer cylinder 31, and the small outer cylinder 31 is fixedly connected to the support member 50. Preferably, the small outer cylinder 31 and the small inner cylinder 32 have the same structure as the conventional inner and outer cylinders, a plurality of lifting ribs 321 are arranged in the small inner cylinder 32 for lifting clothes, and the small inner cylinder 32 is provided with a plurality of water permeable holes.
The keg assembly is driven by a direct drive motor 33; accordingly, the keg assembly of the present invention further comprises a direct drive motor and a housing 40.
The direct drive motor 33 drives the small inner drum 32 to rotate relative to the small outer drum 31 to process the clothes.
The cover 40 is located outside the small outer cylinder 31, and the cover 40 is a transparent cover. In the present invention, the cover 40 is protruded toward the tub assembly, the cover is located outside the tub body, and the cover 40 is sealed at the tub input opening of the tub assembly to form a washing area of the tub assembly.
The direct drive motor 33 is located between the drum and the cover 40. Specifically, the direct drive motor 33 is located between the small outer cylinder 31 and the cover 40, and the direct drive motor 33 drives the small inner cylinder 32 to rotate relative to the small outer cylinder 31. The small inner cylinder of the small barrel component is driven to work by adopting an independent driving device. The cover 40 is provided for preventing the liquid in the large keg assembly from splashing into the direct drive motor 33, and the direct drive motor 33 is provided on the outer surface of the small outer cylinder 31 for preventing the liquid in the small keg assembly from splashing into the direct drive motor 33.
In the utility model, the bottom shape of the cover 40 is matched with the direct drive motor 33 so as to realize that the cover 40 wraps the direct drive motor 33, the direct drive motor 33 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the small outer cylinder 31 and penetrates through the small outer cylinder 31 through the rotating shaft to drive the small inner cylinder 32 to rotate, and the small inner cylinder 32 is supported by the bearing while being driven to rotate by the rotating shaft. This part is the same principle as a conventional single tub.
Referring to figure 3, the housing 40 is generally bowl-shaped with the portion of the bowl bottom facing the keg assembly being a protrusion, the protrusion of the housing 40 being adapted to receive the direct drive motor 33 for driving the operation of the keg assembly. Preferably, the small outer cylinder 31 is recessed toward the small inner cylinder 32 to form a receiving groove corresponding to the protruding position of the cover 40, and the direct drive motor 33 is located in the receiving portion and the protruding portion. In addition, the diameter or width of the cover 40 in the direction toward the tub assembly is gradually reduced, preventing the cover 40 from interfering with the tub assembly during opening and closing.
In the present embodiment, the cover 40 and the small outer cylinder 31 are both connected to the support member 50, and the space therebetween accommodates the direct drive motor 33.
In other embodiments, the cover 40 can be directly and hermetically connected with the small outer cylinder 31, and can be used as a protective cover for the direct drive motor 33 and hermetically connected with the small outer cylinder 31, and the direct drive motor 33 is located between the cover 40 and the small outer cylinder 31. In the present invention, the direct drive motor 33 is a driving device of a conventional drum washing machine, and the direct drive motor drives the small inner drum to rotate forward and backward, and meanwhile, the clothes are lifted under the action of the lifting ribs 321, simulating hand rubbing. The direct drive motor can be replaced by a special impeller drive motor, the special impeller drive motor is a drive device of a conventional impeller washing machine, and the impeller drive motor drives the small inner barrel 32 to form a vortex in the small inner barrel 32 so as to clean clothes. When the small barrel assembly is a roller assembly, a rotating shaft can be further arranged in the small barrel assembly, and the direct drive motor 33 drives the rotating shaft to rotate; the rotation shaft is interlocked with the small inner cylinder 32.
The included angle between the cylinder and the horizontal direction is 0-90 degrees. It can be understood that when the angle between the barrel body and the horizontal direction is 0 degree, the keg feeding opening of the barrel body is horizontally arranged, and the angle is suitable for a scene that the barrel body is used for washing clothes by a roller. When the included angle between the barrel and the horizontal direction is 90 degrees, the small bucket feeding opening of the barrel is perpendicular to the horizontal direction, and the angle is suitable for the scene that the barrel is used for washing clothes by the impeller. And the other angles are that the keg aperture is disposed obliquely to the horizontal.
The supporting member 50 is ring-shaped, the supporting member 50 is located at the outer periphery of the cylinder, and the cylinder is connected to the supporting member 50 and rotates to open and close along with the supporting member 50. It will be appreciated that the support member 50 is used to connect the cartridge.
In a conventional single-tub washing machine or a conventional double-tub washing machine, an outer tub of the washing machine is generally fixed by a suspension spring, which may play a role of shock absorption. However, in the present invention, the supporting member 50 is added, i.e. the supporting member for fixing the cylinder and the supporting member for realizing the rotational opening and closing of the cylinder, in consideration of the small capacity of the added keg assembly and the fact that the keg assembly is required to be opened and closed to the barrel placing opening of the keg assembly.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the support member is located at the outer circumference of the small outer cylinder 31, and the small outer cylinder 31 is fixedly connected to the annular support member 50, and the cover is fixedly connected to the annular support member 50. Specifically, the minimum diameter of the annular support member is larger than the maximum diameter of the small outer cylinder 31, and the space therebetween can accommodate a water pipe or the like and allows slight shaking of the small outer cylinder 31 caused by the operation of the small inner cylinder 32.
The support member includes 50 a first connecting portion 51, a main body portion 52, and a hinge portion 53. And also includes armrest portions 54.
The annular support member is provided with a first connecting part 51, a second connecting part 311 protrudes from the outer surface of the small outer cylinder 31, and the first connecting part 51 is connected with the second connecting part 311.
The first connecting portion 51 is located at the body portion 52 in a protruding arrangement towards the keg assembly. The hinge part 53 protrudes from the main body part 52, and the hinge part 53 is a circular hinge part. The armrest portion 54 protrudes from the main body portion 52 and is disposed opposite to the hinge portion 53, so that the user can hold the armrest portion 54 to open and close the entire ring-shaped support member.
In addition, the support member 50 is provided with a locking member which is locked to one side of the vat set opening of the vat assembly. Specifically, the locking member is located at an armrest portion 54 (not shown) of the support structure 50, and the locking member achieves its integral locking when the tub and the support member 50 are closed together at the tub input port of the washing machine tub assembly. The locking element may be a conventional mechanical lock, an electronic lock, or the like.
Because the small bucket assembly is additionally arranged on the door body, the weight of the door body is increased, and the traditional door hinge assembly easily causes the sagging of the door body due to the structure of the door hinge assembly. In the present invention, it is understood that the support member 50 is added, and at least three first connecting portions 51 on the support member 50 are uniformly distributed in the direction of the main body portion 52 toward the keg assembly. I.e. the support member 50 is connected to the barrel of the keg assembly by a uniform plurality of points, distributing the stresses. Compared with the traditional hinge which is only connected with the door body, the utility model is more suitable for the door body with larger weight.
Specifically, the annular support member has an annular member with a certain hardness, and the first connection portion 51 is provided with a connection hole. The second connecting portion 311 is formed by protruding outward from the outer surface of the small outer cylinder 31 in the direction to the annular support member, and the second connecting portion 311 is provided with connecting holes, which are connected by a bolt 501. The number of the first connecting portions 51 is at least three, and the relative number of the first connecting portions 5 is the same as that of the second connecting portions 311. The protruding arrangement of the second connecting portion 311 forms a gap between the cover 40 and the small outer cylinder 31. The protruding height of the second connecting portion 311 is the height of the gap between the cover 40 and the small outer cylinder 31. A gap is formed between the cover 40 and the small outer cylinder 31 to accommodate a circuit line for connecting the direct drive motor 33, a water channel pipe leading into the small inner cylinder 32, and the like.
The vat input opening of the vat assembly of the original washing machine is flush or concave with the outer surface of the washing machine body 100, so that the capacity of the small bucket assembly is increased on the basis of not changing the original washing machine body and the original vat assembly, and the cylinder body of the small bucket assembly protrudes out of the vat input opening of the vat assembly of the washing machine. Meanwhile, the barrel of the small barrel assembly protrudes out of the large barrel putting opening of the large barrel assembly of the washing machine, so that the front door plate 20 and the barrel of the small barrel assembly are convenient to seal, and the sealing performance of the small barrel assembly is improved. Meanwhile, the size of the supporting member 50 is larger than or equal to the barrel feeding opening of the barrel assembly, so that the supporting member 50 is prevented from being opened and closed inwards, and the capacity of the barrel assembly is not influenced. A portion of the cartridge body protrudes from the support member 50, the protruding portion of the cartridge body being located outside the vat access opening of the vat assembly.
The support member 50 is hinged to the hinge assembly 70 and the keg assembly connected to the support member 50 rotates open and closed following the support member 50.
The hinge assembly 70 includes a hinge base 71 and a hinge shaft 72; the hinge shaft 72 is rotatably or fixedly connected with the hinge seat 71; the hinge seat 71 is fixed on one side of the large barrel putting opening of the large barrel assembly of the washing machine

Specifically, the hinge portion 53 of the ring-shaped supporting member 50 is rotatably connected to the hinge shaft 72, and a slip ring may be disposed therebetween to reduce friction therebetween. The through holes 721 are formed at both ends of the hinge shaft 72, the communication opening 711 is disposed toward the washing machine body 100, and the water path pipe and the circuit lines pass through the communication opening 711 and the through holes 721. I.e., the hinge assembly 70 may receive electrical wiring and water lines.
In the present invention, the small outer cylinder 31 is connected to the ring-shaped supporting member 50, the ring-shaped supporting member 50 is rotatably connected to the hinge shaft 72 of the hinge assembly 70, and the hinge base 71 of the hinge assembly 70 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the washing machine body 100, so that the ring-shaped supporting member 50 is level with the hinge assembly 70 and is located on the outer surface of the washing machine body 100 at the same time in order to not change the position of the original hinge assembly.
Since the rear door panel 10 is located outside the support member 50, the rear door panel 10 indirectly connected to the ring-shaped support member 50 protrudes from the outer surface of the washing machine body 100, that is, the rear door panel 10 is located outside the outer surface of the washing machine body 100. At this time, the front door panel 20 located outside the rear door panel 10 protrudes from the outer surface of the washing machine body 100, that is, a certain distance is formed between the front door panel 20 and the outer surface of the washing machine body 100. In order to enable the front door panel 20 to seal the keg inlet of the keg assembly, the small inner cylinder 32 and/or the small outer cylinder 31 are/is arranged to protrude out of the outer surface of the washing machine body 100, and the design does not reduce the washing space of the original large barrel assembly, and increases the washing space of the barrel body of the keg assembly.
The present invention also includes a seal 60. The seal is located at the end of the cartridge body and the seal 60 not only serves to seal the keg assembly; further, the sealing member connects the cylinder and the rear door panel 10. Specifically, two ends of the sealing member 60 are respectively connected with the rear door panel 10 and the small outer cylinder 31, so that the barrel body of the small cylinder assembly and the rear door panel 10 are integrally opened and closed. In addition, the sealing member 60 is used for wrapping the protruding part of the drum protruding from the supporting member 50, so that the sealing member 60 and the small outer cylinder 31 of the drum form a sealed outer cylinder wrapping the small inner cylinder 32, thereby increasing the washing space and avoiding the liquid overflow. In other embodiments, the seal 60 may be integral with the outer barrel 31.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the seal 60 includes a ring-shaped body 61, a bent end portion 62 at one end of the ring-shaped body, and a third connecting portion 63 at the other end of the ring-shaped body 61. In other embodiments, the bent end portion 62 is fixedly connected to the rear door panel 10, and the fixed connection manner is not limited to screwing, welding, bonding, and the like.
The bent end 62 is located in a direction of the annular body 61 departing from the small outer cylinder 31, and an included angle is formed between the bent end 62 and the annular body 61 for preventing water in the small outer cylinder 31 from overflowing. And the edge of the small inner cylinder 32, which is located in the direction of the small inner cylinder 32 toward the front door panel 20, is in sealing abutment with the inner surface of the seal. Specifically, the edge of the small inner cylinder 32 sealingly abuts the bent end 62.
The bent end 62 is in interference fit with the second door 20 of the washing machine to achieve complete sealing of the drum.
Specifically, the bending end portion 62 includes a first bending section 621, a transition section 622, and a second bending section 623, the first bending section 621 is perpendicular to the annular body 61, an outer surface of the first bending section 621 is attached to the rear door panel 10, and an inner surface of the first bending section 621 is attached to an edge of the small inner cylinder 32. The transition section 622 is in transition connection with the first bending section 621 and the second bending section 623, and the transition section 622 is perpendicular to the first bending section 621, and the included angle between the second bending section 623 and the transition section 622 is an acute angle, and also can be understood as that the included angle between the second bending section 623 and the vertical plane of the axis of the keg component is an acute angle, that is, the second bending section 623 is bent towards the inside of the small inner cylinder 32, so that the overflow of liquid in the keg component can be better prevented.
