本发明的目的一方面在于提供一种具有永久阻燃性、防静电性、抗菌抑菌性、吸湿排汗性和手感柔软、穿着舒适的舒适性阻燃防静电面料,由经纬向地纱、导电纱按照一定沉浮规律交织而成。同时根据原料纤维的性能不同,分区设置不同的盖板、锡林运动方向和速度,获得纤维间不同的梳理强度,以制得表面光洁、条干优良的混纺纱线。在织物后整理过程中通过浸轧日晒提升整理剂,从而提升织物的日晒牢度。本发明采用的日晒提升整理剂主要成分为氧化锌和苯并三唑。本发明从纤维原料入手,开发永久阻燃性、防静电性、抗菌抑菌性、吸湿排汗性的阻燃防静电面料。有效解决棉后阻燃面料功能不持久、芳纶面料舒适性差、功能单一以及染色受限、日晒色牢度差的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于高性能安全防护用纺织品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
石油化工行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,由于行业内各工序繁多且立体交叉,在生产的各个环节都存在潜在危险,容易引起易燃易爆、火灾等危险事故。随着个体安全防护装备规范的颁布,要求石油化工、天然气、煤矿等高风险企业需配备高性能阻燃防静电防护服装。目前石油化工行业作业人员穿着的工装面料多以棉后阻燃面料、芳纶面料为主。对于棉后阻燃面料随着洗涤次数的增加,其阻燃性能递减,且不能满足GB 8965.1-2020标准中对于成品轰燃条件下阻燃性能的要求,此外由于棉纤维吸湿后容易黏贴皮肤表面,造成闷热的不适感,且容易产生利于细菌滋生的湿热环境,因而阻燃功能不持久、穿着舒适性差。芳纶面料具有较好的阻燃性能,且不受洗涤次数的影响,但是由于芳纶纤维日晒后容易发生变色,耐日晒色牢度差且不易染色,因此难以满足不同行业领域对于职业服装面料的颜色需求,此外由于芳纶纤维属于高强化学合成纤维,吸湿性差且纤维模量大,容易造成面料手感发硬、透湿透气性能差的问题,无法为户外作业人员营造舒适健康的衣内环境。
鉴于以上阻燃防静电工装面料的不足,以及人们对具有持久阻燃、防静电功能与穿着舒适性兼具的防护面料的需求。本发明开发了一种具有永久阻燃、防静电、抗菌、吸湿排汗多重功能的舒适性阻燃防静电面料,功能持久、舒适性优良且手感柔软,可满足不同作业场所对工装面料的颜色需求,且可实现荧光警示色染色,颜色饱满、日晒色牢度佳。
专利CN 104499161 B公开了一种永久阻燃多功能面料及其制备方法,该面料具有阻燃、防静电功能,不具备抗菌、吸湿排汗功能,而且面料中耐高温的本质阻燃纤维占比40%~90%,主要包括芳纶纤维、PBO纤维等,纤维的模量大,高比例添加且实施过程中未对面料进行后整理工艺,面料手感相对发硬,舒适性欠佳。
专利CN 202110247656.3公开了一种多组分化学纤维混纺阻燃面料的制备方法,该面料具有阻燃、高吸湿性、易洗快干的特性,但是其面料不具备防静电、抗菌功能,且面料中混纺了阻燃涤纶纤维,在燃烧过程中容易产生熔融滴落,对皮肤造成烧伤。
文献“一种高效阻燃配方设计及聚酯面料阻燃性能研究”中,使用三聚磷酸铝作为阻燃有效成分,以丙三醇作为助剂增加三聚磷酸铝与面料的结合力,通过调整阻燃剂和助剂的用量、后整理工艺设计出一款具有高效、绿色阻燃功能的聚酯面料,由于该面料的阻燃功能是通过阻燃助剂处理后获得,因此这种面料不具有永久阻燃的特点。
基于以上分析,当前阻燃防静电面料通常采用本质功能纤维混纺和后整理两种方式,技术缺陷主要有:
一方面,采用棉后阻燃整理的面料,其阻燃性能会随着洗涤次数的增加而递减,此外由于采用阻燃助剂涂层于面料的方式,造成面料透气性差,手感偏硬,并且后整理工艺助剂的复配、涂层工艺容易造成水资源浪费和化学助剂对环境的污染。
一方面,采用芳纶面料,由于芳纶纤维日晒后容易发生变色,耐日晒色牢度差,且不易染色,难以满足不同领域对工装面料的颜色需求,更不能实现荧光警示色的染色,且在户外作业环境下,面料发生变色容易影响外观。此外由于芳纶纤维属于高强化学合成纤维,吸湿性差且纤维模量大,造成面料手感发硬、透湿透气性能差。
另一方面,为改善芳纶面料的穿着舒适性,市场存在芳纶和纤维素纤维混纺的面料,多为芳纶与粘胶、棉、竹纤维等混纺。由于为了保证面料的阻燃性,纤维素纤维占面料总质量比例较低,对于透气透湿等舒适性改善效果不为明显,且不具备抗菌、吸湿速干功能,面料的舒适性很难进一步提升。
总之,目前市场上阻燃防静电面料普遍存在着阻燃性能与舒适性不兼顾、高比例芳纶类面料染色受限和日晒色牢度差、面料功能单一等问题。

针对上述现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料及其制备方法。由经纬向地纱、导电纱按照一定沉浮规律交织而成,所述经纬向地纱所用原材料为本质阻燃纤维、改性阻燃纤维与抗菌再生纤维素纤维的集合体,所述导电纱为地纱和导电长丝的捻合纱,同时面料具有良好的抗菌、吸湿排汗功能;
其中,所述本质阻燃纤维包括对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维,占面料质量的10%~20%,所述改性阻燃纤维包括Protex改性腈纶和阻燃莫代尔纤维,分别占面料质量的55%~65%、5%~15%,所述抗菌再生纤维素纤维为甲壳素纤维、莱赛尔纤维、醋酸纤维中的一种,占面料质量的10%~20%,所述导电纱为地纱和导电长丝的捻合纱,占面料质量的1%~3%,以上纤维成分的质量百分比之和为100%;
面料制备的纺纱工艺的梳棉环节分为两道工序进行,一道为对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维与抗菌再生纤维素纤维的混合梳理,将盖板与锡林运动方向同向设置,锡林速度较低,降低对纤维的梳理强度,防止纤维发生原纤化;一道为Protex改性腈纶与阻燃莫代尔纤维的混合梳理,将盖板与锡林运动方向反向设置,在正常锡林速度的配置下,实现低生产能源消耗,高强度梳理的效果。
上述经纬向地纱是由两根单纱捻合而成的股线,股线的线密度为14.76×2tex~18.45×2tex,上述的导电长丝的导电介质为高性能炭黑,规格为20D~40D,导电纱间距为0.5cm×0.5cm~1.0cm×1.0cm。
上述面料的单位面积质量为125~210g/m2,所述面料的织物组织结构为1/1平纹、2/1斜纹或者四枚破斜纹。
本发明还提供了上述舒适性阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,通过纺纱→织造→后整理工序制得,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1,纺纱:选择对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维、Protex改性腈纶、阻燃莫代尔纤维、以及抗菌再生纤维素纤维中的一种依次经过原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→并条→粗纱→细纱→络筒→并捻工序,得到32s~40s合股纱,股线捻系数设置为430~450;
步骤1.1,按照各纤维的实际回潮率、混纺比,计算出投料比,将对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维与其中一种抗菌再生纤维素纤维(混合为原料A)、Protex改性腈纶与阻燃莫代尔纤维(混合为原料B)分别投放入开清棉设备中,制得棉卷A和棉卷B;
步骤1.2,将棉卷A喂入梳棉机的给棉罗拉,其中刺辊呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林、盖板均呈逆时针方向旋转(锡林、盖板同向运动),道夫呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林速度设计为300~340r/mi n,输出生条A;将棉卷B喂入梳棉机的给棉罗拉,其中刺辊呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林呈逆时针方向旋转,盖板呈顺时针方向旋转(锡林、盖板反向运动),道夫呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林速度设计为360~400r/mi n,输出生条B;
步骤1.3,将生条A与生条B依次经过一道并合、二道并合和自调匀整装置得到熟条C运送至粗纱机、细纱机,制得32s~40s细纱,通过加捻装置得到32s~40s合股纱,股线捻系数设置为430~450;
步骤2,织造,将步骤1中制备的合股纱依次经过整经→浆纱→穿筘工序,得到地纱与导电纱间隔排列的织轴,送至剑杆织机通过经纬向纱线的交织得到阻燃防静电织物;
步骤2.1,整经,将地纱与导电纱按照“弧形分段”张力配置原则进行整经,整经速度设置为380~420m/mi n;
步骤2.2,浆纱,采用不含PVA浆料对步骤2.1的经轴进行上浆,浆料组成为淀粉浆料25kg,改性剂1.25kg,平滑剂1.0kg,抗静电剂1.0kg,制备的浆料含固量为3%~4%;
步骤2.3,穿筘,将步骤2.2的经纱依次穿过停经片、综丝和钢筘,得到织轴;
步骤2.4,采用剑杆织机进行织造,后梁高度设计为980~1020mm,停经架高度设计为60~70mm,开口时间设计为290°~310°,车速设计为280r/mi n;
步骤3,后整理:将步骤2中制备的阻燃防静电织物依次经过退浆→煮练→染色→烘干→浸轧整理液→拉幅定型→预缩→验布→打卷工序,制得舒适性阻燃防静电面料。
其中步骤3中所述的整理液包含20-50g/L日晒提升剂、5-15g/L交联剂、30-40g/L吸湿排汗整理剂、10-30g/L柔软剂;
所述日晒提升剂由纳米级粉体氧化锌、纳米级粉体苯并三唑、分散剂混合而成;
所述交联剂为聚氨酯类;
步骤3中所述拉幅定型温度为150-170℃,定型车速为45-60m/mi n。
本发明的上述技术方案至少具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用本质阻燃纤维、改性阻燃纤维与抗菌功能再生纤维素纤维,从原料和后整理加工入手开发具有永久阻燃、防静电、抗菌、吸湿排汗速干功能的舒适性阻燃防静电织物。较后整理功能织物、芳纶阻燃面料相比,具有手感柔软、耐洗涤、功能持久且舒适性佳的优势。同时较芳纶阻燃面料相比,可满足不同作业环境的面料颜色需求,染色不受限,布面外观颜色饱满,日晒色牢度佳,且可实现面料荧光警示色的染色。
其中对位芳纶、聚酰亚胺纤维属于高性能纤维,虽然阻燃性能佳,强力高,但是其分子结构决定了不易染色且耐日晒色牢度差的问题,因此为获得较好的颜色外观,并满足耐日晒色牢度的要求,该面料中高性能阻燃纤维含量控制在10%~20%为宜,若高性能阻燃纤维含量过小,不能发挥高性能纤维本身的高强高阻燃的优势,而含量过多,则影响面料的染色性能和染色后织物的日晒牢度和外观。主要是高性能纤维晒后面料容易发生变色,且易在面料表面泛起黄色纤维末端,从而影响面料外观和日晒牢度。Protex改性腈纶是丙烯腈单体与含阻燃元素的乙烯基化合物共聚而成,具有类似羊毛般的手感和高阻燃性,该纤维在受热或燃烧时释放出大量的惰性气体或高密度蒸汽,惰性气体可稀释氧和气态可燃物,致使燃烧中止。高密度蒸汽覆盖于可燃气体上,隔绝它与空气的接触,因而使燃烧窒息,达到高效阻燃的功能,该面料中Protex改性腈纶占面料质量的55%~65%,若含量低于55%面料续燃时间超过4s,若含量高于65%面料燃烧时容易发烟产生阴燃。阻燃莫代尔纤维燃烧时易在表面生成多孔炭层,可隔绝热量和燃烧烟雾,降低面料阴燃时间,减缓或中断燃烧。同时莫代尔纤维吸水透气性能优于棉、粘胶纤维,且具有棉的柔软、丝的光泽,具有较好的染色性能,该面料中阻燃莫代尔纤维占面料质量的5%~15%,若含量低于5%则对面料阴燃改善效果不明显,若含量超过15%会降低面料的强力。抗菌再生纤维素纤维具有良好的亲肤性、吸湿透气性、抗菌性及可生物降解性,为面料提供良好的弹性和滑润的手感,该面料抗菌再生纤维素纤维占面料质量的10%~20%,若含量低于10%则面料无法获得良好的抗菌抑菌功能,若含量超过20%,则由于其不具备阻燃功能容易引起面料的续燃。为了进一步改善含有高性能纤维织物的日晒牢度,在织物后整理过程中通过浸轧日晒提升整理剂,从而提升织物的日晒牢度。本发明采用的日晒提升整理剂主要成分为氧化锌和苯并三唑,其中氧化锌是一种无机化合物,可以反射光线中大量的紫外线,减小紫外线对织物和染料的破坏,提高日晒牢度。同时氧化锌还具有一定的抗菌性能,整理后还可以提高织物的抗菌性能。而苯并三唑是一种有机化合物,对光线中的紫外线具有一定的吸收功能,将紫外线能量转化为其他的能量形式而起到防紫外线的作用,提高织物的日晒牢度。两种助剂复配混合使用,通过氧化锌将大量的紫外线反射出去,而少量的紫外线则被苯并三唑吸收转化为其他能量释放,两者相互协同配合,可以更好的提高织物的日晒牢度。
(2)本发明通过梳棉工序盖板、锡林运动方向及速度的分区设置,解决了对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺、抗菌再生纤维素纤维纺纱过程中容易发生原纤化的问题,提高高强纤维与纤维素纤维混纺纱的条干均匀度,满足产业化生产要求的同时实现低生产能源消耗,高强度梳理的效果,此外纱线条干均匀一定程度上增加织物中纱线间的空隙,增加织物的吸湿排汗性能。
(3)本发明开发的舒适性阻燃防静电面料具有永久阻燃、防静电、抗菌、吸湿速干多重功能,经过100次洗涤后,面料的阻燃性能符合GB 8965.1-2020《防护服装阻燃服》标准;面料的抗静电性能符合GB 12014-2019《防护服装防静电服》标准。经过50次洗涤后,面料的抗菌性能符合标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》的抗菌要求。经过5次洗涤后,面料的吸湿速干性能符合GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》标准。本发明开发的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料为石油、化工行业作业人员提供了安全舒适、健康持久的作业环境。

实施例1:
本发明的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料,由经纬向地纱、导电纱按照一定沉浮规律交织而成。经纬向地纱的混纺比例为10%的聚酰亚胺纤维、65%的Protex改性腈纶纤维、15%的阻燃莫代尔纤维、10%的抗菌甲壳素纤维,上述纤维的质量百分比之和为100%。经纬向地纱的线密度为14.76×2tex,织物组织结构为1/1平纹,导电纱采用20D导电长丝和经纬向地纱捻合制得,导电纱间距为1.0cm×1.0cm,织物的单位面积质量为125g/m2
上述舒适性阻燃防静电面料制备方法,具体实施步骤如下:
步骤1,纺纱:选择聚酰亚胺纤维、Protex改性腈纶、阻燃莫代尔纤维、抗菌甲壳素纤维依次经过原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→并条→粗纱→细纱→络筒→并捻工序,得到40s合股纱,股线捻系数设置为450。
步骤1.1,按照各纤维的实际回潮率、混纺比,计算出投料比,将聚酰亚胺纤维与抗菌甲壳素纤维(原料A)、Protex改性腈纶与阻燃莫代尔纤维(原料B)分别投放入开清棉设备中,制得棉卷A和棉卷B。
步骤1.2,将棉卷A喂入梳棉机的给棉罗拉,其中刺辊呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林、盖板均呈逆时针方向旋转(锡林、盖板同向运动),道夫呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林速度设计为340r/mi n,输出生条A;将棉卷B喂入梳棉机的给棉罗拉,其中刺辊呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林呈逆时针方向旋转,盖板呈顺时针方向旋转(锡林、盖板反向运动),道夫呈顺时针方向旋转,锡林速度设计为400r/mi n,输出生条B。

步骤3,后整理:将步骤2中制备的阻燃防静电织物依次经过退浆→煮练→染色→烘干→浸轧整理液→拉幅定型→预缩→验布→打卷工序,制得单位面积质量为125g/m2舒适性阻燃防静电面料。
步骤3中,面料经过退浆、煮练、染色烘干后,浸轧20g/L日晒提升剂、5g/L交联剂、30g/L吸湿排汗整理剂、10g/L柔软剂,采用针夹定型机进行拉幅定型,定型温度为150℃,定型车速为60m/mi n。
实施例2:
本发明的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料,由经纬向地纱、导电纱按照一定沉浮规律交织而成。经纬向地纱的混纺比例为20%的对位芳纶纤维、55%的Protex改性腈纶纤维、5%的阻燃莫代尔纤维、20%的抗菌莱赛尔纤维,上述纤维的质量百分比之和为100%。经纬向地纱的线密度为16.87×2tex,织物组织结构为四枚破斜纹,导电纱采用20D导电长丝和经纬向地纱捻合制得,导电纱间距为0.8cm×0.8cm,织物的单位面积质量为180g/m2
上述舒适性阻燃防静电面料制备方法,具体实施步骤如下:
步骤1,纺纱:选择对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维、Protex改性腈纶、阻燃莫代尔纤维、抗菌莱赛尔纤维依次经过原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→并条→粗纱→细纱→络筒→并捻工序,得到35s合股纱,股线捻系数设置为440。
步骤1.1,按照各纤维的实际回潮率、混纺比,计算出投料比,将对位芳纶纤维与抗菌莱赛尔纤维(原料A)、Protex改性腈纶与阻燃莫代尔纤维(原料B)分别投放入开清棉设备中,制得棉卷A和棉卷B。

实施例3:
本发明的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料,由经纬向地纱、导电纱按照一定沉浮规律交织而成。经纬向地纱的混纺比例为15%的对位芳纶纤维、60%的Protex改性腈纶纤维、10%的阻燃莫代尔纤维、15%的抗菌醋酸纤维,上述纤维的质量百分比之和为100%。经纬向地纱的线密度为18.45×2tex,织物组织结构为2/1斜纹,导电纱采用40D导电长丝和经纬向地纱捻合制得,导电纱间距为0.5cm×0.5cm,织物的单位面积质量为210g/m2
上述舒适性阻燃防静电面料制备方法,具体实施步骤如下:
步骤1,纺纱:选择对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维、Protex改性腈纶、阻燃莫代尔纤维、抗菌醋酸纤维依次经过原料预处理→开清棉→梳棉→并条→粗纱→细纱→络筒→并捻工序,得到32s合股纱,股线捻系数设置为430。
步骤1.1,按照各纤维的实际回潮率、混纺比,计算出投料比,将对位芳纶纤维与抗菌醋酸纤维(原料A)、Protex改性腈纶与阻燃莫代尔纤维(原料B)分别投放入开清棉设备中,制得棉卷A和棉卷B。

步骤2.3,穿筘,将步骤2.2的经纱依次穿过停经片、综丝和钢筘,得到织轴。
步骤2.4,采用剑杆织机进行织造,后梁高度设计为1020mm,停经架高度设计为70mm,开口时间设计为290°,车速设计为280r/mi n。
步骤3,后整理:将步骤2中制备的阻燃防静电织物依次经过退浆→煮练→染色→烘干→浸轧整理液→拉幅定型→预缩→验布→打卷工序,制得单位面积质量为210g/m2舒适性阻燃防静电面料。
步骤3中,面料经过退浆、煮练、染色烘干后,浸轧50g/L日晒提升剂、15g/L交联剂、40g/L吸湿排汗整理剂、30g/L柔软剂,采用针夹定型机进行拉幅定型,定型温度为170℃,定型车速为45m/mi n。
对实施例1-3得到的面料进行性能测试,结果如下表所示。

1.一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料,其特征在于,由经纬向地纱、导电纱按照一定沉浮规律交织而成,所述经纬向地纱所用原材料为本质阻燃纤维、改性阻燃纤维与抗菌再生纤维素纤维的集合体,所述导电纱为地纱和导电长丝的捻合纱,同时面料具有良好的抗菌、吸湿排汗功能;
其中,所述本质阻燃纤维包括对位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维,占面料质量的10%~20%,所述改性阻燃纤维包括Protex改性腈纶和阻燃莫代尔纤维,分别占面料质量的55%~65%、5%~15%,所述抗菌再生纤维素纤维为甲壳素纤维、莱赛尔纤维、醋酸纤维中的一种,占面料质量的10%~20%,所述导电纱为地纱和导电长丝的捻合纱,占面料质量的1%~3%,以上纤维成分的质量百分比之和为100%;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料,上述面料的单位面积质量为125~210g/m2,所述面料的织物组织结构为1/1平纹、2/1斜纹或者四枚破斜纹。

步骤2.4,采用剑杆织机进行织造,后梁高度设计为980~1020mm,停经架高度设计为60~70mm,开口时间设计为290°~310°,车速设计为280r/min;
步骤3,后整理:将步骤2中制备的阻燃防静电织物依次经过退浆→煮练→染色→烘干→浸轧整理液→拉幅定型→预缩→验布→打卷工序,制得舒适性阻燃防静电面料;
其中步骤3中所述的整理液包含20-50g/L日晒提升剂、5-15g/L交联剂、30-40g/L吸湿排汗整理剂、10-30g/L柔软剂;
所述日晒提升剂由纳米级粉体氧化锌、纳米级粉体苯并三唑、分散剂混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,步骤2.2中的浆料组成为淀粉浆料25kg,改性剂1.25kg,平滑剂1.0kg,抗静电剂1.0kg,制备的浆料含固量为3%~4%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,步骤3中所述交联剂为聚氨酯类。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种舒适性阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,步骤3中所述拉幅定型温度为150-170℃,定型车速为45-60m/min。
