step three: in the second step, the compressed air injected into the branch pipe 18 is led into the communicating pipe at the back end of the adjusting cylinder 13463 through the branch pipe 18, the communicating pipe injects the compressed air into the exhaust ring 13464 through the air vent, the air injection holes on the surface of the exhaust ring 13464 inject the compressed air to form an air pressure ring on the yarn circumferential end, so as to promote the hairiness opened on the yarn surface to shrink into the yarn.
