When in use, the locking structure at the corresponding position is released, and the swinging frame 52 provides another direction movement mode different from the scheme, so that the possibility of common use of multiple people is realized. For example, when the locking of the joint between the swing frame 52 and the front docking portion 22 is released, the trainer can bind the waist and the swing frame 52 together in a squat exercise mode, and the swing frame 52 rotates in the vertical direction. In this way, the training of the bird actions can be achieved by combining the handle shown in fig. 5, and the training of the greater load can be performed by combining the grip 44 and the first weight portion 41 of the two door multi-functional liftable training frame.

and the diagonal bracing piece (62) is positioned between the lower connecting piece (61) and the connecting units (2), the diagonal bracing piece (62) is an inclined structure body, one end of the diagonal bracing piece is connected with the guide unit (3), and the other end of the diagonal bracing piece is propped against the bearing structure (100).

a middle butt joint part (23) positioned between the rear butt joint part (21) and the front butt joint part (22); the middle butt joint part (23) is rotationally connected with the rear butt joint part (21) through a vertically arranged rear rotating shaft, is rotationally connected with the front butt joint part (22) through a horizontally arranged middle rotating shaft, and the axis direction of the middle rotating shaft is parallel to the main direction.
