Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating esophageal ulcers and esophageal cancers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Esophageal ulcers are clinically common gastric disorders, often occurring in patients with reflux esophagitis and sliding hiatal hernias with esophageal reflux. Ulcers may occur on squamous or columnar epithelium, as well as after esophageal-gastric anastomosis or esophageal-jejunostomy.
Esophageal cancer, also known as esophageal cancer, is a malignancy that occurs in the epithelium of the esophagus, accounting for 2% of all malignant tumors, and about 30 tens of thousands die annually worldwide. The Chinese is a country with high esophageal cancer incidence in the world, and is one of countries with high esophageal cancer mortality in the world, and the average annual mortality rate is 1.3-90.9/10 ten thousand.
At present, the treatment of esophageal ulcer mainly adopts western medicine treatment, has quick curative effect but is easy to relapse, and usually has side effects. The treatment for esophagus cancer mainly comprises operation treatment, radiation treatment, chemotherapy and the like. Among them, surgical treatment is still the first method for treating esophageal cancer, but some complications generated after esophageal cancer surgery often cause malnutrition, anemia and hypoproteinemia, and affect the survival quality of patients. In addition, because early esophageal cancer is difficult to find, patients often have middle and late stages in their treatment, and often lose the opportunity of surgical treatment. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy have the same problems of great side effects and reduced life quality of patients.
Therefore, in order to alleviate the suffering of the disease of the patient, a safe and effective medicament is needed for treating esophageal ulcers and cancers.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating esophageal ulcers and esophageal cancers and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition can rapidly improve relevant symptoms of patients with esophageal ulcers and esophageal cancers, including eating difficulties, and can heal after continuously taking a plurality of treatment courses of symptoms.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
according to modern Chinese medicine theory and combined with clinical treatment experience, the first aspect of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating esophageal ulcers and esophageal cancers, wherein the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise centipedes and pearls, and the ratio of the raw materials of the effective components is as follows:
2.0-5.0 parts of centipede
0.5-1.5 parts of pearl;
the parts are mass parts.
Further, the effective component of the centipede is powder obtained by baking the centipede with slow fire and grinding the centipede.
Further, the active ingredients of the pearl are powder obtained by cleaning, airing and grinding the pearl.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating esophageal ulcers and esophageal cancers, which comprises the following steps:
selecting a plurality of centipedes with big size, long length, red head, reddish brown feet, black green body and complete head and feet, cleaning, airing, baking with slow fire, and grinding into centipede powder;
selecting a plurality of pearls, cleaning, packaging with gauze, boiling with bean curd for 1-3 hours, taking out the pearls, cleaning, airing and grinding into pearl powder;
the centipede powder and the pearl powder are respectively weighed according to the proportion of the raw materials, and are uniformly mixed to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the esophageal ulcer and the esophageal cancer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. aiming at the pathogenesis of esophageal ulcer and esophageal cancer, the treatment principle of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is to attack toxin, expel toxin, soften hardness, dissipate stagnation, promote tissue regeneration and remove tumor; wherein, the centipede has the functions of dispelling wind, relieving spasm, dredging channels and collaterals, relieving pain, eliminating toxin, resolving masses and removing lumps; pearl has effects of nourishing yin, calming endogenous wind, clearing heat, removing toxic substance, promoting granulation, and removing toxic substance. The invention has precise and appropriate compatibility, can rapidly improve the related symptoms of patients with esophageal ulcer and esophageal cancer, including eating difficulty, and can heal after continuously taking a plurality of treatment courses.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is powder, is orally taken twice a day, and is orally taken after being mixed with water; twenty days is a treatment course, and the medicine does not hurt qi, blood and viscera and has no adverse reaction after long-term administration.
Drawings
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

Detailed Description
Example 1
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating esophageal ulcers and esophageal cancers, wherein the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise centipedes and pearls, and the ratio of the raw materials of the effective components is as follows: scolopendra (two pieces removed from the head) 3.0g, margarita 1.0g. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
selecting a plurality of centipedes with big size, long length, red head, reddish brown feet, black green body and complete head and feet, cleaning, airing, baking with slow fire, and grinding into centipede powder.
Selecting multiple pearls, cleaning, wrapping with gauze, decocting with bean curd for 2 hr, taking out pearls, cleaning, air drying, and grinding into pearl powder. The pearl effect can be effectively improved after the pearl is boiled together with the bean curd.
According to the proportion of the raw materials, 3.0g of centipede powder and 1.0g of pearl powder are respectively weighed and evenly mixed to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating esophageal ulcer and esophageal cancer.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: the medicine is taken orally twice a day after being mixed with water; generally 21 days is a treatment course (after a treatment course, stopping the medicine for 4-5 days). Patients with esophageal ulcer take 1-2 courses of treatment, and patients with esophageal cancer take 2-5 courses of treatment.
The contraindications of taking the traditional Chinese medicine composition include: spicy (wine), fishy, egg, and fowl meat.
