In this embodiment, a plurality of heat dissipation openings 16 are formed on one side of the heat insulating member 6, and the heat dissipation openings 16 are communicated with the heat dissipation gap 25;

the duty cycle adjuster is used for reducing the duty cycle of the variable frequency pulse signal if the skin surface temperature is greater than the set temperature, and increasing the duty cycle of the variable frequency pulse signal if the skin surface temperature is less than the set temperature;
the temperature regulator is used for regulating the on-off of the optocoupler according to the duty ratio so as to control the output of the bidirectional thyristor to control the output power of the heating coil, so that the difference between the skin surface temperature and the set temperature is within a preset range;
specifically, in the actual use process of the application, the therapeutic apparatus needs to be initialized, the operation conditions of each component, such as the operation conditions of the heating coil 18, the temperature fuse and the temperature sensor 10, are checked, then the treatment process is started, the set temperature can be determined by rotating the rear end cover 3, then the temperature comparator can read the skin surface temperature detected by the temperature sensor 10, then the temperature comparator compares the difference between the skin surface temperature and the set temperature, and inputs the corresponding difference result, the result is converted into a signal and sent to the temperature regulator, if the skin surface temperature is greater than the set temperature, the duty ratio of the variable frequency pulse signal is reduced, the on-off state of the optocoupler is regulated according to control the output of the bidirectional thyristor to reduce the output power of the heating coil 18, and if the skin surface temperature is less than the set temperature, the on-off state of the variable frequency pulse signal is increased, and the on-state of the optocoupler is regulated according to control the output of the bidirectional thyristor to increase the output power of the heating coil 18, so that the difference between the skin surface temperature and the set temperature is always within the preset range;
meanwhile, the temperature comparator compares the difference between the set temperature and the skin surface temperature, and the process of generating a difference result can output a corresponding difference result and a signal in a proportion control mode, the output signal is adjusted in a proportion mode according to the difference between the feedback skin surface temperature and the set temperature, then the output signal is adjusted in an integral mode according to the integral error between the feedback skin surface temperature and the set temperature in an integral control mode, so that the steady-state error of the system can be eliminated, and finally the output signal is adjusted in a differential mode according to the change rate of the feedback skin surface temperature in a differential control mode, so as to reduce the overshoot of the system.
In summary, according to the multifunctional intelligent moxibustion and acupuncture combined therapeutic apparatus in the above embodiment of the present invention, by inserting the moxa slice into the front end cover 2, that is, inserting the moxa slice into the front end cover 2 from the moxa slice inlet 22, heating the moxa slice through the heating coil 18, the moxibustion function of the present application can be achieved, meanwhile, the heat emitted by the heating coil 18 can radiate to act on the surface of the human body, the thermosensitive moxibustion function of the present application can be achieved, and the laser is emitted by the vertical cavity surface emitting laser 11, and the laser passes through the laser tube 19 and the first laser outlet 13 to act on the acupuncture point of the surface of the human body, so that the present application can achieve the moxibustion, thermosensitive moxibustion and acupuncture in three modes simultaneously, and the functions are diversified, meanwhile, the temperature sensor 10 senses the temperature of the surface of the human body and controls the output power of the heating coil 18 in real time according to the controller 9, so that the difference between the skin surface temperature and the set temperature is within the preset range, ensuring that the skin cannot be burned, so as to ensure the moxibustion effect and the skin cannot be burned due to the temperature exceeding the temperature that the skin can endure.

Claims (10)

1. The multifunctional intelligent moxibustion and acupuncture combined therapeutic apparatus is characterized by comprising a shell, a front end cover and a rear end cover, wherein the front end cover and the rear end cover are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell, a moxibustion assembly is arranged on one side of the front end cover, and comprises a heating assembly, a heat collecting piece and a heat insulating piece, and the heat collecting piece and the heat insulating piece are sequentially sleeved on the periphery of the heating assembly;
the heating component comprises a mounting plate, a laser cylinder penetrating and fixed on the mounting plate and a heating coil arranged on the periphery of the laser cylinder, a vertical cavity surface emitting laser is arranged on one side of the heat insulation part, a heat collection gap is reserved between the heat collection part and the heating coil, a heat dissipation gap is reserved between the heat collection part and the heat insulation part, and the width of the heat collection gap is smaller than that of the heat dissipation gap;
the front end cover is provided with a first laser outlet, the laser barrel and the vertical cavity surface emitting laser are communicated, the rear end cover is rotationally connected to one side of the shell, one side of the rear end cover is connected with a controller, and the outer wall of the shell is provided with a temperature sensor;
the temperature sensor is used for sensing the skin surface temperature of a human body and transmitting the skin surface temperature to the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the output power of the heating coil according to the difference between the skin surface temperature and the set temperature so that the difference between the skin surface temperature and the set temperature is within a preset range.

The multifunctional intelligent moxibustion and acupuncture combined therapeutic apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a ceramic heat insulation ring is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate, the ceramic heat insulation ring is arranged on the periphery of the laser cylinder, a mounting gap is reserved between the ceramic heat insulation ring and the laser cylinder, and the heating coil is arranged in the mounting gap.

The multifunctional intelligent moxibustion and acupuncture combined therapeutic apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heat collecting piece and the heat insulating piece are of a cylinder structure with one end open, the heat collecting piece is provided with a second laser outlet, the heat insulating piece is provided with a third laser outlet, and the second laser outlet, the third laser outlet and the laser cylinder are communicated.

The multifunctional intelligent moxibustion and acupuncture combined therapeutic apparatus according to claim 4, wherein a fixing support is arranged on one side of the heat insulation piece, the fixing support is fixedly connected with the heat insulation piece, the heat collection piece and the mounting plate in sequence through screws, the fixing support is fixedly arranged in the shell, a fourth laser outlet is formed in the fixing support, and the fourth laser outlet is communicated with the second laser outlet and the third laser outlet.
