The image analysis module is used for analyzing whether the rat in the image acquired by the camera 15 is submerged, the timing module is started after the image analysis module judges that the rat is in a submerged state, the timing module starts timing, the image analysis module continues to analyze whether the rat in the image is submerged or not in the timing process, if the rat is analyzed to be submerged in the water surface in the process of 20 seconds, the timing module is stopped until the rat is analyzed to be submerged again, the process is repeated all the time, if the image analysis module is used for analyzing that the rat is not analyzed to be submerged in the image acquired by the camera 15 for more than 20 seconds, an alarm signal is sent to the control system, the control system controls the first pump body of the lane 3 and the first electric valve matched with the first pump body to be closed, water inflow is stopped, meanwhile, the second pump body and the second electric valve matched with the second pump body 23 are opened to the maximum, water of the lane 3 is discharged rapidly, and meanwhile the audible-visual alarm 4 is started, and the experimenter is reminded to rescue.
After the swimming experiment of this lane 3 is finished, the first pump body in the water inlet of this lane 3 is automatic to be closed, stops intaking, and the second pump body 23 in the delivery port keeps opening, makes the water in this lane 3 discharge to in the clearance 18, then gets into water purifier 21 and purifies, and the water after the purification gets into water and stores in the chamber 19, has avoided after the experiment to finish so that experimenter does not in time take out the rat after the swimming finishes, leads to the drowned that takes place of rat physical overdraft. After the experiment is finished, the experimenter takes out the rat and then identifies the rat chip through the chip reading device again, so that the rat can be distinguished conveniently, and the chip reading device identifies and records the experimental data of the current swimming of the rat, so that the follow-up inquiry is facilitated.
After the whole experiment is finished, the fourth pump body 25 in the second drain pipe 24 is opened to pump out water, then the handle 28 on the inner cylinder body is held, and the inner cylinder body is lifted away, so that the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body 1 can be cleaned conveniently.
