Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a decorative shell 5 is clamped on one side of the water box 1 facing the inside of the clothes treating cylinder, an opening 5a communicated with the outlet 1a is formed on the decorative shell 5, the opening 5a ensures that the atomizing sheet 2 sprays atomizing gas into the inside of the clothes treating cylinder, a plurality of clamping claws 5b can be arranged on the decorative shell 5, a plurality of clamping protrusions can be arranged on the water box 1, the clamping claws 5b are clamped with the clamping protrusions in a one-to-one correspondence manner to realize connection between the decorative shell 5 and the water box 1, a positioning rib 5c can be arranged on the decorative shell 5, a positioning groove 1d is arranged on the water box 1, the positioning rib 5c is matched with the positioning groove 1d on the water box 1, and when the water box is installed, the positioning rib 5c on the decorative shell 5 is aligned with the positioning groove 1d firstly, then the corresponding clamping claws 5b and the clamping protrusions are clamped with each other after the positioning rib 5c gradually deepens into the positioning groove 1d, so that the clamping claws 5b and the clamping protrusions realize the preset positioning, and then the accurate positioning of the decorative shell 5 and the water box 1 is realized. Of course, in practical application, the decorative shell 5 and the water box 1 can be clamped by other clamping methods.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the water cartridge 1 is further formed with an electric chamber 1c, the electric chamber 1c and the water containing chamber 1b being isolated from each other, the electric chamber 1c being capable of containing a wire harness 6 connected to the atomizing sheet 2. Specifically, the electrical chamber 1c and the water containing chamber 1b can be separated by the separation structure 1e, the separation structure 1e ensures the sealing of the water containing chamber 1b, the outlet 1a is formed on the separation structure 1e, the electrical chamber 1c can be sealed or not, in the structure shown in fig. 4, the lower part of the electrical chamber 1c is sealed by the decorative shell 5, and the wire harness 6 connected with the atomizing sheet 2 can be contained in the electrical chamber 1c, so that the power supply and the control of the atomizing sheet 2 are realized. More preferably, the outside of the partition structure 1e is formed with a receiving groove in which the wire harness 6 may be partially received, thereby positioning the wire harness 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the nebulizing device further comprises a wireless charging assembly 7 for powering the nebulizing sheet 2, the wireless charging assembly 7 being connected to the water cartridge 1 and a portion of the wireless charging assembly 7 being located within the electrical chamber 1c. The wireless charging assembly 7 can adopt an electromagnetic induction wireless charging mode, also can adopt a magnetic resonance wireless charging mode, and can also adopt other wireless charging modes. In a preferred case, the wireless charging assembly 7 includes a fixing member 71, an induction coil 72, an inductance element 73, a first circuit board 74 and a second circuit board 75, the fixing member 71 is provided on the laundry treating drum, the door device and/or the connection member, the fixing member 71 is connected with the water box 1, the induction coil 72 and the inductance element 73 are provided on the fixing member 71 and the induction coil 72 is sleeved outside the inductance element 73, the first circuit board 74 is connected with the induction coil 72, and the second circuit board 75 is connected with the inductance element 73. The fixing member 71 may be a fixing bracket, may be a fixing plate, or may be other fixing structures, the induction coil 72 is connected with the atomizing sheet 2 through the wire harness 6 or the first circuit board 74 is connected with the atomizing sheet 2 through the wire harness 6, the second circuit board 75 is connected with the power supply through the wire harness, and the induction element 73 generates a certain current in the induction coil 72 through electromagnetic induction based on an alternating current with a certain frequency, so that electric energy is transferred from the induction element 73 to the induction coil 72, and power supply to the atomizing sheet 2 is realized. By such wireless charging, the arrangement of the wiring harness between the inductance element 73 and the induction coil 72 is omitted. Of course, alternatively, the power supply to the atomizing plate 2 may also be realized by means of a wired connection.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing member 71 includes a fixing inner plate 711 and a fixing outer plate 712, the fixing inner plate 711 is connected to the water tub 1, the fixing outer plate 712 is fixed to the laundry treating drum, the door device and/or the connecting member, a first hollow columnar structure 712a is formed on the fixing outer plate 712, a second hollow columnar structure 711a is formed on the fixing inner plate 711, the second hollow columnar structure 711a is sleeved on the first hollow columnar structure 712a, the induction coil 72 is sleeved on the second hollow columnar structure 711a, the inductance element 73 is disposed in the first hollow columnar structure 712a, the first circuit board 74 is disposed on the fixing inner plate 711, and the second circuit board 75 is disposed on the fixing outer plate 712. The first hollow columnar structure 712a is formed at a side of the fixed outer plate 712 close to the fixed inner plate 711, i.e., a side facing the inside of the laundry treating drum, and the second hollow columnar structure 711a is formed at a side of the fixed inner plate 711 facing away from the fixed outer plate 712, i.e., a side facing the inside of the laundry treating drum, and a diameter of an outer tube wall of the first hollow columnar structure 712a is preferably equal to a diameter of an inner tube wall of the second hollow columnar structure 711a, so that positioning of the first hollow columnar structure 712a and the second hollow columnar structure 711a with each other can be achieved by the first hollow columnar structure 712a and the second hollow columnar structure 711a being made of an insulating material such as glass, plastic, ceramic, or the like, without using a metal, and electromagnetic shielding can be avoided. It should be noted that, the inner end of the first hollow columnar structure 712a and the inner end of the second hollow columnar structure 711a (i.e., the end near the laundry treating drum) are preferably closed, so as to avoid external dirt from entering the electrical chamber 1c. Through such an arrangement, the fixed outer plate 712 can be used as a mounting base of the fixed inner plate 711, the fixed outer plate 712 can be fixed on the laundry treating cylinder, the door device and/or the connecting member, the fixed inner plate 711 can be detached from the fixed outer plate 712 when the laundry treating agent needs to be added or replaced into the water box 1, the fixed inner plate 711 is mounted on the fixed outer plate 712 during mounting, the first hollow columnar structure 712a and the second hollow columnar structure 711a can play a positioning role during mounting, meanwhile, the first hollow columnar structure 712a can accommodate the inductance element 73, and the second hollow columnar structure 711a can be sleeved with the induction coil 72, so that the first hollow columnar structure 712a and the second hollow columnar structure 711a have multiple functions, and the compactness of the atomizing device is further improved. In addition, a magnetic adsorption structure may be further disposed between the fixed inner plate 711 and the fixed outer plate 712, for example, a first permanent magnet is disposed on the fixed outer plate 712, and a second permanent magnet is disposed on the fixed inner plate 711, wherein the magnetism of the first permanent magnet is opposite to that of the second permanent magnet, so as to realize the magnetic adsorption fixation of the fixed outer plate 712 to the inside of the fixation. The fixing outer plate 712 may be fastened to the laundry treating drum, the door apparatus, and/or the connection member in a screw-coupling manner.
Preferably, a mounting hole is formed on the water tub 1, a mounting rib is formed on an inner wall of the mounting hole, a mounting groove is formed at an edge of the fixing inner plate 711, and the mounting rib is provided in the mounting groove to fix the fixing inner plate 711 to the water tub 1. The mounting opening may be a square opening or a semicircular opening, so long as the fixing inner plate 711 can be inserted into the mounting opening, for example, in the structure shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting opening is a square opening, a U-shaped mounting rib 1f is formed on the inner wall of the square opening, a U-shaped mounting groove 711b is formed on the edge of the fixing inner plate 711, the fixing inner plate 711 is inserted into the mounting opening from one side of the mounting opening, two sides of the U-shaped mounting rib 1f are firstly inserted into two sides of the U-shaped mounting groove 711b, and when the fixing inner plate 711 is inserted into place, three sides of the U-shaped mounting rib 1f are all inserted into three sides of the U-shaped mounting groove 711 b. When the decoration shell 5 is provided, the bottom of the fixed inner plate 711 can be propped against by utilizing the decoration shell 5, namely, the fixed inner plate 711 is firstly installed on the water box 1 during installation, then the decoration shell 5 is clamped on the water box 1, and the decoration shell 5 can bear the bottom of the fixed inner plate 711 and can seal the electric cavity 1c.
In the present invention, the water cartridge 1 may be of an integral structure, or a split structure, and the split structure is adopted, so that cleaning of the inside of the water cartridge 1 is facilitated, for example, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, the water cartridge 1 includes a cartridge body 11 and a cartridge cover 12, the cartridge body 11 is provided on a laundry treatment drum, a door device and/or a connection member, an outlet 1a is formed on the cartridge body 11, an abutment member and a clamping member are provided between the cartridge cover 12 and the cartridge body 11, when the cartridge cover 12 and the cartridge body 11 are mounted, the cartridge cover 12 is abutted on the cartridge body 11 by the abutment member and then clamped and fixed with the cartridge body 11 by the clamping member, the abutment member may be an abutment rib or an abutment rib and an abutment groove matched structure, for example, an abutment rib may be formed on the cartridge cover 12, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, an L-shaped abutment rib 12a may be abutted on an edge of the cartridge cover 12a formed on the cartridge body 11, and then the cartridge cover 11 is clamped and fixed by the clamping member and then clamped with the cartridge cover 11 by the clamping member 12a when the cartridge cover 12 and the cartridge cover 11 are mounted. Preferably, a second sealing member 8 is arranged between the box body 11 and the box cover 12, a through hole 8a is formed in the second sealing member 8, the clamping member comprises a first clamping piece 91 arranged on the box cover 12 and a second clamping piece 92 arranged on the box body 11, and the first clamping piece 91 passes through the through hole 8a to be clamped and fixed with the second clamping piece 92. The second sealing member 8 may be a sealing ring, which may be a gasket, or other sealing structure. Through the cooperation of opening 8a and first joint piece 91 for first joint piece 91 can realize realizing the installation of lid 12 and box body 11 with second joint piece 92 joint, can also fix a position second sealing member 8, prevents to take place the drunkenness at lid 12 lid in-process second sealing member 8 of closing box opening 11 a. Of course, the positioning protrusion 8b may be formed on the second sealing member 8, the positioning groove 12b is formed on the lid 12, the positioning protrusion 8b is matched with the positioning groove 12b, taking the second sealing member 8 as a square annular sealing pad as an example, the first clamping pieces 91 may be two and located on a pair of sides of the square annular sealing pad, the positioning protrusions 8b are two and located on another pair of sides of the square annular sealing pad, the corresponding positioning grooves 12b are also two, when the lid 12 covers the box opening 11a, the positioning of a pair of sides of the square annular sealing pad can be realized by the matching of the first clamping pieces 91 and the through openings 8a, and the positioning of another pair of sides of the square annular sealing pad can be realized by the positioning protrusion 8b and the positioning groove 12b, so that the four sides of the square annular sealing pad can be positioned, and the square annular sealing pad is ensured not to be shifted or deformed. Alternatively, in the above, it is also possible that the number of the positioning projections 8b and the number of the positioning grooves 12b are one. In a preferred case, the first engaging member 91 is a card plate having a bayonet, and the second engaging member 92 is an engaging protrusion, and when the card plate is mounted, the card plate passes through the through hole 8a and exposes the bayonet to engage the bayonet with the engaging protrusion. Of course, other clamping methods may be used for the first clamping member 91 and the second clamping member 92.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the water cartridge 1 further includes a feed cap 13, a feed port 12c is formed on the cartridge cap 12, a first spiral groove is formed on the feed cap 13, a second spiral groove is formed on the feed port 12c, and the feed cap 13 is spirally connected with the feed port 12c through the first and second spiral grooves. Specifically, the feeding cover 13 and the feeding opening 12c are in a spiral connection, so that the feeding cover 13 can be screwed in and out relative to the feeding opening 12c, that is, the feeding cover 13 can be turned in one direction to enable the feeding cover 13 to screw in and off the feeding opening 12c, and the feeding cover 13 can be turned in the other direction to enable the feeding opening 12c to be unscrewed and opened. Of course, the feeding cover 13 and the feeding opening 12c may also adopt a pivotally connected flip-type structure. A third sealing member may be disposed between the feed cap 13 and the feed port 12c, and the third sealing member may be a sealing ring, which may be a gasket, or other sealing structure.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer surface of the feeding cover 13 is rotatably connected with a handle ring 14, the handle ring 14 can rotate in a non-pulled state and is accommodated in the feeding hole 12c, the handle ring 14 can be connected to the outer surface of the feeding cover 13 in a pivoted connection manner, after the feeding hole 12c is closed, the outer surface of the feeding cover 13 is at a certain distance from the outer opening edge of the feeding hole 12c, the distance ensures that the handle ring 14 in the non-pulled state can be accommodated, in this state, the plane of the handle ring 14 is parallel to the plane of the outer surface of the feeding cover 13, when the handle ring 14 is in the pulled state, for example, the handle ring 14 is exposed out of the feeding hole 12c, so that the handle ring 14 is convenient for a user to grasp, and the plane of the handle ring 14 is perpendicular to or at an angle with respect to the plane of the outer surface of the feeding cover 13, so that the handle ring 14 is twisted to realize the rotation of the feeding cover 13 from the feeding hole 12 c.
The laundry treatment method of the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention includes: spraying the atomizing gas to the laundry in the laundry treating drum. In practical applications, the material and/or type of the laundry in the laundry treatment drum may also be detected, and the amount of the atomizing gas delivered by the atomizing device may be determined based on the material and/or type of the laundry. The throwing time and throwing time can be determined according to the material and/or the type of the clothes.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (18)

1. A laundry treating apparatus comprising a cabinet in which a laundry putting-in opening is formed, a laundry treating drum provided in the cabinet, and a door device for opening and closing the laundry putting-in opening, the laundry putting-in opening being connected to the laundry treating drum through a connection member,
the laundry treatment apparatus further comprises a nebulizing device containing a laundry treatment agent, the nebulizing device being arranged on the laundry treatment drum, the gate device and/or the connecting member, the nebulizing device having at least one outlet arranged towards the interior of the laundry treatment drum so that the nebulizing device jets a nebulizing gas into the laundry treatment drum.
2. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the atomizing means comprise a water box provided on the laundry treatment drum, the gate means and/or the connecting member, the outlet being formed on the water box, the water box having formed therein a water containing chamber for containing laundry treatment agent, the number of outlets being one and communicating with the water containing chamber, and an atomizing plate provided on the outlet.
3. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the outlet is provided with a first sealing member in which the atomizing plate is housed, and a sealing pressure ring fitted to a side of the first sealing member close to the inside of the laundry treatment drum.
4. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a side of the water box facing the inside of the laundry treatment drum is fastened with a decorative case, and an opening communicating with the outlet is formed in the decorative case.
5. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the water box is further formed with an electrical chamber isolated from the water containing chamber, the electrical chamber being capable of containing a wire harness connected to the atomizing sheet.
6. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 5, wherein the aerosolization device further comprises a wireless charging assembly for powering the aerosolization blade, the wireless charging assembly being connected to the water cartridge and a portion of the wireless charging assembly being located within the electrical chamber.
7. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the wireless charging assembly comprises a fixing member provided on the laundry treatment drum, the door device and/or the connection member, an induction coil provided on the fixing member and the induction coil sleeved outside the induction element, an inductance element connected to the induction coil, and a first circuit board connected to the induction coil, and a second circuit board connected to the induction element.

The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the fixing member comprises a fixing inner plate and a fixing outer plate, the fixing inner plate is connected with the water box, the fixing outer plate is fixed on the laundry treatment drum, the door device and/or the connecting member, a first hollow columnar structure is formed on the fixing outer plate, a second hollow columnar structure is formed on the fixing inner plate, the second hollow columnar structure is sleeved on the first hollow columnar structure, the induction coil is sleeved on the second hollow columnar structure, the induction element is arranged in the first hollow columnar structure, the first circuit board is arranged on the fixing inner plate, and the second circuit board is arranged on the fixing outer plate.
9. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 8, wherein a mounting hole is formed in the water tub, a mounting rib is formed in an inner wall of the mounting hole, a mounting groove is formed in an edge of the fixed inner panel, and the mounting rib is provided in the mounting groove to fix the fixed inner panel to the water tub.
10. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the water box comprises a box body and a box cover, the box body being provided on the laundry treatment drum, the door means and/or the connecting member, the outlet being formed on the box body,
the box cover is arranged on the box body, and the box cover is connected with the box body through the connecting piece.
11. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 10, wherein a second sealing member is provided between the case body and the case cover, a through-hole is formed in the second sealing member, the clamping member includes a first clamping piece provided on the case cover and a second clamping piece provided on the case body, and the first clamping piece is clamped and fixed with the second clamping piece through the through-hole.
12. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 10, wherein the water tub further comprises a feed cap, a feed port is formed on the tub cover, a first spiral groove is formed on the feed cap, a second spiral groove is formed on the feed port, and the feed cap is spirally connected with the feed port through the first spiral groove and the second spiral groove.
13. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 12, characterized in that the outer surface of the feed cover is rotatably connected with a handle ring which can be rotated in a non-pulled state and is accommodated in the feed opening.
14. The laundry treatment apparatus of claim 12, wherein a third sealing member is provided between the feed cap and the feed port.
15. Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the atomizing means comprise a water box provided on the laundry treatment drum, the door means and/or the connecting member, in which a plurality of water containing chambers for containing the same or different laundry treatment agents are formed, and a plurality of atomizing pieces, the number of outlets being plural and being formed on the water box, the water containing chambers, the outlets and the atomizing pieces being in one-to-one correspondence, the outlets being in communication with the corresponding water containing chambers, the atomizing pieces being provided on the corresponding outlets.
16. Laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-15, characterized in that the laundry treatment apparatus is a clothes dryer, the connecting member being a front support structure of the clothes dryer.
17. Laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the laundry treatment apparatus is a washing and drying machine and the connecting member is a window gasket of the washing and drying machine.
18. A laundry treatment method of a laundry treatment apparatus comprising a cabinet in which a laundry putting-in opening is formed, a laundry treatment drum provided in the cabinet, and a door device for opening and closing the laundry putting-in opening, the laundry putting-in opening being connected to the laundry treatment drum through a connection member,
the laundry treatment apparatus further comprises a nebulizing device containing a laundry treatment agent, the nebulizing device being arranged on the laundry treatment drum, the gate device and/or the connecting member, the nebulizing device having at least one outlet arranged towards the interior of the laundry treatment drum,
the laundry treatment method includes:
spraying atomizing gas to the laundry in the laundry treating drum.
