In the case that the locking holes 110 correspond, the locking member 310 is caught into the locking holes 110 on the outside by the elastic member 320. The unlocking member 330 pushes the locking member 310 in a radial inward direction to withdraw from the locking hole 110, and in the case that the locking member 310 corresponds to the locking hole 110, the locking member 310 has a movement tendency to return radially outward to be locked again into the locking hole 110 for return.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the unlocking member 330 is provided with at least one supporting inclined surface 331, and the at least one supporting inclined surface 331 is distributed stepwise along one side of the unlocking member 330; the abutment inclined surface 331 is used for sliding contact with the locking piece 310 in the locking hole 110 on the inner side in the process that the needle bar 100 on the inner side slides relative to the needle bar 100 on the outer side to be separated from the preset position, so that the locking piece 310 sequentially withdraws from the locking hole 110 on the outer side, and the needle bar 100 on the inner side is unlocked from the needle bar 100 on the outer side. Each of the holding slopes 331 serves to hold the locking member 310 out of the thickness of one needle bar 100 by a distance so that the inner needle bar is separated from the outer needle bar.
Specifically, the unlocking piece 330 is provided with an abutment inclined surface 331; the abutment inclined surface 331 is used for sliding contact with the locking piece 310 during the process that the second needle bar slides downwards relative to the first needle bar, so that the locking piece 310 is withdrawn from the locking hole 110 of the first needle bar, and the second needle bar can be separated from the first needle bar and then slide downwards continuously.
Except for the outermost needle bar 100, one holding inclined surface 331 is required to be correspondingly arranged for unlocking the needle bar 100 on the opposite outer side of the remaining needle bars 100, for example, when the number of the needle bars 100 is three, the number of the holding inclined surfaces 331 is two, and the two holding inclined surfaces 331 are sequentially arranged in a descending stepped manner along the left-to-right position in fig. 4, so that the locking pieces 310 can be sequentially in sliding contact with the locking pieces 310 in the needle bars 100 on the inner side in the process of sequentially sliding the needle bars 100 downwards, and the locking pieces 310 are held against the locking holes 110.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the needle bars 100 other than the innermost side are each provided with a guide groove 120 extending in the axial direction, and the guide grooves 120 communicate with the corresponding locking holes 110; the unlocking piece 330 is in sliding fit with the guide groove 120, and the abutting inclined surface 331 of the unlocking piece 330 can be in sliding contact with the locking piece 310 in the locking hole 110; the guide grooves 120 have a width smaller than the diameter of the corresponding locking holes 110 to prevent the locking pieces 310 in the corresponding locking holes 110 from sliding toward the corresponding guide grooves 120.
The guide groove 120 communicates with the locking hole 110 so that the abutment inclined surface 331 is in sliding contact with the locking piece 310 in the locking hole 110; the guide groove 120 has a width smaller than the diameter of the locking hole 110 to prevent the locking piece 310 from sliding toward the guide groove 120.
After all the needle bars 100 are radially locked together by the locking member 310, they slide up and down along the axial length of the guide groove 120. When the holding inclined surface 331 moved downward into the guide groove 120 is in contact with the locking piece 310 in the locking hole 110, the locking piece 310 is held by the holding inclined surface 331 and retracted, until the locking piece 310 slides downward along the side surface of the unlocking piece 330, the inner needle bar 100 can continue to move downward relative to the outer needle bar 100, and the extraction needle 200 is inserted into the headspace bottle 800. After that, the needle bar 100 is driven to move upward, and the locking member 310 slides upward along the side surface of the unlocking member 330 until sliding to the locking hole 110 above the abutment slope 331, and then the locking member 310 is inserted into the locking hole 110 by the elastic member 320, thereby completing locking. And then continues to move upward, bringing the needle bar 100 to move upward synchronously.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the extraction needle 10 further includes a mounting base 600, and the mounting base 600 is provided with a sliding groove 610; at least two needle bars 100 slidably disposed in the sliding groove 610, and a mounting base 600 for mounting on a frame; the mount 600 is provided with at least one stop 700; at least one stopper 700 is provided on the mounting base 600, and the stopper 700 is used to abut against the outer needle bar 100 when the inner needle bar 100 slides away from the preset position relative to the outer needle bar 100, so as to prevent the outer needle bar 100 from moving in the axially downward direction.
After the driving mechanism 400 drives the needle bar 100 to move downwards to the preset position, the limiting piece 700 abuts against the needle bar 100 on the outer side, so that the outer side needle bar 100 cannot move under the condition that the needle bar 100 on the inner side opposite to the outer side continuously moves downwards to be separated from the preset position, and the acting force of the unlocking piece 330 for abutting against the locking piece 310 to retract can be provided until the locking piece 310 is fully retracted, and the inner side needle bar 100 continuously moves downwards relative to the outer side needle bar 100. The other needle bars 100 except the innermost needle bar 100 are provided with a stopper 700, or may be one stopper 700 having at least one stopper portion for sequentially stopping the outer needle bar 100.
For example, the mount 600 is provided with a sliding groove 610; the first needle bar is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 610, and the limiting member 700 is disposed on the mounting base 600, where the limiting member 700 is used to abut against the first needle bar when the second needle bar is separated from the first needle bar, so as to prevent the first needle bar from moving.
In the present embodiment, the number of needle bars 100 is two; the gas guide needle 210 is fixed to the outer needle bar 100; extraction needle 200 comprises an extraction needle; the extraction needle is fixed to the needle shaft 100 on the inside and the head of the extraction needle protrudes into the gas guiding needle 210. The head of the extraction needle extends into the gas guide needle 210, and the gas guide needle 210 plays a role in protecting and guiding the head of the extraction needle. The gas guiding needle 210 is first extended and inserted into the headspace bottle 800, the extraction needle penetrates the gas guiding needle 210 and extends into the headspace bottle 800, and then the extraction needle is retracted into the gas guiding needle 210, and the gas guiding needle 210 is retracted.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the number of needle bars 100 is two; the gas guide needle 210 is fixed to the outer needle bar 100; the extraction needle 200 comprises an extraction needle head and an extraction catheter; the extraction needle and the extraction catheter are all fixed on the needle bar 100 on the inner side; the extraction needle penetrates through the extraction catheter, the head of the extraction needle penetrates out of the head of the extraction catheter, and the extraction needle and the extraction catheter are both penetrated inside the gas guide needle 210.
In the initial state, the head of the extraction needle is already penetrating the head of the extraction duct, and both the extraction needle and the extraction duct are penetrating inside the gas guiding needle 210. Similarly, the gas guiding needle 210 is first extended and inserted into the headspace bottle 800, the extraction needle penetrates the gas guiding needle 210 and extends into the headspace bottle 800, and then the extraction needle retracts into the gas guiding needle 210, and the gas guiding needle 210 retracts.
In the present embodiment, the number of needle bars 100 is three; the gas guide needle 210 is fixed to the outermost needle bar 100; the extraction needle 200 comprises an extraction needle head and an extraction catheter; the extraction needle is fixed to the innermost needle shaft 100 and the extraction catheter is fixed to the needle shaft 100 in the intermediate position.
The gas guiding needle 210 is extended into the headspace bottle 800, the extraction catheter is extended into the gas guiding needle 210, the extraction needle is extended into the gas guiding needle 210 through the extraction catheter and penetrates the gas guiding needle 210 to extend into the headspace bottle 800, then the extraction needle is retracted under the protection and guiding of the extraction catheter, and the gas guiding needle 210 is retracted.
Referring to fig. 2, the driving mechanism 400 further includes a driving motor 410 and a transmission mechanism 420, the driving motor 410 is connected with the transmission mechanism 420, the innermost needle bar 100 is connected with the transmission mechanism 420, and the driving motor 410 drives the innermost needle bar 100 to move up and down through the transmission mechanism 420, so as to sequentially drive the outer needle bar 100 to move up or down.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, an extraction needle 10 according to the present embodiment is provided, and the working principle of the extraction needle 10 is: the gas guide needle 210 is inserted into the upper space position of the headspace bottle 800 by downwards moving the innermost needle bar 100 from the highest position, so that the gas of the headspace bottle 800 can be guided to be guided out of the headspace bottle 800 through the gas inlet pipe 500 and the gas outlet pipe 510 on the needle, and headspace sample injection is realized by combining other pipelines; the other is that the locking piece 310 is ejected out by the supporting inclined plane 331, so that the needle bar 100 which is continuously downward can drive the extraction needle 200 to continuously move downward, the head of the extraction needle 200 is exposed in the upper space of the headspace bottle 800 for extraction and concentration, after concentration, the driving mechanism 400 drives the needle bar 100 to move upward to the supporting inclined plane 331, and after the locking piece 310 is driven by the elastic force of a spring piece or a torsion spring to move into the locking hole 110 along the supporting inclined plane 331, so that the needle bar 100 and the needle bar 100 at the outer side are kept relatively static, the needle bar 100 is continuously lifted to move upward, and the gas guide needle 210 leaves the upper space of the headspace bottle 800 and leaves the bottle pad, so that different strokes of various extraction and sample feeding modes are completed.
The extraction needle 10 provided in this embodiment has at least the following advantages:
through a actuating mechanism 400 and at least two needle bars 100 locking and breaking away from, realize the drive of multi-stroke, gas guide needle 210 and extraction needle 200 are fixed on different needle bars 100, and the drive of needle bar 100 can drive headspace sample introduction and solid phase microextraction sample introduction and realize alone, perhaps realizes in the lump, realizes multi-functional sample introduction, has brought very big convenience for the sample introduction operation, improves sample introduction efficiency.

a mating assembly (300), a driving mechanism (400), the driving mechanism (400) being connected with the innermost needle bar (100), the driving mechanism (400) being used for driving the needle bar (100) on the inner side to slide to a preset position in an axially upward direction relative to the needle bar (100) on the outer side in sequence and to be locked with the needle bar (100) on the outer side by the mating assembly (300), or the driving mechanism (400) being used for driving the needle bar (100) on the inner side to slide to be separated from the preset position in an axially downward direction relative to the needle bar (100) on the outer side in sequence and to be unlocked from the needle bar (100) on the outer side by the mating assembly (300), so as to drive the extraction needle (200) and the gas guide needle (210) to move in stages and to enable the extraction needle (200) to pass through or retract the gas guide needle (210);
the air inlet pipe (500) and the air outlet pipe (510), wherein the air inlet pipe (500) and the air outlet pipe (510) are respectively communicated with the air guide needle (210).

the mating assembly (300) includes a locking member (310) and an unlocking member (330);
the locking pieces (310) are arranged on the at least two needle bars (100) along the radial direction of the needle bars (100), and the locking pieces (310) are used for penetrating and locking the needle bars (100) which sequentially slide to the preset positions on the outer needle bars (100) along the radial direction;
the at least two needle bars (100) are slidably arranged on the unlocking piece (330), and the unlocking piece (330) is used for abutting against the locking piece (310) locked on the inner needle bar (100) in the process that the needle bar (100) on the inner side slides away from the preset position relative to the needle bar (100) on the outer side, so that the locking piece (310) is sequentially unlocked with the needle bar (100) on the outer side.

the elastic piece (320) is an elastic sheet or a torsion spring; the elastic piece or the torsion spring is propped against the needle bar (100) along the extending direction of the needle bar (100), one end of the elastic piece or the torsion spring is fixed with the needle bar (100), and the other end of the elastic piece or the torsion spring is fixed with the locking piece (310).
