Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a group of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a medicine composition for accelerating healing of burns and scalds wound surfaces and application thereof.
Background
Burn and scald is a common injury in daily life and production labor, the pain of patients is obvious, the wound surface is easy to be infected and healed for a long time, the common conventional treatment is poor in curative effect, and scars are easy to be left. The severity of the burn and scald is mainly judged according to the position and the area size of the burn and scald and the depth of the burn and scald. Burns and scalds are serious in the head and face parts or not in the head and face parts, but the burns and scalds are large in area and deep in depth and are generally divided into three degrees according to the depth: 1. burn and scald at one time: the epidermis is only injured, the injured skin is reddish, swollen and hot and spicy and painful, but no blisters appear. 2. Second degree burn and scald: injury to dermis, local redness and swelling, fever, and pain, and obvious blisters. 3. Three-degree burn and scald: the whole skin, including the underlying fat, bones and muscles, is damaged, the skin is darkened and necrotic, and instead the pain is not intense, as many nerves are damaged together. The disease is long, the disease is repeatedly caused, the disease is relatively intractable, and the physical and mental health, life and work of patients are seriously affected. At present, various medicines for treating burns and scalds are mainly divided into paste, liquid, foam and the like. Such as: the antibacterial spray mainly comprises "Beijing Wan hong" and "wet burn ointment", and is mainly used for activating blood and detoxicating, detumescence and relieving pain, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation, and is used for mild water, fire scald and wound surface fester. However, the above drugs have the following disadvantages: jingwanhong is used for treating second degree burns and scalds, has a slow curative effect and can heal only after about 25 days of clinical test; and the improper use can cause a plurality of side effects, such as easy suppuration infection and difficult healing of wounds, and easy scar leaving, and the medicinal powder has various defects of difficult debridement. In particular to an external preparation which can accelerate the wound healing and is not easy to leave scars.

Further, the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of lithospermum, 20 parts of coptis chinensis, 20 parts of radix scutellariae, 20 parts of cortex phellodendri, 30 parts of dark plum fruit, 20 parts of catechu, 10 parts of borneol and 30-40 parts of beeswax.
Further, the invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition for accelerating wound healing and removing scars, which comprises the following steps:
a) Preparation of lithospermum extract:
weighing 50 parts of lithospermum, cleaning, removing impurities, drying, crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine crushed material.
Soaking radix Arnebiae crushed material in sesame oil for more than 1 hr, heating in water bath at 45-60deg.C for 30min-1 hr, and has good fractionation effect to prevent water vapor from entering radix Arnebiae extract. Decocting radix Arnebiae extract at 45-60deg.C for 30-45 min, and centrifuging to obtain radix Arnebiae oil.
The added traditional Chinese medicine natural indigo 10 parts has cold property and salty taste, and can clear away heat and toxic materials, cool blood and remove spots, purge fire and calm convulsion and stop bleeding. Its advantages are high effect on treating wound, and long service life.
b) Respectively decocting 20 parts of coptis chinensis, 20 parts of radix scutellariae and 20 parts of cortex phellodendri in melted beeswax for 30min to obtain three pastes which are respectively coptis chinensis paste, radix scutellariae paste and cortex phellodendri paste for standby.
c) Extracting mume fructus 30 parts and Catechu 20 parts with 75% ethanol of 12BV for 1.5 hr, filtering to obtain medicinal liquid, and extracting the residue with 75% ethanol for 1 hr.
