Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide formulation processing, and in particular relates to a composite granule prepared by taking sulfonylurea herbicide as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is composed of sulfonylurea herbicide or sulfonylurea herbicide and compound A, and the rest is agriculturally acceptable auxiliary agent. The sulfonylurea-containing weeding granule for broadcasting and flying prevention provided by the invention has good heat storage stability, small dust amount, good wear resistance and safety to non-target plants planted around farmlands.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide formulation processing, and in particular relates to granules taking sulfonylurea herbicides as active ingredients and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sulfonylurea herbicides were first discovered by dupont to be a sign of herbicide entry into the ultra-high efficacy period. Is suitable for wheat, rice, corn, soybean, rape, etc. The sulfonylurea herbicide has the main characteristics that: first, the activity is extremely high, the dosage per hectare is calculated in grams, and the pesticide belongs to the super-efficient pesticide variety. Second, the weeding spectrum is wide, and the weeding spectrum of each variety has larger difference. Thirdly, the selectivity is strong, and each variety has corresponding applicable crops and weeding spectrums. Fourth, the use is convenient, the medicament can be absorbed by roots, stems and leaves of weeds, and can be used for soil treatment and stem and leaf treatment. Fifth, it is safe to mammals and is easily decomposed in the environment so as not to be easily accumulated.
The pesticide Granule (GRnule) is a granular preparation consisting of pesticide raw material, auxiliary agent and carrier. As a commonly used pesticide formulation there are many advantages: when the pesticide is applied, the pesticide particles are not attached to the stems and leaves of crops, so that the direct contact is avoided to generate phytotoxicity; the adhesion or inhalation dosage of the body of an operator can be reduced in the process of drug administration, and poisoning accidents are avoided; so that the high-toxicity pesticide is low in toxicity and can avoid poisoning of people and animals.
Because sulfonylurea herbicides are unstable in water and organic solvents, most sulfonylurea herbicides are processed into solid dosage forms such as granules, wettable powders and the like. In the intensive research process of the granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides, the inventor finds that if the conventional preparation method of granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides is adopted to prepare the granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides by mixing and crushing the raw material and the auxiliary agent filler into the mother powder and adding the adhesive to coat the mother powder on the granule carrier, the thermal storage decomposition rate of sulfonylurea active ingredients is higher, the sample dust amount is larger, the wear resistance is poorer, and the quality of the product is seriously affected. And because the dust amount is large, the phenomenon of drifting of active ingredients is easy to occur when the anti-pesticide is applied on the fly, so that the phenomena of phytotoxicity such as yellowing and falling of leaves of non-target plants planted around farmlands occur. Aiming at the problems, the inventor performs a formulation and preparation process investigation test of granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides and a preparation method thereof, so as to reduce the heat storage decomposition rate of sulfonylurea herbicides, reduce the dust content of products, improve the wear resistance and solve the phytotoxicity phenomenon of the products on non-target plants planted around farmlands during the pesticide application of the products.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the preparation method of granule containing sulfonylurea herbicide includes mixing the effective components of sulfonylurea herbicide with water soluble assistant and water, shearing, and sand grinding to obtain slurry; and (3) fully mixing the sanded slurry with carrier particles, adding filler, fully mixing, and drying to obtain granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides.
The active ingredients in the granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides account for 0.01-20% of the mass of the preparation; wherein, the sulfonylurea herbicide is selected from one or more of bensulfuron methyl, pyrazosulfuron ethyl, nicosulfuron, cinosulfuron, thifensulfuron methyl, chlorimuron ethyl, tribenuron methyl, mesosulfuron methyl, ethoxysulfuron, cinosulfuron, flupyrsulfuron-methyl and formaminosulfuron-methyl; the compound A is selected from one or more of quinclorac, mefenacet, oxyfluorfen, cyhalofop-butyl, oxadiazon, bispyribac-sodium, penoxsulam, 2-methyl-4-chloro, alachlor, acetochlor, pretilachlor, butachlor, carfentrazone-ethyl, prometryn, pendimethalin, simetryn, bentazone, pyriftalid and anilofos.
The auxiliary agent is one or more of dispersing agent, wetting agent, filler and carrier; wherein the dispersing agent is sodium lignin sulfonate, calcium lignin sulfonate, polycarboxylate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate; the wetting agent is one or more of alkyl sulfate, alkyl sulfonate and naphthalene sulfonate.
The sulfonylurea herbicide-containing granule comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.01-10% of one or more sulfonylurea herbicides, 0.01-10% of one or more compounds A, 0.01-5% of dispersing agent, 0.01-5% of wetting agent, 1-20% of filler and the balance of carrier.
The filler is selected from one or a combination of a plurality of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate, diatomite and white carbon black.
The carrier is selected from one or more of silicate particles, urea particles, starch particles, ammonium sulfate particles, ammonium nitrate particles, ammonium chloride particles, potassium sulfate particles and humic acid particles.
The granules containing sulfonylurea herbicide are prepared by the method, and the heat storage decomposition rate of active ingredients in the granules is reduced, the dust amount is reduced, and the dust drift generated during application is reduced.
The granule can be applied by adopting a direct spraying and airplane spraying mode.
The invention has the advantages that:
the granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides are prepared by adopting a preparation process that the active ingredients are ground into suspending agents to be coated on carrier particles, and then fillers are added for full mixing, so that the thermal storage decomposition rate of sulfonylurea herbicides in the granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides can be reduced, the dust amount is reduced, the wear resistance is improved, the dust drift generated when the granules containing sulfonylurea herbicides are subjected to the flying prevention and pesticide application is greatly reduced, and the phytotoxicity phenomenon of non-target plants planted around farmlands during the flying prevention and pesticide application is further solved.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples, without limiting the invention to these specific embodiments. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention encompasses all alternatives, modifications and equivalents as may be included within the scope of the claims. The raw materials and other materials in the examples are all commercially available.
The granule obtained by the invention is matched with corresponding components due to a specific preparation process, so that the heat storage decomposition rate of the sulfonylurea herbicide in the sulfonylurea herbicide-containing granule is reduced, the dust amount is reduced, the dust drift generated when the sulfonylurea herbicide-containing granule is used for preventing pesticide application is greatly reduced, and the phytotoxicity phenomenon of non-target plants planted around farmlands during the pesticide application is further solved.
The thermal storage decomposition rate of the effective components of the following preparations is tested:
the experimental method comprises the following steps: 100g of granule samples of different preparation processes are respectively prepared in each example, and the dust amount of the samples is measured according to the GB/T30360-2013 granular pesticide dust measuring method. According to the method for measuring the wear resistance of the GB/T33031-2016 pesticide water dispersible granule, a sample is placed into a glass bottle, the glass bottle is placed into a wear resistance tester to rotate for a certain time, the content of active ingredients of the sample before and after rotation is measured, and the ratio of the content after rotation to the content before rotation is calculated. The heat storage stability test was carried out in accordance with GB/T19136-2003 "solid formulation", and the test was carried out in an incubator at (54.+ -. 2) ℃ for 14 days. After 14 days of heat storage, the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was measured. In all the examples, the percentage content of the preparation is weight percentage, and the percentage content of the preparation is prepared by taking the effective components as the reference.
