Description

Weft knitting compound cut loop pile fabric and knitting method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of knitting, in particular to a weft knitting compound cut loop pile fabric and a knitting method thereof.
Background
The weft knitting cut loop pile fabric is woven by a double-needle bed circular knitting machine, a needle dial (or a needle cylinder) of the double-needle bed machine is provided with knitting needles, ground yarns and pile yarns are woven into plain plaiting bottom tissues, the needle cylinder (or the needle dial) is provided with knife needles (or integral needles), only pile yarns are hooked to form elongated loop arcs, the loop arcs are cut by the cutting edge of the knife needles to form piles, and the piles are attached to the bottom tissues to be woven into the cut loop pile fabric. In the existing loop-cut pile fabric, pile yarns are fed into one position in a loop forming system and are formed on knitting needles at intervals according to a rule, the number of continuous loop forming needles is generally the same as the number of interval needles, and is 1-3, the number of the continuous loop forming needles reflects the consolidation fastness of the pile yarns in the fabric, the more the number of the continuous loop forming needles is, the better the consolidation fastness is, and the less the number of the elongated loop arcs formed by the corresponding pile yarns is, the more the number of the continuous knitting needles is, the thinner the pile is. Plain knitting structure courses are also designed between the cut loop pile courses of the general cut loop pile fabric and are used for adjusting the performances of the fabric such as density, gram weight, fastness of the pile loops, and run-off property.
The weft knitting cut loop pile fabric can produce cut loop pile, and can also select the needle by a needle selecting mechanism for the knife needle, and the working state of the knife needle is controlled, so that jacquard cut loop pile is produced. When the cutter needle triangle with different needle pressing depths is adopted, concave-convex cutting loop velvet with different wool heights can be produced.
After the double-needle bed loop pile cutting machine is improved, one face of the double-needle bed loop pile cutting machine can be knitted into a relatively fine plain weave structure, and the other face of the double-needle bed loop pile cutting machine is made of loop pile cutting fabrics with composite structures in which loop piles are partially arranged alternately. The fine surface covers the rough reverse surface of the cut loop velvet, thereby improving the wearing performance of the cut loop velvet.
Cut loop pile fabrics are widely used in the fields of apparel, toys, carpets, car decorations, home textiles and the like due to various excellent performances and appearances, and have a large demand.
However, the existing cut pile adopts a knitting course to feed only one pile yarn, a one-needle consolidation knitting method is adopted to obtain high-density full-needle cut pile, one-needle consolidation is easy to generate pile falling phenomenon, and the pile is rarely used as a garment fabric, and when the structure is used as a carpet, back glue is used for reinforcement, so that the production process and the cost are increased, and adverse effects are also caused to the environment; when the multi-needle consolidation method is used for producing the cut loop fabric, the phenomenon of hair falling can be reduced, but the density of the wool is reduced, the wool becomes loose, and a high-end wool product is difficult to manufacture; when the multi-color jacquard plush fabric is manufactured, the density of the plush is smaller and the plush is loose when the plush consolidation fastness is considered, so that the bottom exposing phenomenon occurs, the use value of the product is greatly reduced, and the product is difficult to accept by the market.
The fabric and the knitting method which are used for further improving the performance and the quality of the cut loop pile products and the diversity of the products, realizing the upgrading and the updating of the products, and technically solving the problems that the cut loop pile ensures the consolidation fastness and meets the pile density are urgent and important.

The invention provides the following technical scheme: the weft-knitted compound cut loop pile fabric is formed by knitting ground yarns and pile yarns, the ground yarns form a bottom structure in a plaiting yarn loop structure of the weft-knitted compound cut loop pile fabric, each ground yarn forms a course bottom structure, the pile yarns form cut loop pile in the plaiting yarn loop structure of the weft-knitted compound cut loop pile fabric, the pile yarns knit multi-needle/single-needle consolidated loops at intervals in a course bottom structure in a multi-piece/compound split manner according to respective rules, the consolidated loops are plaiting loops woven by the pile yarns together with the ground yarns, loop arcs between the multi-needle/single-needle consolidated loops of the pile yarns are cut off as required, the loop arcs comprise floating threads or sedimentation arcs, knitting courses of a common knitting structure can be designed between the cut loop pile courses, and the weft-knitted compound cut loop pile fabric comprises plain pile fabric, jacquard pile fabric and high-low pile fabric.
Further, the weft knitting compound cut loop pile fabric is knitted by a double-needle bed circular knitting machine, a cam system and a yarn guide which can be used for feeding pile yarns in a duplex mode are arranged on one needle bed of the knitting machine, knife needles, a special cam knitting system and other auxiliary devices are arranged on the other needle bed, and a jacquard device which plays a role in selecting the knife needles is also arranged when the jacquard pile fabric is knitted.
Further, the knife needle is a common knife needle, and can also be a combined knife needle.
For convenience of description, when describing the knitting method, an upper dial of the double needle bed circular knitting machine is set to be configured as a knitting needle, a lower needle cylinder is configured as a knife needle, and a cam system, a yarn guiding system and a needle selecting system are respectively configured based on the upper dial and the lower needle cylinder. The plain weave between the cut-loop knitting courses is not described in detail in the knitting process.
The invention also provides a knitting method of the weft knitting compound cut loop pile fabric, which comprises a rear compound synchronous loop knitting method, a front compound synchronous loop knitting method, a compound step cut loop pile knitting method, a jacquard compound cut loop pile knitting method and a high-low compound cut loop pile knitting method.
Further, the post compound synchronous looping knitting method specifically refers to:
(1) After all knitting needles withdraw loops, the ground yarn guide feeds ground yarn, the ground yarn is padded into the knitting needles after the action of the needle pressing triangle, the knitting needles are pressed to the loop positions, and the needle hooks hold the ground yarn;
(2) The knitting needle is characterized in that part of knitting needles are pushed to a loop collecting position under the action of a triangle, other knitting needles still hold ground yarns, the ground yarns still are in a straightening state, a needle latch of the knitting needle pushed to the loop collecting position is opened by the ground yarns, meanwhile, part of knife needles matched with the part of knitting needles are synchronously pushed to a high position, the knitting needles and the knife needles are fed with yarn by a velvet yarn guide, the knitting needles and the knife needles are respectively pressed by the respective triangle, the velvet yarns are padded into the knitting needles and the knife needle hooks, the triangle further works to enable the knitting needles to hold the velvet yarns to return to a loop position and to be flush with the knitting needles which do not participate in the work, and when the knife needles are arranged at intervals with the knitting needles, the knife needles hold the yarns at the back of the knitting needles or at a position slightly higher than the knitting needles, so that the yarns can be stably held by the knitting needles in a lower tension state and the knitting needles and the knife needles are not collided. Thus finishing the yarn-laying of one pile yarn; the process is repeated for other parts of knitting needles and knife needle combinations, so that feeding and yarn-filling of a plurality of pile yarns can be completed, and at the moment, a yarn guide, a knitting needle hook and a knife needle hook form a yarn guide channel for knitting the pile yarns into the course yarns;
(3) After ground yarns and pile yarns are padded on knitting needles and cutter needles, the yarns are bent on the knitting needles to form loops by using a needle pressing triangle to form flat knitting plating loops, and all the cutter needles synchronously form elongated loops under the action of the triangle;
(4) All knitting needles participate in the work to complete the knitting of one plain/jersey course, and the knife needles do not participate in the work;
(5) The yarn pressing disc is used for pressing the pile yarn with the elongated circular arc formed on the cutter needle, the cutter needle is acted by the needle pushing triangle, and the circular arc is cut off by the cutting edge to form the pile. If the cutter needle adopts a combined cutter needle, the yarn pressing disc is not needed, and the cutting edge of the cutter needle is directly used for cutting off the loop arc.
The method is characterized in that ground yarns are firstly fed into a knitting system, then pile yarns are fed, after yarn padding is completed, knitting needles and knife needles synchronously press and stitch loops to form loops and loop arcs, and finally the loop-cutting pile fabric is formed.
Further, the pre-duplex synchronous knitting method specifically refers to:
(1) Part of knitting needles and corresponding knife needles are pushed by respective triangular action, the knitting needles are pushed to a loop withdrawing position, the knife needles are pushed to a yarn backing position, the yarn carrier simultaneously feeds down yarns to the knitting needles and the knife needles, then the needle pressing triangle presses the knitting needles to a loop backing position, and the needle heads of the knife needles are pressed to the needle back height of the knitting needles (when the knife needles are arranged at intervals, the knife needle hooks and the needle hooks can be flush), so that the yarn backing of the knitting needles and the knife needles is completed. And repeating the process of filling the knitting yarns by the other part of knitting needles and the corresponding knife needles to finish the filling of the knitting yarns by a plurality of knitting yarns on different knitting needles and knife needles. After the yarn padding is completed, the yarn guide, the knitting needle hook and the knife needle hook construct a pile yarn guide channel;
(2) The yarn carrier only feeds ground yarns to the knitting needles under the action of the needle jack cams, then the knitting needles and the knife needles are used for finishing ground yarn backing yarns by the action of the needle jack cams, and the ground yarn backing yarns and the respective velvet yarns are combined into loops to form a flat needle plating structure; the knife needle simultaneously forms an elongated loop arc on the velvet yarn;
(3) All knitting needles participate in the work to complete the knitting of one plain/jersey course, and the knife needles do not participate in the work;
(4) The yarn pressing disc is used for pressing the pile yarn with the elongated circular arc formed on the cutter needle, the cutter needle is acted by the needle pushing triangle, and the circular arc is cut off by the cutting edge to form the pile. If the cutter needle adopts a combined cutter needle, the yarn pressing disc is not needed, and the cutting edge of the cutter needle is directly used for cutting off the loop arc.
The method for forming the loop-cutting pile fabric by feeding a plurality of pile yarns into a knitting system, then feeding ground yarns, synchronously pressing the knitting needles and the knife needles to form loops and loop arcs, and finally cutting the loops is called as: a front compound synchronous loop-cutting velvet knitting method.
Further, the compound step-by-step loop velvet knitting method specifically comprises the following steps: on the basis of the two methods of the rear compound synchronous looping knitting method and the front compound synchronous knitting method, after the fed pile yarns are padded on the knife needle each time, the knife needle continuously presses the knife needle to the final required depth under the action of a needle pressing triangle to form elongated pile yarn loop arcs, namely, each pile yarn loop arc is respectively formed, when the knitting needle enters a looping stage by the method for knitting the pile yarn loop arcs step by step, the knife needle needs to make certain rollback to provide required yarns for the pile yarn loop forming loop to the knitting needle, thereby reducing knitting tension and avoiding yarn breakage.
The method for directly knitting the pile yarns into pile loops stepwise is called: a compound step-by-step loop-cutting velvet knitting method.
Further, the knitting method of the jacquard compound cut loop velvet specifically comprises the following steps: on the basis of a rear-mounted compound synchronous loop knitting method, a front-mounted compound synchronous knitting method and a compound step-by-step loop cutting pile knitting method, the pile yarns fed in one course respectively adopt different color yarns, knife needles in one cycle respectively correspond to the different color yarns, jacquard loop cutting pile is required to obtain monochromatic color blocks, only one knife needle corresponding to one color yarn in one circularly arranged knife needle (a color development unit) is required to work to form pile, the pile yarns which do not form the pile are not cut by the knife needle at the position of the knife needle to form floating threads, the floating threads are covered by the formed color development pile and are positioned in the color development pile, so that a monochromatic color development zone is obtained, a circularly arranged knife needle is required to selectively perform needle-out work, a weft knitting needle selecting mechanism is required to be adopted during knitting, a mechanical needle selecting mechanism is required to be used during small-pattern knitting, and an electronic needle selecting mechanism is required to be used during large-pattern knitting; the needle selecting mechanism generally selects two stations, when the needle selecting mechanism is adopted for knitting, the cutter needle can adopt a single needle butt needle, and the needle pressing action of the cutter needle is generated by the action of a needle pressing triangle of the cutter needle on the needle butt; the needle jack action of the knife needle is completed by a needle selecting mechanism, so that the color of each color developing unit can be designated according to the needs, and the color can be single-color or mixed, thereby obtaining multicolor jacquard cut loop velvet with various patterns.
The knitting method of the compound plain jacquard cut loop pile formed by the needle selecting operation of the needle selecting mechanism is called: jacquard double cut loop pile knitting method.
Further, the weaving method of the high-low compound cut loop velvet specifically comprises the following steps: the pile fabrics with various pile heights generally form a certain pattern, part of the pattern is high pile, the other part of the pattern is low pile and even is free of pile, so that patterns with concave-convex effect third dimension are formed, the high-low cut loop pile is obtained, a needle selecting device with at least two stations is also arranged in a feeding system of knitting pile yarns, namely, a loom is provided with a jacquard cut loop pile machine function, and knife needles and a knife needle triangle system capable of knitting the high-low pile heights are arranged at the same time, so that the knitting of the high-low composite cut loop pile is realized by constructing a knife needle track of the high-low pile on the basis of the jacquard composite cut loop pile;
in the knitting system of step-by-step looping, the pile length which can be achieved by jacquard loop cutting pile is set to be the longest pile height, and other pile lengths are sequentially reduced, so that loop cutting pile with different pile heights can be formed. During knitting, firstly, the pile yarn fed in one course is pressed to the deepest position by the loop arc formed by the selected knife needle under the action of the needle pressing triangle to form the longest pile loop arc, then the pile yarn fed in gradually reduces the needle pressing depth, and the like, so that the pile heights with different lengths can be obtained, and then the high-low cut loop pile is formed by cutting loops;
in the synchronous looping knitting system, the stitch of the cutter needle can be designed to be different in height, the needle pressing triangle of the cutter needle corresponds to the stitch of the cutter needle by different thicknesses, meanwhile, the needle pressing depth of the needle pressing triangle with different thicknesses is designed to be a required value, the longer the stitch is, the deeper the needle pressing depth is, the longer the loop arc is formed, the higher the pile is formed after loop cutting, and the high-low loop cutting velvet can be formed;
when the needle selecting mechanism adopts three stations, the cutter needle triangle system is properly adjusted, and plain high-low cut loop velvet with full needle velvet/all cutter needles working can be obtained.
The method for simultaneously configuring the high and low cut loop pile triangles on the basis of jacquard cut loops so as to obtain the high and low cut loop pile is called: a high-low compound cut loop velvet knitting method.
In addition, on the basis of the scheme, in the production of cut loop pile, all knife needles are replaced by latch-less crochet needles, so that weft knitting terry fabrics can be produced; the double-effect fabric with the interweaved terry and cut terry can be produced by replacing part of the knife needles with the bearded needles without tongue.
The beneficial effects obtained by the invention by adopting the structure are as follows: in the weft knitting compound cut loop pile fabric and the knitting method thereof, a plurality of pile yarns are respectively fed into a knitting system in the same knitting course, and the respective pile yarns are formed at different positions, so that pile yarn loops (consolidated loops) can be formed on all knitting needles of the knitted base fabric. The main advantages of the technology are:
(1) On the basis of reliable pile consolidation fastness, the density of the pile is greatly improved, so that finer raw materials can be adopted to produce high-end fine pile products, the upgrading and updating of cut loop pile products are realized, and the requirements of high-end markets are met;
(2) The compound cut loop pile production technology can make the multi-color (multi-high pile) jacquard cut loop pile fabric into a practical product. The compound production mode is adopted to ensure that the fabric avoids bottoming, has high pattern definition, strong layering sense and plump hand feeling, and can meet the requirements of people on the perfect direction of the multicolor cut loop velvet jacquard fabric;
(3) The compound cut loop pile has the advantages that one ground yarn is used for simultaneously solidifying a plurality of pile yarns, the solidification efficiency is high, the yarn proportion of the ground yarn is small, and the raw material cost can be relatively reduced;
(4) The knitting of the multiple loop pile cutting yarns is completed in one course, so that the number of knitting systems of a plain structure is reduced, the number of installing loop pile cutting knitting systems of the loom is increased, and the production efficiency of the loom can be obviously improved.

Examples:
in order to illustrate the knitting method of the double-needle-bed cut pile, taking a loom configured as follows as an example, on a double-needle-bed cut pile loom, a 4-needle-path knitting needle can be configured on an upper needle dial, and can be combined according to requirements, and 4-needle-path cams are arranged according to the double-needle-bed cut pile loom; the lower needle cylinder arranges cutter needles according to the needle track number corresponding to the upper dial needles; when knitting jacquard cut loop velvet, a jacquard mechanism with two stations is configured; when knitting high and low pile fabrics, knife needles and knife needle cams with different stitch depths are arranged.
1. Production method of compound rear synchronous loop-cutting velvet
For the two-needle consolidated two-thread compound cut loop velvet with the structure shown in fig. 1, the knitting diagram is shown in fig. 8, the upper needles of the loom are arranged according to AABB two-needle tracks and tongue needles, and the knife needles of the lower needle cylinder are arranged in a needle groove according to ab order and correspond to the intervals between the needles of BB and AA.
The production method of the rear compound step-by-step loop cutting velvet is now described by combining the motion track diagram of the knitting needle and the knife needle shown in fig. 2:
first, as the needle cylinder moves, the needle enters the I-section, as known from the needle movement trajectory 1: the needle jack cam acts on the knitting needles A and B to withdraw the knitting needles, followed by a ground yarn carrier F S The ground yarn S is fed to the needles, after which the presser cams act on the needles a and B so that the needles are in the tucked state (not looper), outside the upper dial opening L1. The knife needle does not work in the part I and is positioned on the lower needle opening line L3.
And a second step of: and the knitting needle is at the part II, the knitting needle A is lifted to a tucking position (without loop withdrawal), the knitting needle B still holds the ground yarn S, the latch of the needle A is opened, and conditions are created for knitting needle yarn backing. From the needle movement trajectory 2, it is known that: the knife needle a and the knitting needle A rise to the yarn filling height together, the knitting needle and the knife needle are fed with the pile yarn a by the pile yarn guide Fa and are filled with yarn, the knitting needle is pressed to a ferrule position (the position of the needle B which does not participate in work) under the action of respective needle pressing cams, and the needle head of the knife needle a is slightly biased to the back line L2 of the knitting needle.
When the knitting needle reaches the part III, the knitting needle B and the knife needle B work, and other processes are the same as the action of the knitting needle A and the knife needle a in the part II.
After passing the portions I, II and III, the ground yarn and the pile yarn complete the yarn laying of the knitting needles AB and AB, and at the same time, yarn guiding channels for the subsequent use of the pile yarns a, b and the ground yarn S are created.
And a third step of: in the final stage of the part III, the knitting needle AB continues to perform yarn bending, loop winding, loop releasing and loop forming under the action of the needle pressing triangle to form a flat yarn plating structure, and simultaneously the cutter needle AB pulls down the wool yarns a and b under the action of the cutter needle pressing triangle to form a loop arc. The knitting of the U-pile yarn course in fig. 8 is completed.
Fourth step: the knitting needle reaches the IV part, all knitting needles AB take part in the work, after the knitting needles are pushed out, knitting yarn S is fed, and then yarn padding, yarn bending, loop winding, loop releasing and loop forming are carried out, so that the knitting of the plain course is completed. Knitting of the V courses in fig. 8 is achieved. This portion of the needle does not take part in the work.
Fifth step: when knitting to the V part, the yarn pressing disc O presses the pile loop yarns a and b, the cutter needle rises, and the cutter blade cuts off the pile loop arc to form the pile. After the knife needle cuts the down, the knife needle returns to the needle cylinder.
Thus, knitting of one circular course of the two-stitch cut pile is completed.
2. Production method of compound front-positioned step-by-step loop-cutting velvet
The compound cut loop pile fabric of fig. 1 can also be produced by a compound front-end step-by-step looping method, and the knitting diagram is shown in fig. 8. The knitting method will now be described with reference to fig. 3:
the first step: knitting to the I part, and enabling the needle jack cam to act on the knitting needle A simultaneously to enable the knitting needle A to withdraw loops; acting on the cutter needle a to enable the cutter needle a to rise to the yarn-laying height, at the moment, the yarn carrier Fa feeds the yarn into the knitting needle A and the cutter needle a, then the knitting needle A is retracted to a loop-holding position (without loop detachment) under the action of a needle pressing triangle, the knitting needle A is held outside an upper needle cylinder opening line L1, and the cutter needle pressing triangle continuously acts to directly lengthen the yarn a to the needed yarn length, so that the final loop length is formed.
And a second step of: in the section II, the knitting needle B and the knife needle B perform the same operations as the knitting needle a and the knife needle a in the first step by the respective cam systems. The knitting of the knitting needle AB and the looping of the knife needle by all the pile yarns a, b are completed.
And a third step of: the knitting part III is knitted, the knitting needle AB works completely, the velvet yarn is blocked by a special yarn pressing sheet T, the velvet yarn is not ejected along with the knitting needle, a loop arc suspended on the knitting needle opens a needle tongue of the knitting needle AB, the knitting needle with the opened needle tongue is positioned at a loop collecting position, and at the moment, the ground yarn guide F S And (3) padding the knitting needle AB, and then completing the knitting processes of closing, loop releasing, loop forming and loop forming under the action of a needle pressing triangle to form a plating plain stitch structure, so as to obtain a stable pile yarn bottom stitch. The knitting of the U courses in fig. 8 is completed.
In order to make the knitting process smoothly proceed, when knitting needle AB is used for knitting, knife needle AB holding knitting yarn is used for making proper back so as to make knitting needle obtain knitting yarn required for knitting yarn.
Fifth step: knitting to the V part, pressing the pile loop yarn by the yarn pressing disc O, lifting the cutter needle, and cutting off the pile loop by the cutter edge to form the pile. After the knife needle cuts the down, the knife needle returns to the needle cylinder.
Thus, the knitting process of one circular course of the two-loop velvet is completed.
3. Production method of compound rear-mounted step-by-step loop-cutting velvet
With respect to fig. 1, the compound cut loop pile fabric may also be knitted by a compound post-step stitch forming method, the knitting diagram being shown in fig. 8, and the knitting process being described as follows (in connection with fig. 4):
the first step: the knitting needle enters the part I, all knitting needles AB reach the loop withdrawing position under the action of the needle lifting cam, the old loop is withdrawn from the needle hook onto the needle bar, and the ground yarn carrier F S After the yarn is fed to the knitting needle and the needle pressing triangle acts, the ground yarn S is padded into the needle hook, then the knitting needle AB is placed at the position of the needle disc opening ferrule and is positioned outside the needle disc cylinder opening line L1, and the knitting needle AB holds the ground yarn S, so that the yarn padding process of the ground yarn is completed.
And a second step of: the knitting needle enters the part II, the knitting needle A is pushed to the tucking position by the action of the needle jack triangle, the ground yarn S still held by the knitting needle B opens the latch of the knitting needle A, meanwhile, the knife needle a rises to the yarn filling height under the action of the knife needle triangle, the knitting needle A and the knife needle a are fed with yarn by the pile yarn guide Fa, the knitting needle A finishes yarn filling by the action of the triangle, and the knitting needle is in a loop state. The knife needle a descends under the action of a knife needle triangle, after the velvet yarn is padded, the needle head is positioned at the needle back line L2 position of the knitting needle, the yarn padding process of the velvet yarn a is completed, the needle pressing triangle continues to act, and the knife needle a is pressed to the maximum depth until the loop arc of the velvet yarn is completed.
The knitting needle enters the part III, and the knitting needle B and the knife needle B repeat the actions of the knitting needle A and the knife needle a at the part II. After the knitting of the parts II and III, the post knitting of the velvet yarn on the cutter needle ab is completed.
And a third step of: when knitting to the final stage of the III part, all the knife needles a and b respectively reach the lowest points, the knitting needles work together, and under the action of a needle pressing triangle, old loops are looped, loopers are looped, and new yarns (ground yarns and pile yarns) are looped. When knitting needle AB is used for slackening, the knife needle AB is matched with certain back so as to be beneficial to smooth knitting. To this end, the knitting needle AB forms a loop of plated flat structure. The knitting of the U courses in fig. 8 is completed.
Fifth step: knitting to the V part, pressing the pile loop yarn by the yarn pressing disc O, lifting the cutter needle ab, and cutting off the pile loop by the cutter edge to form the pile. After the cutter needle ab cuts the velvet, the cutter needle returns to the needle cylinder opening and is positioned at the needle cylinder opening line L3.
Thus, the knitting process of one circular course of the two-loop velvet is completed.
4. Production method of compound front-end synchronous looping cut loop velvet
For fig. 1, the compound cut loop pile fabric may also be woven using a compound pre-amble loop method. The knitting process is as follows:
the first step: the knitting part I is knitted, the knitting needle A is lifted to the loop withdrawing position, the cutter needle a is lifted to the yarn filling height, the knitting needle and the cutter needle are respectively fed by the pile yarn guide Fa, the knitting needle A reaches the loop position under the action of the needle pressing triangle, and the cutter needle a reaches the needle back L2 of the knitting needle. The pile yarn a thus completes the yarn laying of the knitting needle a and the knife needle a.
And (3) knitting to the part II, repeating the corresponding actions of the knitting needle A and the knife needle B by the knitting needle B and the knife needle B, and finishing yarn filling of the knitting needle and the knife needle by the pile yarn B. At this time, the yarn guides Fa, fb and the knitting needle A, B form yarn guide paths for the pile yarns.
And a second step of: knitting to part III, the knitting needle AB is lifted to the tuck height, the knitting needle tongue of the knitting needle AB is opened by the velvet held by the knife needle AB, and the ground yarn guide F S And (3) padding the knitting needle AB, under the action of a looping triangle, the knitting needle AB finishes loop, loop removing, yarn bending and looping on the ground yarn S and the velvet yarn AB, and a plating flat needle loop structure is formed on the knitting needle AB. Meanwhile, all knife needles ab are pressed to the lowest position to form a loop arc under the action of the needle pressing triangle. Knitting of the U courses in fig. 8 is achieved.
And a third step of: the knitting needle reaches the IV part, all knitting needles AB take part in the work, after the knitting needles are pushed out, knitting yarn S is fed, and then yarn padding, yarn bending, loop winding, loop releasing and loop forming are carried out, so that the knitting of the plain course is completed. Knitting of the V courses in fig. 8 is achieved. This portion of the needle does not take part in the work.
Fourth step: knitting to the V part, pressing the pile loop yarn by the yarn pressing disc O, lifting the cutter needle ab, and cutting off the pile loop by the cutter edge to form the pile. After the knife needle cuts the down, the knife needle returns to the needle cylinder L3.
Thus, the knitting process of one circular course of the two-loop velvet is completed.
In this knitting method, the pile yarn may be first formed into a final loop in the part II, and then a yarn blocking piece T is installed in the part III to assist the pile yarn to open a latch (as shown by a broken line in fig. 5), and the knife needle is engaged with a certain amount of back-off when the knitting needle is looped, so as to improve the knitting tension of the yarn. The knife track also completes the knitting course.
5. Jacquard cut loop velvet knitting method
In the weaving method of the four compound cut loop velvet of 1-4, a needle selecting mechanism is configured for the cutter needle for feeding velvet yarn and is used for selecting the working state of the cutter needle, and the reasonable threading is assisted, so that the production of jacquard cut loop velvet is realized. The knitting method will now be described as follows:
in the loop pile structure shown in fig. 8, ab is regarded as two kinds of pile yarns of different colors, respectively, and a color developing unit of the two-color loop pile can be obtained. The color developing unit is composed of 4 needles (AABB), and the color developing unit can work by selecting three combinations of cutter needles a, b or a+b in the same row corresponding to 2 (ab) cutter needles. The arrangement is such that the number of knife stitches is half the number of needles. This knife needle/needle configuration is denoted as a 2/4 combination, 4 being the color development unit width (number of needles), 2 being the number of knife needles in the color development unit, the number of color developed in a single color.
The knife needles are not selected to work, and the corresponding pile yarns have no elongated loops and only show floats on the base fabric to form a plating float structure, so that the pile yarns are not formed.
Only knife needle a (or b) is selected to work in the color development unit, only one color a (or b) is seen, the color development unit is used for monochrome display, and the area formed by the color development unit is a single color area. When the knife needle ab in the display unit works, two colors are displayed in the color development unit, and the region formed by the two colors is a color mixing region. When the color development area is not provided with the knife needle, the color development area is a non-velvet (light bottom) area. The four color development combinations are used for carrying out the design of the two-color pattern, thus producing the required two-color jacquard cut loop velvet.
When the jacquard cut loop velvet fabric is produced, color areas in different color developing units are selected in different areas according to the design requirement of patterns, so that the jacquard cut loop velvet is formed. In the production of multi-color cut loop pile products, the color development units are designed newly. A three-color jacquard cut loop pile configured as 3/6 can be obtained by knitting fig. 9. With the knitting of fig. 8 for two cycles, a four-color jacquard cut loop pile configured as 4/8 can be obtained.
The fabric structure knitted with figures 8 and 9 has only one (one) pile yarn inserted into each needle hook, and is looped with ground yarn to form a two-thread plain plaiting yarn loop structure. It is necessary to further increase the pile density, and two (two) pile yarns fed in a double manner may be inserted into a hook of a knitting needle, and the knitting needle is knitted together with ground yarn into a three-thread (double pile yarn) plating plain structure, the knitting of which is shown in fig. 10 and 11. FIG. 10 is a view of a three-color jacquard structure configured as 3/3; FIG. 11 constitutes a four-color jacquard structure configured as 4/4. The 2/2 bicolor jacquard cut loop pile can be obtained by changing the threading in figure 11 into ab bicolor circulation.
In fig. 10 and 11, the number of knife needles and knitting needles is equal, so that the cut loop pile density is denser, and the method is more suitable for producing a delicate, plump and solid cut loop pile product.
The loop pile is cut by adopting a double pile yarn plating structure, and the full-cut needle work (as shown in figures 10 and 11) is performed by using the same-color yarn, so that the high-density loop pile with the full-cut pile (one loop pile is cut by one knitting needle) can be knitted by using two needles. Mao Ronggao degrees can be made into two-needle consolidated velvet (a single-face looped pile shearing product), and the velvet product can avoid serious hair falling.
The jacquard cut loop pile adopting the double pile yarn plating structure is used for the carpet product, the consolidation is reliable, the pile is compact, and the carpet back glue procedure can be reduced.
The jacquard cut loop pile fabric with double pile yarn plating structure has two pile yarns in one loop forming loop being crossed, i.e. only one pile yarn is cut off and the other pile yarn is not cut off in the same color developing unit, and at this time, if no bottom yarn is fed, the jacquard cut loop pile fabric can be woven into cloth, but the design needs to pay attention to small monochromatic color blocks, no color mixing color blocks and longitudinal stripes with larger longitudinal length, so as to avoid affecting the strength of the fabric and reduce the use value.
On the jacquard loom of the jacquard compound cut loop pile fabric, one group of knife needles or a plurality of groups of knife needles are replaced by latch-less needles, so that the jacquard fabric with cut loop pile and terry interweaved can be produced. If the knife needles are all replaced by latch-less needles, the terry fabric can be knitted.
6. Knitting method of high-low compound cut loop pile fabric
The weaving method of the high-low compound cut loop velvet is based on the weaving method of the jacquard cut loop velvet, and only the color development in the color development unit is regarded as different lengths of velvet yarns. When the color development unit does not have knife needle, the color development unit is free of velvet. When a, b and c are displayed, the lengths of different wool are respectively indicated, and a is longest and gradually decreases. Patterns with different pile length areas can be designed on the fabric to form the concave-convex jacquard plush fabric. It is of course also possible to treat a, b and c simultaneously as different colours, and to produce a multicolour, concave-convex jacquard fleece fabric. When there are more than two pile heights in one color development unit, it can be called a mixed pile length region.
The cam system of the jacquard mechanism of the high-low pile cut-loop pile fabric can adapt to the knitting of the high-low pile height only by adjusting the cam system on the basis of the jacquard mechanism with the same pile height due to the difference of the needle pressing depths of different pile heights. The following are two examples: (1) Fig. 6 shows a motion track of a looping machine element of the front compound step-by-step high-low loop pile, the needle pressing depth of a knife needle is divided into two heights, and the motion track can be realized by adopting a jacquard machine to be provided with a set of cams with smaller needle pressing depth. (2) Fig. 7 shows a motion track of a looping machine member of a rear compound synchronous high-low loop velvet, the needle pressing depth of a knife needle is divided into two heights, and the motion track can be realized by arranging a set of thick and thin triangles with different needle pressing depths for different stitches on a knife needle jacquard with different stitch lengths.
