Under the cylinder printing and dyeing structure of magnetic rod grouting, grouting is carried out between the cylinder mould 1 and the magnetic rod 2 in the cylinder mould, but not scraping by a scraper, the friction force between the cylinder mould 1 and the magnetic rod 2 in the cylinder mould is small, and the cylinder mould 1 is not easy to break and damage; and, two said magnet bars 2 attract each other, in order to be said cylinder mould 1 paste correspondingly, two said magnet bars 2 not merely attract the position the same of pressing, two said magnet bars 2 each receive the same attraction, and this makes two said cylinder mould 1 have the same sizing position and sizing pressure, two said cylinder mould 1 can paste evenly by the fabric two sides, namely, it can guarantee two said cylinder mould 1 paste homogeneity effectively, avoid because of paste position, paste pressure difficult to control, cause the problem of colour difference of two sides of the fabric, the invention double-sided cylinder mould dyeing machine can improve the quality of dyeing effectively.
The double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the rotary screen 1 can be used for uniformly printing and dyeing the two sides of the fabric, and the two sides of the fabric have no color difference problem, so that the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine can truly carry out dyeing through double-sided printing, namely, the printing and dyeing is truly realized, the printing and dyeing is not only in theory, the traditional dyeing habit is subverted, the dyeing mode is expanded, and the dyeing realization modes are diversified. Compared with the traditional dyeing in a dye vat or pad dyeing by a pad mangle, the double-sided rotary screen dyeing machine has the advantages that the dyeing size is small, a large amount of dye does not exist on the surface of the fabric, water washing can be avoided, a large amount of water resources are saved, and water pollution is reduced.
In the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine of the present invention, preferably, at least one cylinder mould 1 of the two cylinder moulds 1 is horizontally movable along the arrangement direction of the two cylinder moulds 1. The distance between the two circular screens 1 can be adjusted, and cloth penetrating is facilitated.
In the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine of the invention, preferably, the cylinder mould 1 is mounted on the cylinder mould base 11, the cylinder mould base 11 is slidably mounted on a group of linear slide rails 12, the linear slide rails 12 are parallel to the arrangement direction of the two cylinder mould 1, and the cylinder mould base 11 is connected with a group of first air cylinders 13, and can be driven by the first air cylinders 13 to move along the linear slide rails 12.
According to the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine, the linear slide rail 12 and the first cylinder 13 are both arranged on a rack of a double-sided printing and dyeing unit, and the free end of the first cylinder 13 is connected with the screen head seat 11. When the distance between the two cylinder mould 1 is adjusted, the first cylinder 13 is driven to drive the cylinder mould 1 on the cylinder mould seat 11 and the cylinder mould seat 11, so that the distance between the two cylinder mould 1 is adjusted after the cylinder mould 1 moves along the linear slide rail 12.
The double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine can realize the horizontal linear movement of the cylinder 1 in the structure of an air cylinder, a turbine worm and the like, and has simple driving structure and high driving transmission speed compared with other cylinders.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine of the present invention, the magnetic bar 2 is preferably rotatably mounted on the magnetic bar bracket 21. After the magnetic rod 2 is rotatably installed, in the printing and dyeing process, when the cylinder mould 1 rotates, the rotating cylinder mould 1 can drive the magnetic rod 2, the cylinder mould 1 and the magnetic rod 2 are in rolling relation, the friction force is small, and damage to the cylinder mould 1 due to larger friction with the magnetic rod 2 is avoided.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine, preferably, the two magnetic bars 2 can be opened and closed relatively. The arrangement can lead the use to be more flexible and the wearing of cloth to be convenient.
In the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine of the present invention, preferably, the bar magnet support 21 includes a swing arm 211, the middle part of the swing arm 211 is hinged and fixed, the hinge point in the middle part of the swing arm 211 is not located at the center of the cylinder 1, the bar magnet 2 is installed at one end of the swing arm 211, the other end of the swing arm 211 is hinged with a second cylinder 212, and the second cylinder 212 drives the hinge point in the middle part of the swing arm 211 to swing as the rotation center.
According to the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine, the middle part of the swing arm 211 and one end of the second air cylinder 212 are hinged and fixed on a frame of a double-sided printing and dyeing unit, and the other end of the second air cylinder 212 is hinged with the swing arm 211. When the distance between the two magnetic bars 2 is adjusted, the second cylinder 212 acts to drive the swing arm 211 and the magnetic bars 2 mounted thereon to swing, so as to realize the opening and closing of the two magnetic bars 2, i.e. the adjustment of the distance between the two magnetic bars 2.
According to the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine, the opening and closing structure of the magnetic rod 2 can be a linear opening and closing structure or a swinging opening and closing structure, compared with the linear opening and closing structure, the swinging opening and closing structure does not need structural arrangement such as a guide rail, the structure is simpler, in the swinging opening and closing structure, small adjustment and large swinging can be realized through arrangement of the arm length ratio at two ends of the swinging arm, the swinging response speed is high, the stroke is large, and the opening and closing operation is convenient and rapid.
According to the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine, when the magnetic bar support 21 realizes the opening and closing of the magnetic bars 2 through the swing arms 211, the middle parts of the two swing arms 211 can be hinged to one point or can be hinged to different points.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing machine of the present invention, the number of the double-sided printing units 10 may be one, or may be two or more, and when there are a plurality of the double-sided printing units 10, the plurality of the double-sided printing units 10 are sequentially arranged and distributed along the vertical direction.
The double-sided cylinder printing machine of the present invention preferably further comprises a drying device 20, wherein the double-sided printing unit 10 and the drying device 20 are sequentially arranged along the fabric conveying direction. The printed fabric is also often dried and fixed, and after the drying device 20 is arranged, the double-sided cylinder printing machine can form a continuous printing and dyeing production line.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine of the present invention, preferably, the drying device 20 includes two infrared emitting devices 201, the two infrared emitting devices 201 are horizontally arranged and oppositely disposed, and an infrared drying channel 2011 is formed between the two infrared drying devices 201.
When the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine of the invention is in operation, after the fabric is printed and dyed in the double-sided printing and dyeing unit 10, the fabric is sent between the two infrared ray emitting devices 201 of the drying device 20, is conveyed along the infrared ray drying channel 2011, and is dried under the heat radiation of the two infrared ray emitting devices 201.
According to the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine, the drying device 20 can be an oven, a drying cylinder or an infrared emission device and the like, compared with other ovens or drying cylinders which dry through hot air or steam, the infrared emission device does not have hot air or steam floating under the condition that the fabric is vertically conveyed, the lower-layer temperature is low, and under the condition that the high-layer temperature is high, the fabric has more uniform and easily controlled drying heat distribution on the whole conveying path, the drying effect is better, the infrared emission device has a simple structure and small occupied area, the advantages are more outstanding in the vertical printing and dyeing machine, and the cleaning degree is higher when the infrared emission device is used for drying.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine of the present invention, preferably, the two infrared emitting devices 201 are arranged to be opened and closed relatively. The distance between the two infrared emission devices 201 can be adjusted, so that on one hand, the operations such as cloth penetrating and maintenance are convenient; on the other hand, control of the drying temperature between the two infrared ray emitting devices 201 is facilitated.
In the double-sided cylinder printing and dyeing machine of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 5, two infrared drying devices 201 are mounted on a set of linear guide rails 202 in a rolling manner, and are driven by a driving mechanism 200 to move along the linear guide rails 202, the linear guide rails 202 are parallel to the arrangement direction of the two infrared drying devices 201, the driving mechanism 200 includes two sets of link units 203 and a third cylinder 204, the two sets of link units 203 are distributed up and down, each set of link units 203 includes two links 2031 with hinged ends, the two links 2031 are V-shaped, the free ends of the two links 2031 are hinged to the two infrared drying devices 201 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the two links 2031 of one set of link units 203 at one end of the third cylinder 204 are hinged to one point P1, and the other end of the third cylinder 204 is hinged to the two links 2031 of the other set of link units 203 at one point P2.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine, the linear guide rail 202 is arranged on the frame of the infrared drying device. When in operation, the third cylinder 204 acts to drive the two connecting rods 2031 of the two groups of connecting rod units 203 to open or close, and further drive the two infrared drying devices 201 to move along the linear guide rail 202, so as to realize opening and closing.
The driving structure for realizing the opening and closing of the two infrared emitting devices 201 of the double-sided rotary screen printing and dyeing machine can be a linear driving transmission structure such as a cylinder, a worm gear and the like, or can be the structure. Compared with other structures, the driving mechanism 200 comprising the two groups of the connecting rod units 203 and the third air cylinder 204 has the advantages that on one hand, the height of the infrared drying device 201 is higher, under the condition that the height of the infrared drying device 201 is higher, the two groups of the connecting rod units 203 are respectively connected with the upper part and the lower part of the infrared drying device 201 for synchronous transmission, the synchronous transmission stress of the upper part and the lower part is more uniform, and the movement of the infrared drying device 201 is more stable; on the other hand, under this structure, the two ends of the third cylinder 204 are respectively connected with the two groups of connecting rod units 203, which are not required to be fixed with the linear guide 202 or the drying device frame, and the structure is simpler, and meanwhile, the whole horizontal movement of the two infrared drying devices 201 is convenient, the positioning or the dismounting is convenient, and the flexibility of use is higher.
In the double-sided rotary screen printing machine of the present invention, the drying device 20 further preferably includes a drying cylinder 210, and the double-sided printing unit 10, the infrared drying device 201, and the drying cylinder 210 are sequentially disposed along the fabric conveying direction. In operation, after being printed and dyed by the double-sided printing and dyeing unit 10, the fabric enters the infrared drying device 201, is pre-dried by the infrared drying device 201, then passes through the drying cylinder 210, and is further dried and fixed by the drying cylinder 210. The fabric tension is easily controlled and the fabric is not easily curled when the drying cylinder 210 is dried.
The double-sided cylinder printing machine of the present invention preferably further comprises a cloth feeding mechanism 30 and a cloth discharging mechanism 40, wherein the cloth feeding mechanism 30, the double-sided printing unit 10, the drying device 20 and the cloth discharging mechanism 40 are sequentially arranged along the fabric conveying direction.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in many different forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof.

Claims (10)

1. The utility model provides a two-sided rotary screen printing machine, includes more than one set of two-sided printing and dyeing unit, its characterized in that: the double-sided printing and dyeing unit comprises two circular screens which are horizontally arranged, wherein each circular screen is internally provided with a magnetic rod which is arranged on a magnetic rod support in a penetrating manner, the circular screen is internally tangent to the magnetic rod, the tangent points of the magnetic rods in the circular screen and the circular screen are positioned on the connecting lines of the axial center points of the two circular screens, the two magnetic rods in the circular screen are magnetic opposite magnetic rods, and the two circular screens are mutually pressed and arranged under the action of the attraction force of the two magnetic rods.
2. The double-sided rotary screen printing press of claim 1, wherein: at least one cylinder mould in the two cylinder moulds can be horizontally moved along the arrangement direction of the two cylinder moulds.

The double-sided rotary screen printing press of claim 2, wherein: the cylinder mould is arranged on a net head seat, the net head seat is slidably arranged on a group of linear sliding rails, the linear sliding rails are parallel to the arrangement direction of the two cylinder moulds, and the net head seat is connected with a group of first air cylinders and driven by the first air cylinders to move along the linear sliding rails.
4. The double-sided rotary screen printing press of claim 1, wherein: the magnetic rod is rotatably arranged on the magnetic rod bracket.
5. The double-sided rotary screen printing press of claim 1, wherein: the two magnetic bars can be arranged in a relatively opening and closing way.

The double-sided rotary screen printing press of claim 5, wherein: the magnetic bar support comprises a swing arm, the middle part of the swing arm is hinged and fixed, the hinge point of the middle part of the swing arm is not located on the circle center of the cylinder, the magnetic bar is installed at one end of the swing arm, the other end of the swing arm is hinged with a second cylinder, and the second cylinder drives the swing arm to swing by taking the hinge point of the middle part of the swing arm as a rotation center.

The double-sided rotary screen printing press of claim 1, wherein: the double-sided printing and dyeing unit and the drying device are sequentially arranged along the fabric conveying direction; the drying device comprises two infrared emission devices which are horizontally arranged and oppositely arranged, and an infrared drying channel is formed between the two infrared emission devices.
