After the rolled decorative film 1 on the I-shaped rolling shaft reaches the rolling upper limit, the two T-shaped supporting seats 41 are turned anticlockwise, the C-shaped clamping notches of the T-shaped supporting seats 41 are separated from the limiting rods 47, the T-shaped supporting seats 41 are turned to be distributed obliquely leftwards and downwards, the I-shaped rolling shaft is distributed obliquely, and is driven to roll out from the elastic clamping pieces 42 under the action of self gravity or human assistance, so that the I-shaped rolling shaft is carried without additional input of manpower.
