Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a corrosion-resistant, anti-cracking and durable chopping board, and particularly relates to the technical field of wood product processing. Firstly, selecting wood suitable for being used as a chopping board, and correspondingly cutting the wood into a proper size to obtain the chopping board; soaking the chopping board in a container containing wax according to the size of the chopping board, completely immersing, reducing pressure/normal pressure, slowly raising the temperature until the chopping board is heated and boiled, cooling after the chopping board is not foamed, and taking out the chopping board to obtain the initial chopping board; finally, the original chopping board is mechanically scraped, and the excessive wax on the surface of the chopping board is removed, so that the finished product of the chopping board is obtained. The chopping board disclosed by the invention not only solves the problem that the chopping board is easy to crack, but also solves the traditional problem that bacteria are easy to breed in the chopping board.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wood product processing, in particular to a manufacturing method of an anti-corrosion, anti-cracking and durable chopping board.
Background
Chopping boards, i.e., chopping boards, are boards that are placed on a table to prevent damage to the table when cutting vegetables. The chopping board is called by spoken language and written language. Previously, chopping boards were mainly made of wood blocks, but recently, most of chopping boards are cast by using plastic as a material because of easy wear.
Wood chopping board: thicker material and strong toughness, and is suitable for chopping meat or cutting hard food. However, wood chopping boards are generally heavy in weight, difficult to clean, strong in water absorption, air-dried, and easy to mould in a humid environment, and bacteria are bred.
Bamboo chopping board: bamboo chopping blocks are light and small, but are formed by splicing due to insufficient thickness, the bonding part of glue is unavoidable, some unqualified glue can release formaldehyde, and bamboo chopping blocks cannot bear heavy impact when in use.
And (3) cutting a resin board: the resin chopping board has high hardness, strong surface wear resistance, less scratch and easy cleaning. Is suitable for processing meat and other cooked food products or fruits and vegetables.
And (3) a plastic chopping board: the plastic chopping board has light texture and is easy to carry, but is mostly made of materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene and the like, and can easily emit plastic smell at high temperature, so that the plastic chopping board is generally only suitable for cutting fresh vegetables and fruits.
Chopping boards or cutting boards are the most frequently used tools in the kitchen that need cleaning. Its cleanliness determines in a large way whether the daily food is hygienic or not. So it is critical to choose a safe and healthy anvil and to use it correctly and clean it. Still other manufacturers use poor quality wood for cost reduction, and the color of such boards is white compared to ordinary wood. Because the poor wood is darker, manufacturers typically use sulfur fumigation to bleach. The residual sulfur dioxide in such cutting boards can seriously harm human health. When purchasing a plastic chopping block, attention is paid to looking at the appearance color and feel the texture with hand. The plastic chopping board with rough texture can easily cut out slag, and enters the human body along with food, so that the injury to the liver and kidney is large. Still other plastic chopping boards with deep color are made of waste plastic, and contain a great deal of harmful substances.
The microorganisms harmful to people in the chopping board are mainly fungi and bacteria, guo Yu tells a reporter of life hours, and proper temperature and residual moisture and organic matters on the chopping board provide proper growth environment for the microorganisms, and the chopping board is very suitable for survival and propagation of fungi and bacteria just like a plurality of dull and moist 'holes' in uneven cutting marks. Fungi include various Aspergillus and Candida species and Aspergillus flavus. Sometimes, the fungi are seen by people with macroscopic hair growth or black spots, and appear as moss, and are harmless to most people, but have pathogenicity to people with low immunity, such as tumor and chemotherapy patients, diabetes people, old people and children, and the like, and are easy to cause skin diseases, wound infection, respiratory diseases and the like. Aflatoxin is a primary carcinogen and has obvious correlation with cancer occurrence. Candida can easily grow on woody, and if contaminated food is eaten, the intestinal flora is easy to be disturbed, and diarrhea and other diseases are caused. Common bacteria include E.coli, salmonella, etc., the former often cause severe diarrhea, especially in infants. While salmonella has caused a large-scale food poisoning event, it has been documented abroad.
Most families like hard wood chopping boards, however, the hard wood chopping boards are easy to crack after being used for a few years, because the hard wood chopping boards absorb moisture no matter what the quality wood is, the hard wood chopping boards are cracked due to repeated dry and wet alternation, and most families purchase chopping boards made of the quality wood preferentially.
The traditional solid wood chopping board has a chopping board taste after being used for a period of time, which is actually caused by moisture and bacteria in the chopping board; black mildew appears, and mildew is bred to influence health problems of families and restaurant food and guests, so that the healthy environment-friendly mildew-proof chopping board has important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention provides a manufacturing method of the anti-corrosion, anti-cracking and durable chopping board, which aims to solve the problems that the existing chopping board is easy to mold, has short service life and the like.
Most families like hard wood chopping boards, however, the hard wood chopping boards are easy to crack after being used for a few years, because the hard wood chopping boards absorb moisture no matter what the quality wood is, the hard wood chopping boards are cracked due to repeated alternation of dryness and wetness, and most families purchase chopping boards made of the quality wood preferentially when buying the hard wood chopping boards, so that the service life of the hard wood chopping boards is greatly prolonged, and the market is reduced from cutting down the quality trees; the method is thought of that the solid wood chopping board is boiled by the wax, so that the moisture in the chopping board is forced out, and meanwhile, the wax enters gaps of wood fibers to be fully filled, so that the solid wood chopping board is more compact in texture, the moisture cannot invade the chopping board, cracking of the chopping board due to repeated alternation of dry and wet is avoided, the chopping board looks like a small chopping board, and the method can greatly reduce the living requirement of people for changing the chopping board from the whole society.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
according to one aspect of the invention, a method for manufacturing a corrosion-resistant, anti-cracking and durable chopping board comprises the following steps:
step one, selecting materials
Selecting wood suitable for being used as a chopping board, and correspondingly cutting the wood into a proper size to obtain the chopping board;
step two, steaming and boiling the beewax
Soaking or partially soaking the chopping board plate in a container filled with liquid wax according to the size of the plate, immersing the chopping board plate in the liquid wax completely or partially, slowly raising the temperature of the liquid wax under the reduced or normal pressure environment until the chopping board is boiled, continuously preserving heat and boiling until the chopping board is not bubbling, cooling, and taking out the chopping board to obtain the initial chopping board;
step three, removing wax
And (3) mechanically scraping the initial chopping board, and removing excessive wax on the surface of the chopping board to obtain a finished product of the chopping board.
Further, in the first step, the wood is selected from clam wood, graticum, beech, gleditsia sinensis, elm, hackberry, mulberry, pagodatree, chinese tallow tree, soapberry, carambola, osmanthus tree, bayberry, willow, maple, banyan tree, sandalwood, rosewood, pine tree or pine tree, that is, the wood of the tree suitable for the chopping board is all possible.
Further, in the second step, the wax is medical paraffin and/or beeswax.
In the second step, the boiling point of the water under reduced pressure or normal pressure is 85-100 ℃; and the pressure reduction environment is better.
