Moreover, a water delivery disc 2.10 communicated with the inside of the stirring shaft 2.7 is arranged in the cylinder bracket 2.13, and the stirring shaft 2.7 can rotate in the water delivery disc 2.10. Therefore, after the mixing is finished and the uniformly mixed paint is discharged out of the mixing barrel 2, the water delivery disc 2.10 can be connected with external high-pressure water, and the high-pressure water is delivered to the water spraying hole through the inside of the stirring shaft 2.7 and the stirring blades 2.8 and sprayed out of the water spraying hole, so that the inside of the mixing barrel 2 is self-cleaned.
The surface of the inner ring of the water delivery disc 2.10, which is connected with the stirring shaft 2.7, is provided with a water drainage groove, and the outer surface of the stirring shaft 2.7, which is connected with the inner ring of the water delivery disc 2.10, is provided with a water inlet groove. Thereby, high pressure water from the water delivery tray 2.10 can be allowed to enter the stirring shaft 2.7. And, preferably, the contact points of the upper surface and the lower surface of the water delivery disc 2.10 and the outer surface of the stirring shaft 2.7 are provided with sealing rings so as to prevent water from overflowing from the contact points.
More preferably, shielding bristles are arranged around the water spraying holes. Thus, the solid and powder paint can be prevented from entering the water jet hole, and the water jet hole can be prevented from being blocked.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the exhaust gas collecting filter bowl 9 is connected to the mixing bowl 2 by means of an air pump 14 and an air pipe 10. Thus, when various raw materials are mixed in the mixing tub 2, if exhaust gas is generated, the suction pump 14 may be activated to suck the exhaust gas into the exhaust gas collecting filter tub 9. Therefore, the waste gas generated during the uniform mixing of the paint can be recycled, the damage to human bodies such as decoration workers is reduced, and the paint is environment-friendly.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the mixing barrel cover 2.3 is provided with a plurality of solid raw material inlets 2.9 respectively connected with the solid raw material conveying pipe 3, and the side part of the mixing barrel body 2.2 is also provided with a liquid raw material inlet 2.12 connected with the liquid raw material conveying pipe 7 and a gas outlet 2.11 connected with the gas conveying pipe 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic paint mixing apparatus for finishing of the present invention further includes a controller 12. Meanwhile, a first electromagnetic metering valve 13 is arranged between the solid raw material inlet 2.9 and the solid raw material conveying pipe 3. A second electromagnetic metering valve 8 is arranged between the liquid raw material inlet 2.12 and the liquid raw material conveying pipe 7. A third electromagnetic metering valve 11 is arranged between the gas outlet 2.11 and the gas pipe 10. Moreover, the first electromagnetic metering valve 13, the second electromagnetic metering valve 8 and the third electromagnetic metering valve 11 are all connected to the controller 12. Thereby, the control of the first electromagnetic metering valve 13, the second electromagnetic metering valve 8 and the third electromagnetic metering valve 11 can be realized by the controller 12, and the amount of various raw materials entering the mixing barrel 2 can be precisely controlled by the first electromagnetic metering valve 13 and the second electromagnetic metering valve 8. Therefore, the adding proportion of various raw materials can be accurately controlled, so that the component content of the uniformly mixed paint is more accurate, and the painting quality can be ensured.
Preferably, a fourth electromagnetic metering valve 4 is arranged between the solid raw material outlet 1.9 and the solid raw material conveying pipe 3, and the fourth electromagnetic metering valve 4 is also connected with the controller 12. Thereby, the amount of the raw material discharged from the solid raw material tank 1 can be precisely controlled.
In addition, in the present invention, it is preferable that the driving motor 1.4, the mixing motor 2.6, the diaphragm pump 6, the suction pump 14, and the like are also connected to the controller. Therefore, the whole mixing process can be automatically controlled, and the automation degree is high.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic mixing device for decoration paint comprises a plurality of solid raw material barrels (1), a mixing barrel (2), a plurality of liquid raw material barrels (5) and an exhaust gas collecting and filtering barrel (9), and is characterized in that the solid raw material barrels (1) are respectively connected with the mixing barrel (2) through a solid raw material conveying pipe (3), the liquid raw material barrels (5) are respectively connected with the mixing barrel (2) through a diaphragm pump (6) and a liquid raw material conveying pipe (7), the exhaust gas collecting and filtering barrel (9) is connected with the mixing barrel (2) through an air pump (14) and an air conveying pipe (10), the solid raw material barrels (1) comprise solid raw material barrel bodies (1.1), the upper ends of the solid raw material barrel bodies (1.1) are provided with solid raw material barrel cover plates (1.2) and solid raw material outlet (1.9), high-pressure air pipes (1.7) are arranged on the solid raw material barrel cover plates (1.2) and are used for providing high-pressure air so that the solid raw material barrels (1.2) can be positioned in the mixing barrel bodies (2.2) and can be provided with the mixing barrel bodies (2.2), be equipped with compounding motor (2.6) on compounding bung (2.3), be connected with (2.7) on the output shaft of compounding motor (2.6) just be equipped with stirring vane (2.8) on (2.7) stirring shaft.

The automatic mixing device for decorative paint according to claim 1, wherein a cylindrical support (2.13) is arranged on the mixing barrel cover plate (2.3) and the mixing motor (2.6) is arranged on the cylindrical support (2.13), the stirring shaft (2.7) and the stirring blades are of hollow structures and are communicated with each other, a plurality of water spraying holes are formed in the surface of the stirring blades (2.8), a water delivery disc (2.10) communicated with the inside of the stirring shaft (2.7) is arranged in the cylindrical support (2.13), and the stirring shaft (2.7) can rotate in the water delivery disc (2.10).
3. The automatic decorative paint mixing device according to claim 2, wherein shielding bristles are arranged around the water spraying holes.

An automatic mixing device for finishing paint according to claim 3, characterized in that the mixing barrel cover (2.3) is provided with a plurality of solid raw material inlets (2.9) respectively connected with the solid raw material conveying pipe (3), and the side part of the mixing barrel body (2.2) is also provided with a liquid raw material inlet (2.12) connected with the liquid raw material conveying pipe (7) and a gas outlet (2.11) connected with the gas conveying pipe (10).
5. The automatic mixing device for decorative paint according to claim 4, wherein an observation window (2.1) is further provided at the front part of the mixing barrel body (2.2).

The automatic mixing device for finishing paint according to claim 5, wherein the solid raw material barrel cover plate (1.2) is further provided with a driving motor (1.4), an output shaft of the driving motor (1.4) is connected with a rotating shaft (1.5), and a rotating head (1.6) positioned above the solid raw material outlet (1.9) is arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft (1.5).
7. The automatic mixing device for finishing paint according to claim 6, wherein a pressure gauge (1.8) is further arranged on the solid raw material barrel cover plate (1.2), and the pressure gauge (1.8) is used for measuring the pressure in the solid raw material barrel (1).

The automatic mixing device for decorative paint according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of mixing barrel supporting feet (2.4) are arranged at the lower end of the mixing barrel body (2.2) and a plurality of solid raw material barrel supporting feet (1.3) are arranged at the lower end of the solid raw material barrel body (1.1).

The automatic mixing device for finishing paint according to claim 8, further comprising a controller (12), wherein a first electromagnetic metering valve (13) is arranged between the solid raw material inlet (2.9) and the solid raw material conveying pipe (3), a second electromagnetic metering valve (8) is arranged between the liquid raw material inlet (2.12) and the liquid raw material conveying pipe (7), a third electromagnetic metering valve (11) is arranged between the gas outlet (2.11) and the gas conveying pipe (10), and the first electromagnetic metering valve (13), the second electromagnetic metering valve (8) and the third electromagnetic metering valve (11) are all connected with the controller (12).

The automatic mixing device of decorative paint according to claim 9, wherein a fourth electromagnetic metering valve (4) is arranged between the solid raw material outlet (1.9) and the solid raw material conveying pipe (3) and the fourth electromagnetic metering valve (4) is also connected with the controller (12).
