Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power distribution network dispatching, and relates to a full-automatic dispatching telephone method and system for a power distribution network in charge of a special person.
Background
The power distribution network dispatching is a central mechanism for coordinating and commanding the operation of the power grid, and in the scenes of overhaul operation, accident handling and the like, the dispatching mechanism needs to communicate with a plurality of operation units by using a telephone set to realize uploading and downloading of information. Because the power equipment of the power distribution network is numerous, and the power supply reliability requirement is continuously improved, a plurality of power distribution network dispatchers can process a large number of power grid operations in parallel, and at the moment, the condition that a plurality of operation phones are called in at the same time easily occurs, so that how to reasonably distribute the dispatching phones has important significance for improving communication efficiency and reducing operation time.
The existing dispatch telephone distribution adopts a 'one call with multiple calls' mode, namely, an external operator calls in, multiple dispatchers can answer, work cross processing is easy to cause, the dispatcher initiating the most familiar overhaul operation cannot answer, and the risk of operation errors and information omission exists while the work execution efficiency is influenced. Therefore, how to realize the responsibility of the full-automatic special personnel of the dispatching telephone of the power distribution network, namely, the dispatching personnel initiated by the power grid operation consistently and automatically answer the telephone of the external operator, has great significance for improving the safety and the high efficiency of the power grid operation.
