the acquiring module 41 is further configured to acquire voice broadcast log data of the global broadcast terminal according to a preset time interval;
the generating module is used for generating an operation state monitoring result of the broadcasting terminal according to the voice broadcasting log data and sending the operation state monitoring result to a corresponding terminal of equipment operation and maintenance personnel so that the equipment operation and maintenance personnel can maintain the broadcasting terminal.

generating voice broadcasting information corresponding to the target broadcasting terminal based on the transaction information, and pushing the broadcasting information to the target broadcasting terminal so that the target broadcasting terminal can conduct voice broadcasting on the broadcasting information.

The method of claim 1, wherein the candidate broadcast terminals include a primary broadcast terminal, a secondary broadcast terminal, and a tertiary broadcast terminal, and wherein determining at least one target broadcast terminal from the candidate broadcast terminals based on the transaction information and a broadcast information push policy includes:
analyzing the transaction information to obtain a transaction state and a transaction level, wherein the transaction state comprises a normal state and an abnormal state, and the transaction level is used for representing the controlled degree of the transaction;
if the transaction state is a normal state, determining at least one target broadcasting terminal from the candidate broadcasting terminals based on the transaction level and the broadcasting information pushing strategy;
and if the transaction state is an abnormal state, determining one broadcasting terminal from the primary broadcasting terminal, the secondary broadcasting terminal and the tertiary broadcasting terminal as a target broadcasting terminal.

The method of claim 2, wherein the transaction level includes a first transaction level, a second transaction level, and a third transaction level, and wherein if the transaction state is a normal state, determining at least one target broadcast terminal from the candidate broadcast terminals based on the transaction level and the broadcast information push policy includes:
If the transaction state is a normal state and the transaction level is a first transaction level, determining one broadcasting terminal from the primary broadcasting terminals as a target broadcasting terminal;
if the transaction state is a normal state and the transaction level is a second transaction level, determining one broadcasting terminal from the primary broadcasting terminal and the secondary broadcasting terminal as a target broadcasting terminal respectively;
and if the transaction state is a normal state and the transaction level is a third transaction level, determining one broadcasting terminal from the primary broadcasting terminal, the secondary broadcasting terminal and the tertiary broadcasting terminal as a target broadcasting terminal respectively.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining transaction information generated by the transaction terminal in at least one transaction form, the method further comprises:
responding to an online request of a broadcasting terminal, acquiring identification information, service category and broadcasting level of the broadcasting terminal, wherein the broadcasting level is configured based on a broadcasting object of the broadcasting terminal;
adding the identification information into a message subscription list to construct a subscription relation with the broadcasting terminal;
And calling broadcasting parameters matched with the service category, and carrying out parameter configuration on the broadcasting terminal based on the broadcasting parameters.
