Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the insert 10 includes an insert body 11 and a limiting protrusion 12, the limiting protrusion 12 is convexly disposed on the insert body 11, and the second limiting member 222 can be abutted to a negative side of the limiting protrusion 12 in the Y direction. Through the above arrangement, the second limiting member 222 is configured to limit the insert 10 in the negative Y direction.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a guiding inclined plane 121 is disposed on the limiting protrusion 12, the guiding inclined plane 121 is disposed at the front end of the limiting protrusion 12, a first end of the guiding inclined plane 121 is connected with the tab body 11, and a second end of the guiding inclined plane 121 is inclined towards the rear end of the limiting protrusion 12 relative to the first end of the guiding inclined plane 121. Because the insert 10 is reversely inserted into the rubber core 20 along the Y direction, the guiding inclined plane 121 can enable the second limiting piece 222 to generate micro deformation along with the insertion of the insert 10, and after the limiting protrusions 12 completely pass through the second limiting piece 222, the second limiting piece 222 is abutted to the limiting protrusions 12, so that the insert 10 is more labor-saving to insert.
When installing inserted sheet 10, installer is because the two sides similarity of inserted sheet 10 is higher, in the current jack, can only allow one side of inserted sheet 10 fixed orientation to predetermine the direction, and inserted sheet 10 just can insert in the rubber core 20, can't insert when constantly taking place to insert, needs the condition that the turn-over just can insert. It will be appreciated that the insert 10 can still be inserted into the core 20 after the stop bosses 12 on either side of the insert 10 are rotated 180 about the center line of the front portion of the insert 10. Through the arrangement, the insert 10 can be matched with the rubber core 20 in the process of inserting, so that the tedious operation of inserting the insert 10 for the second time is avoided.
Preferably, the limiting protrusion 12 is manufactured through a profiling process, and it is understood that the location of the limiting protrusion 12 on one side corresponds to the formation of the pressing groove 13 on the other side of the insert 10, and the forming cost is low and rapid due to the forming of the limiting protrusion 12 while the pressing groove 13 is formed.
Preferably, two limit protrusions 12 are provided on each side of the insert 10 to increase the stability of the limit.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the second limiting member 222 includes an elastic arm 2221 and a limiting block 2222 that are connected, where the elastic arm 2221 is connected to the body 21 and extends along the Y direction, and the limiting block 2222 can be abutted to the limiting protrusion 12, by using the above arrangement, so that the second limiting member 222 has better elasticity due to the arrangement of the second limiting member, and the elastic arm 2221 is lifted upwards after being stressed, so as to allow the limiting protrusion 12 to pass through.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the end surface of the plugging slot 211 is provided with the avoiding slot 212, the elastic arm 2221 is connected to the bottom of the avoiding slot 212, by the above arrangement, the slot wall of the avoiding slot 212 plays a certain limiting role on the deformation of the elastic arm 2221, so as to prevent the elastic arm 2221 from bending too much to generate plastic deformation, and the rubber core 20 itself has elasticity to ensure that the limiting protrusion 12 passes below the second limiting part 222.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first limiting member 221 includes two connecting arms 2211 and a limiting bar 2212, the two connecting arms 2211 are arranged at intervals and are respectively connected with the body 21, two ends of the limiting bar 2212 are respectively connected with the two connecting arms 2211, through the arrangement, the limiting bar 2212 plays a positive limiting role on the inserting sheet 10 in the Y direction, and meanwhile, the two connecting arms 2211 play a certain guiding role when the inserting sheet 10 is inserted and enable the structure of the first limiting member 221 to be more stable. It can be appreciated that the first limiting member 221 is integrally U-shaped, and the limiting bar 2212 has an anti-touch function, thereby improving operation safety.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connector plug further includes a wire 40 and a wire jacket assembly 50, the wire 40 being connected to the blade 10; the wire jacket assembly 50 is sleeved on the periphery of the wire 40; after the insert 10, the wire 40 and the wire jacket assembly 50 are assembled with the connector plug pre-assembly in place, the glue core 20, the wire 40 and the wire jacket assembly 50 are all arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the insert 10. With the above arrangement, the wire jacket assembly 50 provides a better protection for the wires. Further, the shielding shells 30 are also arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the inserting pieces 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the wire 40 is connected with the insert 10 by welding, so that the connection tightness of the insert 10 and the wire 40 is improved by changing the conventional crimping manner, and the occurrence of the situation of large local resistance caused by burrs caused by crimping and loose connection is avoided. And when the connector plug is installed, the inserting sheet 10 and the lead 40 can be welded in advance, the operation in a narrow space of the plug shell 60 is not needed, and the welding quality is improved.
Preferably, the tab body 11 includes a plug-in portion 112 and a connection portion 111 connected in a staggered manner, and the connection portion 111 is welded to the wire 40. Since the wire 40 has a certain thickness, by the above arrangement, the alignment of the wire 40 with the plug-in portion 112 is ensured, and the mounted wire 40 can be centrally disposed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the wire jacket assembly 50 includes a shielding outer ring 51, a shielding inner ring 52, a sealing jaw 53, and a tail cap 54, the shielding inner ring 52 is sleeved on the wire 40, the front end of the shielding outer ring 51 is sleeved outside the rear end of the shielding outer shell 30, the rear end of the shielding outer ring 51 is sleeved outside the shielding inner ring 52 (a layer of wire 40 is woven to form a loop in the middle, which is a conventional arrangement, not shown in the drawings), the sealing jaw 53 is located behind the shielding inner ring 52 and sleeved on the wire 40, the tail cap 54 is located behind the sealing jaw 53 and sleeved on the wire 40, and the tail cap 54 is clamped with the plug outer shell 60.
In actual installation, the shielding inner ring 52, the sealing claw 53 and the tail cover 54 can be sleeved on the lead wire 40, the inserting piece 10 and the lead wire 40 are welded, and then the inserting piece 10 is inserted into the preassembled connector plug preassembled piece, so that the installation mode is simple and quick, and the installation technical requirement for a customer is low. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the shielding shell 30 further includes a second outer elastic sheet 33, where the second outer elastic sheet 33 is disposed at the rear end of the housing 31 and can abut against the inner wall of the front end of the shielding outer ring 51, and by this arrangement, the inner support of the shielding outer ring 51 is fixed.

Claims (17)

1. Connector plug pre-assembly for mounting on a connector, the connector plug comprising two blades (10), the two blades (10) being arranged side by side in a first direction, characterized in that the connector plug pre-assembly comprises:
the two rubber cores (20), rubber cores (20) and inserted sheet (10) one-to-one set up, rubber cores (20) integration sets up, rubber cores (20) are including body (21) and spacing subassembly (22) that link to each other, offer grafting groove (211) on body (21), inserted sheet (10) can insert grafting groove (211) and by spacing subassembly (22) limit is located grafting groove (211).
2. The connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 1, wherein the connector plug pre-assembly comprises a shielding shell (30), the glue core (20) being snap-fittable within the shielding shell (30).
3. The connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 2, wherein the pre-assembly further comprises a plug housing (60), the shielding housing (30) being insertable into the plug housing (60).
4. A connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 3, wherein the shielding housing (30) comprises:
a housing (31), wherein the front end of the housing (31) is abutted against the inside of the plug housing (60); and
the first outer elastic sheet (32) is connected with the shell (31) and protrudes out of the shell (31) obliquely towards the rear end of the shell (31); the inner cavity of the plug housing (60) is provided with a clamping step (621), and the tail end of the first outer elastic sheet (32) is abutted against the clamping step (621).
5. The connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 4, further comprising an interlocking tab (70), wherein a first clamping groove (61) is formed in a front end of the plug housing (60), and one end of the interlocking tab (70) is clamped to the first clamping groove (61).
6. The connector plug pre-assembly of claim 5, further comprising a front cover (80), the front end of the plug housing (60) snap-fitted with the front cover (80).
7. The connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 6, wherein a limiting groove body (81) is arranged on the front cover (80), the groove bottom of the limiting groove body (81) is abutted with the end face of the first clamping groove (61) and covers part of the first clamping groove (61), a through hole (8111) is formed in the bottom of the limiting groove body (81), the through hole (8111) is matched with the shape of one end, deviating from the first clamping groove (61), of the interlocking insert piece (70), and the interlocking insert piece (70) can penetrate through the through hole (8111).
8. Connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that a sealing ring (90) is provided between the front cover (80) and the plug housing (60) side wall.

The connector plug pre-assembly according to claim 4, wherein the plug housing (60) is provided with a rocker arm (91) and a secondary lock (92), the rocker arm (91) is U-shaped, two ends of the rocker arm (91) are respectively pivoted with two sides of the plug housing (60), the rocker arm (91) can connect the plug housing (60) with the socket housing, and the secondary lock (92) is installed in the middle of the rocker arm (91) and can be clamped with the plug housing (60).
10. A connector plug, comprising:
the connector plug pre-assembly of any one of claims 1-9;
and two tabs (10), two of said tabs (10) being arranged side by side along said first direction;
the rubber cores (20) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the inserting pieces (10), and the inserting pieces (10) can be inserted into the inserting grooves (211) and are limited to the inserting grooves (211) by the limiting assemblies (22).
11. The connector plug according to claim 10, wherein the limit assembly (22) comprises:
the first limiting piece (221) is connected with the front end of the body (21), and the first limiting piece (221) can prevent the inserting piece (10) from moving forwards along the second direction; and
a second limiting element (222) connected to the body (21), the second limiting element (222) being capable of preventing a negative movement of the insert (10) in the second direction; the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
12. The connector plug according to claim 11, wherein the blade (10) comprises a blade body (11) and a limiting protrusion (12), the limiting protrusion (12) is protruding from the blade body (11), and the second limiting member (222) is capable of abutting against a negative side of the limiting protrusion (12) in the second direction.
13. The connector plug according to claim 12, wherein a guiding inclined surface (121) is disposed on the limiting protrusion (12), the guiding inclined surface (121) is disposed at a front end of the limiting protrusion (12), a first end of the guiding inclined surface (121) is connected with the blade body (11), and a second end of the guiding inclined surface (121) is inclined toward a rear end of the limiting protrusion (12) with respect to the first end of the guiding inclined surface (121).
14. The connector plug according to claim 12, wherein the limiting protrusions (12) are disposed on both sides of the insert sheet (10), the limiting protrusions (12) disposed on both sides of the insert sheet (10) are disposed in a center-symmetrical manner with respect to a center point of a front portion of the insert sheet (10), and the second limiting members (222) are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the limiting protrusions (12).
15. The connector plug according to claim 12, wherein the second stopper (222) includes:
-a resilient arm (2221) connected to said body (21) and extending in said second direction;
the limiting block (2222) is connected with one end, deviating from the body (21), of the elastic arm (2221), and the limiting block (2222) can be abutted to the limiting protrusion (12).
16. The connector plug according to any one of claims 10-15, further comprising:
a wire (40) connected to the insert (10);
a wire jacket assembly (50) which is sleeved on the periphery of the wire (40);
after the inserting sheet (10), the lead (40) and the lead jacket assembly (50) are assembled with the connector plug pre-assembly part in place, the rubber core (20), the lead (40) and the lead jacket assembly (50) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the inserting sheet (10).
17. Connector plug according to claim 16, wherein the wire (40) is connected to the blade (10) by welding.
