The plug terminal assembly is characterized by comprising a plug rubber core (120) and a plug terminal (140) which is clamped in the plug rubber core (120) and is sheet-shaped, wherein an insertion hole (122) is formed in one side of the front end of the plug rubber core (120), the front end of the plug terminal (140) is transversely inserted into the middle of the insertion hole (122), and gaps are formed between two side faces of the plug terminal (140) and the wall surface of the insertion hole (122).

The plug terminal assembly according to claim 1, wherein the plug rubber core (120) is provided with a terminal hole (123) along the length thereof, the insertion hole (122) is communicated with the terminal hole (123) and is located at one end of the terminal hole (123), the plug terminal (140) is clamped in the terminal hole (123), and one end of the terminal hole (123) far away from the insertion hole (122) is open.
3. The plug terminal assembly according to claim 2, wherein guide grooves (126) are symmetrically formed on upper and lower wall surfaces of the terminal hole (123), and upper and lower sides of the plug terminal (140) are formed in the guide grooves (126).
4. The plug terminal assembly according to claim 3, further comprising a claw (150) provided in the terminal hole (123), wherein the plug terminal (140) is provided with a second engaging groove (141) engaged with the claw (150).

The plug terminal assembly according to claim 4, wherein the pawl (150) comprises a plate-shaped clamping plate (151) and an elastic buckle (152) arranged in the middle of the clamping plate (151), the elastic buckle (152) is clamped with the second clamping groove (141), a sliding groove (124) with an opening at one end is arranged at the front end of the plug rubber core (120), and two sides of the clamping plate (151) are arranged in the sliding groove (124).
6. The plug terminal assembly of claim 5, further comprising a tightening member (153) disposed on said plug rubber core (120) and tightening said card plate (151) inwardly.
7. The plug terminal assembly according to claim 6, wherein the insertion hole (122) is concavely provided at an open end thereof with at least one positioning groove (121).
8. The plug terminal assembly according to claim 7, wherein a barrier (127) is provided in the middle of the opening of the insertion hole (122) in front of the plug terminal (140), the barrier (127) having the same thickness as the plug terminal (140).
9. The plug terminal assembly of claim 8, wherein said plug core (120) is provided with at least one recess (128) in a front end face thereof.

The plug terminal assembly according to claim 9, wherein the plug terminal (140) comprises a plug section (142) having a front end inserted into the insertion hole (122) and a crimp section (143) having a rear end connected to a cable, an arc-shaped transition section (144) is further disposed between the plug section (142) and the crimp section (143), upper and lower sides of the plug section (142) protrude from the arc-shaped transition section (144) and the crimp section (143), and upper and lower sides of the plug section (142) are disposed in the guide groove (126).
