Abstract

Technical Field

Background
Heavy rainfall weather may cause flood disasters, and tunnel and subway scenes are easy to have ponding and backflow due to lower topography, so that important early warning is needed. At the moment, the monitoring camera is in the same position as the inspection camera, namely, the video data of the monitoring camera can be included for analysis, and the ponding condition at the subway entrance is judged.
In the primary monitoring mode or the secondary monitoring mode, when the accumulated water at the entrance of at least one subway submerges the steps, the risk of accumulated water backflow in the subway station is indicated, and the risk early warning system is switched into the warning mode; when the ponding at all subway inlets does not submerge the steps, but at least one subway inlet has ponding, the risk of potential ponding backflow in the subway station is indicated, and the risk early warning system is switched into an early warning mode.
In the early warning mode, accumulated water exists at the steps of the subway entrance, but the steps are not submerged, but the steps are submerged in future time along with the deepening of the accumulated water, the weather change and the like, so that backflow occurs.
